Dr. Friedlander is truly excellent. I have a history of kidney stones and Dr. Friedlander has done 2 kidney stone surgeries on me. He always has such a positive attitude, comforting, thorough, and cares about his patients. Id highly recommend him to anyone. However, recently, there was unhelpful administrative lady over the telephone not sure if she was new or what. Most administrative staff have been polite good in person and over telephone. Highly recommend Dr. Friedlander office as a urologist.

Im giving the five stars to the doctor because of his overall professionalism and bedside manners. The nursing staff are kind and professional as well. The administrative staff needs some work since my telehealth appointment was scheduled for today and I never received a email nor call stating this.

Great doctor. Has done two surgeries both had excellent results. Extremely detailed and both friendly and professionally.
