I’ve always had better experiences here than other CVS stores in the area. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is not as crowded as other locations.

Overall, this CVS is one of the best CVS stores I’ve ever been too. It’s well stocked, clean, organized, well run and overall a good place to shop. The employees are very helpful and the location is pretty good too. The reason for the one star review is because of one of their managers. I believe her name is Kim if I’m not mistaken. She is extremely mean, rude and belittling, not only to the other employees but to the customers as well. Every time I’m in the store, she’s constantly yelling, arguing and talking down to the other employees. And then she brings her anger on to the customers as well. She’s no different to the customers then she is to the employees. I’ve been going to this cvs since it opened, however because of Kim’s treatment to the employees and customers, not only will I contemplate not going to this location anymore, I will also contemplate not going to any CVS store ever again, and instead start going to Walgreens or Rite Aid. All I can say is shame on you Kim!!!!!!!! You ruined a great store and you have most likely lost a lifelong customer not only to this store but to the whole CVS company.

This is the worst CVS Store I have ever been to. They declined my credit card for no reason at all. What a disgrace! My credit card was declined for more than five! I have never had any of my credit cards for over 15 years. They wanted me to pay cash. It was like Im not able to have a credit card. I believe it was my appearance I can even buy that stupid CVS

I rarely write public reviews. CVS stores are generally good, but Id like to give a thumbs up to the management, pharmacists, and employees at this store (Upper Rock) for their efficient and friendly customer service.Im guessing that it is likely that the few negative reviewers of this store must have just visited at an unusually crowded time. Each time Ive seen anything other than a short line, the employees or the manager calls somebody to the registers to help out and the line quickly disappears.Also, I have found the employees to show _incredible_ amounts of patience with customers that are rude, demanding, disrespectful, or trying to return old opened items that they dont have a receipt for and they want cash.The pharmacists (and staff who work in the pharmacy) are top notch. Polite, efficient, friendly. Other stores in the area (not saying that there arent other good ones) should consider modeling themselves after this store and how it is managed.

The owner or store manager is a douche. Never says hello to me when I go in. He picks and chooses who he says hello to. I only go there for the pharmacy which they are nice. As a manager, be nice to everyone especially for a newer place.

Rude and very slow service. Refused to allow me to buy a drink after waiting 10 minutes in lines. Mask police in full affect.

Always super slow ringing people up, and they never call for backup for long lines or to grab locked items. Im pretty patient with lines, but its crazy to wait for almost 15 minutes to buy one thing at CVS...

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am trans-woman and I asked the girl Stephanie for help and she acted like she didnt even acknowledge my presence! She refused to help me look for something in the beauty section and EVEN GIGGLED when I told her what I was looking for! I was so hurt that I had to leave. I have filled a complaint with corporate office and will be following up on monday!

This location is awesome they have such a great variety of organic snacks and whole foods. Great variety of vitamins and really kind helpful employees.

This is theeeeee BESTEST CVS in the area. I always get treated with great service. The manager Ken was extremely helpful and polite. He honored a deal that other CVSs would not have honored. I highly recommend this location.

Its the only cvs Ill go to . The techs in the pharmacy always remember your name !! I think thats awesome , and when you enter they say , welcome to upper rock cvs how can we help you. Most pleasurable cvs Ive been too.

Never was much of a CVS guy but I really like the customer service at this pharmacy. Appreciate the drive through too. Great location although it’s a little tricky getting in there from Shady Grove rd

Worst experience ever at a CVS. The cashier Arretta wasn’t pleasant at all, she was boarder-line rude. The “manager” Ken was obnoxious as always (he’s acted as such the few times I’ve previously shopped there) and I overheard the other “manager” David belittling one of the young male cashiers. The service used to be good at this location, but they’ve clearly gone downhill and not for nothing, no manager should speak to customers or employees the way they do at this location.

I am so thrill finally a CVS without rude cashiers,managers and a nightmare pharmacy staff from tech to manager.The manager David I believe always kind,friendly and helpful.Very , clean and organized store .My only wish pharamcy is 24hrs but doesnt matter because 24hrs pharamcy Key West ave ,Montgomery Village and 355 by the mall and Sams club it is very long lines and incompetent pharmacy staff not exaggerating cant read or spell even managed to list unknown Dr that I never seen or heard to my RX prescribing physician and I asked they have no idea even the person who did that have no idea only at CVS unfortunately my employer health ins RX plan only offer CVS tears tears

Very bad customer service. The cashier ( African lady) was busy with interesting conversation with her co worker. And didn’t even try to help me. After while she started to help but very rude and didn’t even stop her gossip with coworker. That’s really rude and disrespectful to the customers.

Best cvs store around! It may be because it’s fairly new but the pharmacy service is so quick and easy. Dropped off a script and it was ready within 20 minutes.

I went to get my antibiotics filled after visiting the doctor. Tell me why it took them 1 hour to fill one arc. That is ridiculous! Every CVS I go to they take an hour to fill a prescription. I’m sure it’s because they have to “verify the prescription”. I understand if I had a narcotic but antibiotics? Come on! Their sense of urgency is garbage. I told them I was in a hurry and I needed it filled in 20-30 minutes. Not their issue, but I would think they would at least try to be faster especially since the pharmacy wasn’t busy. I am a pharmacy technician I know how it is behind that pharmacy counter that’s why I am even more annoyed.I will just stick to Walgreens and Rite Aid from now on.

The service around the store is 5 stars. I can’t say anything about the pharmacy. They where taking care of customer very fast up front.

Fantastic customer service! The beauty product selection isnt as large as other CVS stores, but the customer service is far better.

This pharmacy is absolutely 5 star. Efficient ,courteous, and FAST. No waiting. Pharmacists are wonderful.

The store is clean but the manager sucks (Orlando)! If they got a new manager the store would be worth 5 stars! Steer clear of this store! It’s quite ridiculous how stores are downgrading this quickly nowadays, absolutely nonsense.

Honestly I am in extreme awe of how terrible the management team is here! Specifically Orlando he is arrogant, obnoxious and a know-it-all! I had high hopes but am extremely disappointed. I would’ve gave 1 star if it wasn’t for this nice cashier, I think her name was Maya, I guess she makes the store worth something more than a penny. AVOID OR DIE!

Most attentive staff I’ve found in any CVS in the country!

My favorite CVS, it’s smells very nice and the customer services is great. I don’t know anybody in the world who doesn’t love this store.

What kind of establishment lets rude customers talk to their employees any kind of way??? The customer is NOT always right... and the manager (Ken) does not handle situations well... avoid this cvs like the plague....
