Dr Dadgar is attentive, knowledgeable and always professional. She never hesitates to take time answer questions or explain treatment options and risks. She is also a skilled surgeon who I would recommend to anyone with complex GYN issues.

I was walking up to this Drs office and she was having a young man that works for a mobile car cleaning by company cleaning her car. He was waiting outside her office and seemed pretty distraught because she had yelled and cursed him for not cleaning her car to her standards. He then explained he just wanted to let her know there would be no charge for today’s service.. shortly after I noticed he and another gentleman were cleaning her car an hour or 2 after. It looked like they did a superb job. Would not recommend seeing this Dr if that’s how she treats people who do a service..

I do not recommend whatsoever going to this clinic. I found this clinic from ZocDoc and went in for a routine issue only to be told that I would need minimally invasive surgery. Thankfully, I got a second opinion and was told that I would only need a round of mild antibiotics. This doctor was prepared to make a profit off of my insurance that would have been detrimental to my overall health. In addition, the front desk staff were very difficult and rude when I was attempting to get my medical records released to my new doctors office. Only when we threatened legal recourse did we receive a prompt response and were able to obtain my necessary documents. In addition, I have heard that this doctor has previously been reported to the state board for misconduct related to my complaints similar in nature to this review. Please do your research before going here and dont put your health at risk.

Shes very unorganized. She does not have any bedside manner. She talks on the phone with her family while you are in her office for your appointment. She had blood on her white coat before checking me. The room she checked me in wasn’t clean. She has patient portal but she never uploads any results on it. She just likes to ask patients to come to her clinic for everything and of course more money.I spent a lot of money to do a lot of blood tests and I don’t have any of them because she doesn’t upload any results in any portal system. On the other hand, she doesn’t communicate with you properly to ensure that you understand the results of each test you did. To know your result you either shall show up physically in her office or phone call appointment and she charges you 50 dollar for phone call appointment. None of my health concerns have been resolved after spending that amount of time and money. I wish I would have read her reviews on google before going to her.

Dr Shabnam Dadgar is really smart and knowledgeable. She cares her patients responsibly and professionally.She helped me very effectively, and she answered my questions very carefully. It was interesting that she was always aware of the details and updates of her patients. I would highly recommend her.

She is extremely responsible and caring for her patients..Dr.Dadgar is well-known in the area and could successfully compete with so many other OBGYNs in the neighborhood. Dr. Dadgar is and extremely caring, knowledgeable and fantastic DOCTOR. I feel so secured with her because I know I can completely trust her. When I first met her, she spent enormous amount of time to explain my health conditions to me and taken out the burden of stress from my shoulders. I was in a very critical health stage when I visited her but luckily within a short period of time/treatment, I went back to normal condition. The wait time is always very short at her office and staffs are nice. Now, she is our family doctor and we are just so fortunate to have her. I highly recommend her!

Ive been going to see Dr. Dadgar for the past 4-5 years and honestly she cares a lot for her patients. Shes always making sure Im squeezed in for my appointments and taking care of my health. I dont think about going to another doctor because Dr. Dadgar knows what she is doing and is a very skilled gynecologist. Found out today that my PCOS got treated! Thank you Dr. Dadgar!!

Dr. Dadgar has a wonderful personality, she listened and took care of all my concerns. I feel at ease and looking forward to her taking care of my needs in the future. Her staff is also very pleasant. Excellent service.

Terrible doctor and very unorganized office.I went in for my first time to a gynecologist and was told all these very concerning things but absolutely nothing was explained to me. She just dropped all these terms that made no sense and worried me extremely. She then sent me to get an MRI, which I still do not know why, and was told by the radiologists that the scan was sent to Dr. Dadgars office. Meanwhile, I never heard back about my results and when I tried to get the results, I called the radiologists who said the scan was sent in twice. It took 5 months till I got my results. I was studying abroad but signed off that my mother could pick up medical records but they claimed not to have any proof of that so I sent it in the form 3 times before they finally received it and gave it to my mother. Very upsetting not to have a doctor explain anything and to have an office that cannot seem to run efficiently at all.

She is a tough love doctor and she really knows what’s best for me. I always try and avoid the doctors office but she always trying to get me in and make sure I am taking care of my health. I really do appreciate it

I went to this doctor two years ago and notice how greedy and unprofessional she was. The first appointment was lovely, I came to her concerned about my fertility and trying to figure out if I was fertile or not, she promised me so many things. Fast forward I notice I had to keep making appointments for no reason to have her call me in her office and ask why I was there as if she forgot the last appointment she told me to come back and talk or whatever. She had me do a ultrasound on my ovaries which she straight up told me I was infertile and at risk for cancer, my ovaries are enlarged and I need to lose weight and keep coming to appointments she will help me. She tried to sell me on some side business she does for losing weight as well. I started to realize each appointment she would forget everything she said to me the appointment before. I literally went back two months later for another unnecessary ultrasound, testing for cancers etc. and she told me wow I have nice ovaries and I was so confused, she started to ask was I using protection and when I told her no she asked are you trying to get pregnant or something? And I just starred at her in disbelief. I said I came to you a month or two ago and you told me I was Infertile and that my ovaries were enlarged now your saying the opposite and she said no no no your not infertile I don’t remember saying those exact words to you, you definitely can get pregnant you should come back for birth control unless that is something you want. I told her about her self and how unprofessional this whole business was. The reason I came was to see if I was fertile which means of course I would like to be pregnant in my future, just to get told I was infertile which caused me to sink back into a deep depression and then to be told I wasn’t I was so confused and my emotions were all over, I gave up and became depressed for another year or so. Fast forward two years later I am entering my third trimester of pregnancy naturally, (no changes in my weight by the way and I was not trying at all trust me!! ) I don’t have cancer or any other thing she tried to scare me with to keep her as a doctor. She is a money hungry unprofessional Person. Her staff changes more times than a oil change is required. Do not go to her no matter how desperate you are!!

I will never go to another doctor. The entire office is staffed by incredibly nice individuals, and it is also very kid friendly! Dr. Dadgar listened to my concerns and pains and has helped me figure out whats going on with my body when other doctors for years ignored me! She was patient, helpful, and so so friendly and compassionate. Love this place and will always come back!

Dr. Dadgar is thorough and careful with her diagnosis. She takes her time explaining things and I really appreciate that. I was diagnosed with PCOS with my previous doctor and was only given birth control. It worsen my acne and I went through crazy hormonal changes. Im so grateful to have met Dr. Dadgar because with only just a few months after being her patient, I started seeing positive changes! And to top that, the staff at the office are very friendly and accommodating!

Dr Dadgar is amazing! Ive been a patient of hers for years now and ontop of being an amazing doctor, she really cares for her patients and their lives. Do not go here! As women we are already limited in the choices we can make. This doctor will impose “IUD” on you. Please don’t visit if you want an alternative option. The visit starts out with a video on all birth control where she then highlights one birth control option more over the others. This is extremely unethical. A doctor is suppose to listen your needs. After declining an IUD, she went on to ask about headaches then said I’d have to see a neurologist and can only get one month of BC. Please ladies-go anywhere else. Ethical practice=giving you options and letting make your decision-not selling you ONE birth control option.

I had an awful experience. They kept trying to get me to make appointments. This doctor would day I would get such and such done, but it would not happen. I would have to make another appointment. It was strange. I cant afford $50 for every appointment, plus the drive. They pressured to make one appointment for birth control, but I kept reminding the doctor and receptionist I have no idea when it will start since it is irregular. They still wanted me to. So strange. Also, I keep receiving a high bill; from a year ago by the way; and now my credit is worse. I made a mistake going here.You are never remembered either. What I told her, she always forgot. It was unnerving. I called to reschedule an appointment before they could charge me, no answer. I called numerous times. So, I called the morning of the appointment to reschedule. Charged me whether I canceled or rescheduled.Oh, and I was told I had a cyst. They never tried to treat it. Also I had blood work, but was never told the results. Would have had to make another appointment.I went to another obgyn; no cyst.Ah; regret, time, and money wasted.

I absolutely ADORE Dr. Dadgar. She is not fluff but she keeps it very real. She truly believes in her work, truly truly believes in it. Dr. Dadgar is very thorough very up to date and extremely knowledgeable. It is her passion! She does not sugar coat things she keeps it 100% with her patient. I have been trying get to pregnant for years and within a couple of months seeing her Ive been blessed! Even if she has a family emergency she still reaches out to her patients and is very committed. She definitely has a very busy practice so be patient and they always fit you in! The staff is always welcoming and no matter how many times I call her office or need to give her a message they ALWAYS accommodate me. I travel 1 hour to see her from Kent Island. Thats how much of an amazing doctor she is!And I am very sorry to hear that some feel her practice is all about money, trust me from my experience it definitely is NOT.She will always be my OB! I love her so much she has helped me a great deal. I’ve been ttc for 12 years and I went and visited her and she was out the gate I’m going to get you pregnant. I was very skeptical of course. I think I visited her for maybe less than 4-6 months and I was pregnant. The wait some days are long but when she comes in she gets you in and out. She listens and lays out your game plans to you in a way you would understand. I would recommend her to anyone having issues with not only pregnancy but she is a great ob. Love her ttc my second and just recently started seeing her again after having my daughter.

The Worst and very RUDE dr. She cannot treat her patients even with a very simple problems. I went to his office, which cares about money only, 1 year ago. She never welcome her patients. During the treatment in his own office, she talks with her cell phone with the kids or family. She even does not look at the patients face. She is also very jealous about young ladies. I changed my dr, and I am so happy that I did not continue with very wrong treatment. I wish I could give her zero star. For simple blood taking, they messed up my left hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It was so horrible

Dr. Dadgar and her staff are TERRIBLE!!!!! If I could give her zero stars I would. She is so unprofessional in every aspect, very rude and she only thinks about new procedures to bill your insurance.She has such a split personality that you will go to your first appointment and she will be the sweetest person ever but as you keep going to the unnecessary appointments she shows her real rude and nasty personality!!!!Went to pick up my medical records after I was asked to pay $25 and was told to give them 7 days (I gave them like 3 wks), first the receptionist said my records werent there after I have called and confirmed they were ready, then they were incomplete and I asked her for a specific piece of information so she went to asked Dr. Dadgar who came out and asked very rudely what I needed and to give them 7 days for medical records!!!! After I have given them 3 weeks!!!! Then she went and said that she had patients she needed to see and told me to schedule an appointment....an appointment for what?!?!?!?!? I told her all I needed was that specific record and then she kept saying she didnt have time that she had to see her patients!!! All I needed was the rest of my medical records!!! At the end they were given to me, but after all the hassle and going back and forth with this individual who sadly is called a doctor.Please stay away from this doctor!!!!!!

This place is money HUNGRY ! Im surprised they dont charge you to wait in the lobby. Unlike most offices this place will charge you just to book an appointment! Put your credit card on file and charge you $90 in the event you have to cancel. They will do their best to convince you to book a follow up appointment no matter what you came in for just to get an another office visit fee. Oh and you have to pay $25 just to get a copy of your own test/lab results. Do not be fooled by these google reviews! I strongly encourage you not to go here..urgent care might be a better experience if youre desperate.Not to mention the energy in this office is odd...the staff dont even seem to care about you. This place is phony. Dont do it to yourself.

I went to Dr. Dadgar because of my primary recommended. I was lost and confused by the way she treated me since the 1st visit. I gave her so many chances by going there almost every weeks for about 3 months. Sometimes twice a week. The end result was paying copay to her and come back with depression. She told me I had all kind of virus and can be cancer, so I had to do a lot of treatment, and so on....Finally, I decided to go for second opinions and I leave to new OBGYN. My new doctor need the medical record from her office and they said same day release is not possible. What if the patient is in the hospital or serious condition? Their reason is she needs to review before she release my medical record to my new doctors. Is that possible? If she is real honest and do the thing she support to do, why she has to review the medical record of the patient who will not come back to her.I am just sorry for all her staffs who have to help her for all her lies just to keep their job. I am deeply sorry for all the patients like me. I hope my review can help to someone. If you hear Dr. Shabnam Dadgar, dont even think about to try. She accept all patient and she never give the time to listen to patients. Please be careful what she will do to you.

Worst doctor and office staff ever. Went for one appointment and saw everything everyone said in the reviews. Got my blood results and left...if you like playing around with your health, unprofessionalism, and giving your money away, then she’s the dr for you.

Worst doctor I ever had she talked really fast and didn’t explain anything. She never told me my test results and she would charge me so much without telling me why exactly. definitely only cares about money. She told me I had a cyst and other things and wanted me to make appointments when I didn’t need to.

I wish I could give zero stars. I had so many issues with this place, the other review that says they only want your money is spot-on. They wont do a once a year annual visit and give you birth control, they make you come every six months and wont renew your birth control if you dont come in every 6 months. Ive shown up to appointments to learn they were canceled, the doctor even gave me an ultra sound test I didnt realize was completely unnecessary. Stay far away from this doctor.

So I have been going to Dr. Dadgar for about a month and have been very patient with her and her office, but have decided to switch because of the lack of professionalism within the office. The front desk people are very kind but not attentive as well as the doctor and associates. For one the doctor without warning will touch areas pretty aggressively, and when speaking to her she never fully takes in my concerns and just passes it off as she knows whats best all the time. The associate that gives the ultrasound cannot speak english well and will just do things with out warning. I also walked out on the front desk lady speaking to said associate about his license to practice and it did sound a bit sketchy. Also the doctor does not want to take the extra step to help a patient out rather blames it on the patient for something that cannot be helped. The front desk is kind however I have requested multiple times to help out with an insurance issue regarding the need of a doctors approval and never once got a called back or the approval. So I am now traveling out the country without medication because the doctor would not help out. Dr. Dadgar is lacking in bedside manners and proper ethics when dealing with patients and although her medical knowledge is present the follow through of practicing is not right, especially as a gynecologist where females are already worried about there reproductive organs.

I am highly disappointed in this office staff and doctor. I seen reviews in the past that consistently stated all the doctor cares about is money and those statements are very true I been trying to hold off and see if there is a change in the doctor but she is very rude and my first visit and jokingly stated I was pregnant which I didn’t find amusing. She’s doesn’t take the time to listen to her patients and they have switched over to a complete different billing company which I tried to get in contact with multiple times and now they are blaming me for having our standing bills when I had provided the correct information. If you can go to another doctor please do so these people are just money hungry!!!

I rarely write bad reviews. I would never go again. My first visit was horrible. I left the doctor in pain from how rough she was with the speculum. Her bedside manner and attitude were poor. This has to be the worse experience that I had with a doctor. Her office is chaotic. It is an assembly line. It is hard to get in contact with the office or to speak with someone. I will never return.

Wife was overcharged by $600 over the Summer 2017 -- it is now February 2018 and we still have not received our money back. The doctor claimed she tried to send the check 4 times and is now blaming it the bank. Rather than trying to find out why the bank has not sent a check, she is making my wife drive into the office to pick up. Would not be surprised at this point if Dadgar tried to bill us for an appointment when we pick up the check.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dadgar, for over a year and I am so blessed to have a GYN who genuinely cares for her patients. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Dadgar and I trust her fully. I was with a gynocologist before i complained of pain and having pregnancy signs but not coming up pregnant she wouldnt do anything for me i was looking for a gyno for my friend who is pregnant and i saw how she was i also made an appointment and she ran tests unltrasounds and found a problem and then made a plan to fix it and she did and now im recovering very well and i am very gratefull to her for helping me and being there with me.

Always believed my pain and took my concerns seriously. Extremely knowledgeable and kind.

I cannot fully express how much I appreciate Dr. Dadgar and her advocacy and support. Her instinct is to always go the extra mile for her patients, and in my experience that is very rare among gynecology practices in the area. Where so many women I know suffer from horrible pain, uncontrollable weight gain and other conditions clearly related to gynecological issues only to have their symptoms ignored by their doctors or told theres nothing to be done about it, Dr. Dadgar is relentless in her mission to help her patients. On my first visit, she took one look at a zit on my chin and immediately scheduled me to be checked for PCOS (and she was right). Shes extremely knowledgeable, explains things as simply and directly as possible, and she always errs on the side caution for your health, safety, and comfort.If youve never had bad periods or a family history of gynecological issues, you might get the impression that shes a bulldog or that her methods may be excessive. This may be true, but its only because she is so thorough and truly cares about your welfare. The moment you do have a problem, Dr. Dadgar is a GODSEND.I have recommended Dr. Dadgars practice to countless women, from my sister and friends to strangers at the gym, and will continue to do so for as long as I remain in the DMV area.

I was really trying my best to like Dr.Dadger but every time I go to her office I leave feeling anxious, depressed and worried. She does this thing of diagnosing patients with things that she is not sure of in order to have them come in over and over again just so she can collect on the insurance. Her bedside manner is nonexistent and she treated me like a number instead of a patient. I write this review in hopes of her seeing it so that she can change how she deals with patients. People go through real life problems & having a dr tell you that you MIGHT have this or that without them being sure is extra unnecessary stres. She does this in order to have you come in again. To her it’s money in her pocket but to some patients it’s unnecessary worry & anxiety until your next appointment. Twice that I went into her office she would have me undress & sit there with my pants down for over 25 mins waiting for her to come examine me & I hear her in her office having a phone conversation that has nothing to do with medical needs and not attending to me. She schedules so many patients in a hr period therefore my appointments do not last more than 10 mins when she finally sees me then I’m asked to make another appointment to get any questions answered. I gave her a try for over 6 months & will no longer be seeing her. I’m done with the stress & forget about her or her staff calling you on any test results. This review is not to bash the Dr. but it’s hope that she will see this and change her mannerisms towards patients l We are not walking dollar signs, we are humans who come to you for help.

I see a lot of people posting a lot of misleading info about this dr . I don’t know about your specific case but I can tell you about mine . This dr is an amazingly caring person . She will go beyond what is needed to ensure that if she tells you something is wrong she most definitely backs it up . I 100% trust not just her knowledge but her recommendations. I see her as well as my daughters . She is always available and always starts out the meeting with asking about our feelings or if there’s anything else she can do for us . Her staff is always friendly and yes as it changes from time to time , she ensures that they are following proper protocol at all times . I’m very grateful for her honesty and her pleasent demeanor. Also when she has asked about what brought me in today let me be clear in saying it was because you can come in for different reasons . It could be a follow up , or a new symptom . Im so happy I found a caring dr for me and my daughters.!!! You will not find another dr that cares more .
