Very profession and was very impressed with how he felt with our 3 y old during his first dental visit. Front desk staff and assistant were also very pleasant.

The staff here is very nice, but the dentist is pretty rough with her dental work (and I am not generally too sensitive to that sort of thing). My mouth would ache for days, sometimes weeks after my appointments with her so I decided to go elsewhere. I called three times to request my dental records (one time of which the dentist took the phone demanding to know why I changed dentists). Sixth months later, as far as I know my new dentist has still yet to get my records. Guess I shouldnt hold my breath.

Dr Bernardes is the best dentist I have seen. I have cycled through many dentists that I have been unhappy with but I have settled with Dr Bernardes for the past 10 years. She is caring and proactive, and I have never had any issues with the decisions she has taken in regards my many dental problems. She will go out of her way to fit you in if there is any urgency.

Find another dentist - the one that cares about his/her patient. Dr Bernardes refused to see me and cancelled my appointment because I requested an estimate for the dental work in writing instead of a verbal quote. I had an oral surgery scheduled to take place 3 days after the scheduled visit with Dr. Bernardes. Since she refused to see me I had to postpone my surgery. As a cancer patient I had to stop my cancer treatment in order to have the surgery. The delay in surgery caused by Dr. Bernardes has put my health at risk. This behavior is highly unethical and I intend to contact the American Dental Association as well as the Maryland Office of Consumer Protection to report this incident.

Great staff, Catherine and Caleb are superstars and the only people I trust to gently clean my teeth.

Friendly service, and always took care of me.
