I had a TERRIBLE experience with their billing department, I asked them so many times to pre Auth me or get an stimate on my procedure, because I didnt want to be surprise with a bill that I wasnt going to able to pay, and all got were four procedure codes which was totally wrong because when I called my insurance they told me that base on those codes all I had to pay was my copayment. The big surprise was when I got the bill from my procedure! From my copayment of $40when up to almost $400. Their billing department and pre AUTH Sucks if you have a high deductable or a percentage on hospital or out of patient stay, be careful or dont go there. You may be stuck with a bill of thousands of dollars. (Doctor experience and timing with the procedure was fast and great)

His staff are some of the rudest people I have ever met. I tried to make an appointment and not only did the woman get agitated for basic things like the spelling of my name,she got angry with me for not being told the date of my appointment. She started laughing when I told her that Id been given an appointment and spoke to a different person. She didnt give me her name for obvious reasons.
