I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I wont be returning! I booked their hot stone couples massage per the reviews and didnt expect it to be great, but I did expect it to be decent. BUT....I didnt even get that, my husbands feedback was that the lady used no pressure at all. Hes a working man, apply pressure! My feedback was that the woman giving my massage put me in so much pain that even a hot bath with Epsom salt couldnt cure this. I was nearly crying during my massage, and she put so much pressure on my spine that I thought she would damage something. I went to inform the manager or lady at the front desk and she said that pain is normal and it would go away by tomorrow. She even pulled her shirt off her shoulder to show me her own bruises.... Ummm, I didnt know that pain and bruises were a massage norm! A massage is supposed to be relaxing, not painful. Again, Unfortunately, I wont be returning and I dont recommend.

Me and a good friend of mine visited today for a couples massage. It was extremely hard to find a spa that would do a couples session on last minute notice, Serenity got us in! Upon arrival, the we were greeted by a friendly lady behind the counter. She got us all set for our massage and showed us to the massage room. The facility was clean and relaxing. I have never had a professional massage before today. I was concerned when selecting a spa that it would be clean, relaxing, and have kind staff. Serenity Spa met all expectations. The two ladies who preformed the massage were both exceptional. The prices for the services offered were reasonable and well worth it. If you are looking for a quality spa with friendly staff, reasonable prices... I 10/10 recommend Serenity. We defiantly will be returning in the future.

Such a good massage experience! The two partner massage was only $139 for an hour including hot stone treatment.The masseuse was very skilled. It was a very enjoyable experience. The room was very clean. They have a membership option that is such a good deal!

Had appointment yesterday. Called to move appointment later. Got there and they werent ready. A lot of talking back and forth with a lot of employees in the front lobby. Felt very uncomfortable with all the talking in unfamiliar language. Massage was great though. They didnt want to honor discount for having to inconvenience us but did it very reluctantly. We had other obligations and had to reschedule plans because of the change. Management needs aome work. Employees shouldnt smoke in sight either!

The deep tissue massage here is very comfortable. I think this is the best massage I have ever done, and I will come back later!

This was a very great place. Huge and quiet, everyone will have a individual room. Have perfect disinfection equipment and UV light , every employee will wear mask and face cover. Very safe and will clean after every customer left. And they had different types of membership, have 10 hours and 5 hours. It was a great place to go. I will go back.

My couples hot stone and oil massage experience was great!!!! Better then WoodHouse Spa where they are so overpriced. But anyways, the massage therapist used the right amount of pressure and made my body feel really great afterwards. No pain or soreness after. My friend experienced some soreness but I think because she’s been really stressed out and she really needs monthly massages from here on out. Self care is a must. I highly recommend Serenity Spa. The staff were so nice, friendly and very welcoming. It’s affordable and easy to book. Definitely making my way back every month.

Before making my initial appointment I specifically inquired if they used any synthetic fragrances or any scent-emitting “devices” inside their business. I even translated my question into their native language to make sure it’s well understood. They replied and promised their business was free of any plug-ins, synthetic odor-masking sprays, scented candles, etc. Well, guess the first thing I saw when I walked into the lobby? A plug-in style poison device emitting horrible toxic synthetic odor. The entire place is saturated with thick toxic fragrance and because employees already lost their sense of smell, they didn’t even know it was there. They were genuinely surprised to see that thing when I pointed at it and apparently had no idea it was there.

First time since 5 years ago I finally got a nice massage again, but this time at this wonderful serene place. Thanks to MS. Lilly, she did great.

Me and my hubby loved the deep tissue message we got, was very relaxing for me. My husband had tried lots of other message places but loved it hear by far, he couldnt stop talking about it and wants to come back every month now.

What a gem! Friendly and skilled staff with such amazing techniques.Left refreshed and relaxed every time. Will come often :)

I have been going to them for years since they were on Muddy Branch Road. Their prices are very reasonable especially when the customer service and services are the best.I enjoy the infrared sauna, it is the best before a massage. I have had their facials and I felt healthy with a wonderful glow afterwardI paid for a spa day for my Mom last year and she enjoyed herself and said she was floating afterward. With my back problems, they were very mindful of my injuries and I must say I always feel so much better after my treatments.Thank you for making this affordable for me to enjoy.Always your customer.Mother of ten.

Five stars for prenatal massage at 39 weeks pregnant. Angela did a great job and they fit me in a few days in advance unlike other places where I had to get on schedule weeks out. Affordable also at $65 for an hour. Will go back at 40 if no baby!

My husband & I went for our hands & feet today and were given the ROYAL treatment. It was tremendous. The mother /daughter team that runs this business were polite, gentle, and professionals in their treatment. We were extremely satisfied with the treatment we were given. The price was less then all salons in Palm Coast and the service was 100% better. Recommend to everyone to experience a royal treatment and a savings on your bank account.

The atmosphere was nice and the staff were all very friendly. The massage I received, however, was terrible. He did a lot of just kind of patting me, and I left feeling very, very disappointed. His hands would shake when he tried to use pressure, which just made the experience worse. I have had several massages in the past, but this was by far the worst. The only reason that the place gets 3 stars is because the facial esthetician that I had food such a wonderful job and the staff were nice. I really did not like the massage though and will likely not go back.

I had awesome experience at this spa. The staff was friendly and we had a great couples massage. They seem to work the pressure points really well. My back feels brand new. My only complaint is that I feel that they didnt complete our massages fully. When they got to the front they did our feet, but not our arms and neck. Overall I had a great massage and will come back again ☺

I was on holiday for my birthday and I googled nearest spa to me and this spa caught my attention. I went there and from the moment I walked in, until the moment I walked out, I felt so special. The focus was on making sure I got what I wanted and how I wanted it I got a full body scrub and full body massage. Andrew did my full body massage and did a better job then I expected. I had been suffering from chest pains and breathing uncomfortably. But after the body massage, I felt much much better. I wish I couldve taken this Spa to Lomfon. Great experience. Highly, recommended.

Great customer service and massage!

It’s always an excellent experience going here. I always get my massage with Angela. She’s my first masseuse here and will always be her. She’s very professional, polite and always has a smile on her face just like everyone else who works here. There’s one time that I decided to get a massage on a random day and called them on a VERY short notice. They accommodated me without hesitation and wasn’t rushed at all. They are very welcoming. They moved their location so make sure to check Google before deiving your way to them. It’s only a few minutes further from their location. And by few, I mean less than 5 minutes. Although it doesn’t say on the address, it’s on that CVS in Key West. My family and I will be moving to Frederick end of August and will come back here again and again regardless of my drive.Thank you, Angela and the rest of the staff for a great service as always.
