I am very happy with the treatment I received at women health specialist, this was my second time and each time the staff and team was wonderful, Amber, Dennis, and Gayle kept me informed about, everything that was going on and and assured me i was in good hands and to relax and not worry that took the edge off most of the questions that I was concerned about, they also kept me updated with any changes that might occur and Dr Barter is a miracle Dr in my eyes!!, he actually saved my life, Ive been to 4 Drs and in the last 7 yrs and it only took 1 to be straight forward and got the job done.Thank you so much Dr Barter!! I feel so much better!

Dr. Barter is one of the kindest surgeons I have ever encountered His bed side manner is amazing, his staff is kind, they made a difficult surgery more easy to go through. Ladies if you are looking for a top notch ob-gyn, one that will hold your hand but be truthful about your symptoms, I highly recommend this man. Thank you Dr. Barter for an excellent experience. One thing though, its hard to get this office on the phone, but persevere and leave a message, theyll get right back to you.

I was diagnosed with 2 large ovarian masses. I could not find a local Dr. My daughter went on line on a Friday and had me an appointment by Monday afternoon. I was terrified of having cancer and going to a Dr in the city. I was afraid I would be just another number. Dr James Barter was my miracle sent to me from god. He was professional, funny, caring and a real person. He put me and my family at ease from the very first moment. He discussed everything in complete detail with my family and myself, from the beginning and after my surgery. He called and spoke to me in the hospital. A staff member called me on my first day at home to check on me. My second day home Dr Barter himself called me with my final pathology report. No cancer! He even took the time to call my primary care Dr and discuss everything in detail with her after I got out of surgery. I will recommend. Dr Barter and his staff to anyone. This man is one of the most amazing individuals I have ever met!!!
