Cant say enough about Dr. Fernandez. I trust his technical proficiency and knowledge. The staff is trained with military precision. If you have to have your veins operated on, this is the place.

I had only one risk factor for venous insufficiency (being female), but swelling in my legs brought a referral to the Center for Vein Restoration. Ultrasound showed several locations of varicose veins that needed repair. Every person I encountered, staff and professionals, was friendly. Surgeries were performed quickly and accurately; post-surgery directions were very clear, but if I I had a question, I was encouraged to ask (and to call when I wasnt on site). I highly recommend the Center for Vein Restoration without reservation.

Staff made effort to inform me of the reason for each activity they carried out.

Staff was wonderful, prices were out of sight. Legs still have multiple spots and surface veins after one month post treatment. Perhaps this will change prior to 6 month appointment.

They have very unprofessional means of making appointments. With over 90 locations, they treat guests like a number. They have no idea how to log information and the staff hate to be told when they have made a mistake. Even when the mistake is hurting a guest. I spoke with a branch manager who refused to help and when asked about their bussiness practices hung up the phone. The call center gives you the run around instantly and keeps you waiting while they track down the right office. Terrible service. I would never recommend the Rockville office. They make fradulant sales and REFUSE to own up to thir wrongs. They made my mother go out in the cold to give them paperwork they should have had a copy of. Told her to come back when the administrators are in. Why didnt they have her fax it? Better yet why wasnt it on file to begin with? The staff is incompetent and most likely stealing the money they charge guests who dont know better. This place is a scam.

Dr. Fernandez and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring. I was welcomed at every visit as a member of a community. They explained every procedure and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. Everyone is helpful and caring. My legs feel and look much better. Highly recommend the practice.

They really take care of you. From the time you enter. While you are in procedure. They talk to you as they work make you feel good. IAM not good with medical issues. But this time around I felt great while they did my right leg.As of today I feel better then weeks ago. Special at the work I do stay on my feet for 8 hrs. IAM not done still have to do the left leg is not as serious as the right.I am tell you this from my experience. ( IAM not strong person to confront I get nervous big time. ) If you are not just like me then you can do it.At least make a consultation. And listen what they have to say from positive to negative.Aml. Sept. 24-20. 5:24am est.

Great staff. I was pretty nervous when I went in, but I was relaxed in no time. They take the time to explain things to you and make sure you are comfortable the information.

So far so good with nearly no discomfort.

Great experience from beginning to end. It was easy to make an appointment, the paper work was done online, no waiting period in the office, and the doctor/nurse were friendly, and respectful; their instructions were also clear. For those who like to take the stairs don’t in the Rockville location because they have them lock and make sure you bring up your parking ticket to the office to get it validated before you leave.

Very friendly staff. I was nervous at first, but my technician was super friendly and we started chatting right away. He explained the whole process as we were doing it, and even let me watch the screen. He explained the whole process and was a very intelligent person. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Rory Byrne is amazing. He is gentle and efficient. He is the kindest, most gentle physician I have ever seen. I get treatment for spider veins and yes it can be painful at times (a needle is injected into your veins with solution) but he keeps you prepared and keeps your mind off of the injections. I can’t praise him enough! If you are looking to get rid of those spider veins then look no further!!!

All of you are very friendly but I came to you because my right leg looks like a land mine area. Now with the bruising from the testing my leg looks a lot worse. You may have fixed something but you didnt help about the basicproblem which may be cosmetic and impossible to fix, but its gross.
