If you want the hands-down, no frills, best massage- this is the place to go! Weve been getting massages from Lisa and Cindy for many years. Whenever we used to go to Zen Acupressure, we would ask for them specifically. If they werent there, we would wait until they were. When they moved to Rest and Repose, it was an easy decision to start going there instead. Its one thing that my fiance and I always prioritize on a monthly and sometimes bi-monthly basis, despite our crazy schedules. On top of it being the best massages weve ever gotten (and weve had many from nice spas and resorts), its also the most affordable. Whether youre in the mood for a relaxing (put you to sleep) kind of massage or you really want them to work on sore muscles and kinks- they can do it. Call ahead to book a time!

This establishment is very neat, very serious attention to COVID-19 protections. Had a good massage experience. Will coming back more more.

I’vbeen to this spa several times. Very quite and clean environment. Authentic and traditional. Therapists are very knowledgeable, both of them are excellent. After every visit I leave with a relax and stress-free body. I will definitely be coming back soon. Already booked my next appointment.

I have serious intense neck and shoulder from sitting at my desk for long hours work. The masseur listened my problem and gave me a deep tissue massage. YES , the massage could be bit rough but it’s definitely effective for my target problem. Will be coming back soon
