My husband had to visit for a problem he was having with swallowing and the nursing home he was in could not help; they had a speech therapist on staff but no ENT. Dr Kao was wonderful. The questions he asked told us he knew what he was doing and he was very good at explaining what he he was doing and what he discovered. No talking down to us, and he was a good listener. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Richard Kao is hands down the best specialist/doctor Ive ever been to. Dr. Kao is a knowledgeable professional with excellent communication skills. I initially found his contact info through my insurance and I was hesitant to cold call a specialist. Absolutely no regrets. From the first visit he outlined the steps needed to cure my condition and made sure I was informed throughout the entire process (from diagnosis to post op visits). Because of Dr. Kao, my quality of life has improved dramatically. I would recommend his expertise to all my close friends and family. The world needs more doctors like him.

I wish every doctor was like Dr. Kamil. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and caring. She’s like one of those movie doctors from a small town…one that remembers each patient and chats with them about life at each visit. She is so patient and explains things clearly. She’s incredibly thorough and helpful. The medical assistants are also great. Super funny, friendly, and empathetic. And the front desk staff are incredible multi taskers. While I was in the waiting room I noticed that the phone calls that came in were endless. How they handled all the calls and in such a nice and calm way was beyond me.

Love them! From the office staff to the doctor Im seeing, everyone has been kind, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend this practice. My new doctor explained many things to me about my sinuses that have been mysteries my whole life. I went in afraid of a serious sinus problem. She explained things in a way that eased my mind while acknowledging the problem and working toward solving it. Awesome doctor! Great practice!

Dr Michele was awesome. She really listened, understood the problem, and made a plan. Even though this was my first appointment and maybe my only (I dont live in the area) I felt like Ive been her patient for years. Great experience. Highly recommend. I don’t usually leave reviews but Dr. Hall is amazing. You can see she genuinely cares for her patients. She listens to your concerns, explains thoroughly and comes up with a plan. The staff is friendly as well :)

Dr. Hall has treated me twice over the years, addressing my needs medically rather than surgically and has been much more effective for it. Shes gotten me involved with Dr. Vasu to address my allergies, as the underlying problem, and Im very impressed with how thorough and responsive she has been. Its great to have both specialties in the same practice so that they can confer and give me a collaborative treatment plan.
