I have been going to this dental office for over 6 years and I am very happy with their services and their staff. I used to go to a big dental clinic in the past but I was never happy with their services! so many people there and every time a different dentist saw me and no one really explained to me why they did any dental services! but this office is completely different! office is really nice and modern and super clean! office is not big so not many patients there and they have great Covid protocol so I really feel safe there! I really appreciate when their dentist takes the time to explain to me why I need a dental services and show me photos of my teeth! their staff are very friendly and always tell me the cost before any service. They also helped me to finance the cost of my implants! I really recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a great dental office!

Being new in the area and as a former New Yorker, I was, first of all, impressed by Dr. Mark Hagigi’s dental education at New York University, which has among the highest reputation in the world for producing outstanding dentists. Then I was further impressed by the state-of-art digital imaging system that allowed me to clearly see the conditions of my teeth and mouth and a super level of hygiene in the COVID-19 era. Dr. Hagigi very patiently and thoroughly explained the conditions he saw that needed to be prioritized as I am a senior citizen on a limited budget. He offered a senior citizen’s discount of 15% and, surprisingly, performed an emergency procedure on a chipped tooth for free. He said his practice is a mix of about 30% seniors, family dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. He is a very effective communicator, is empathetic, and caring with an excellent staff who made me feel comfortable and confident in their professionalism. I am very pleased to have found such an outstanding and exceptional dental practice that is affordable. I completely recommend Dr. Hagigi to anyone looking for a top notch dentist. A big plus for me, he has very fair and competitive pricing.

Montgomery Dental is awesome 👌 Needed an emergency extraction called and got an appointment the same day and got moved to a spot 4 hours earlier in the day. Dr Hagigi is very gentle and explained the whole procedure to me and other options to save the tooth. I recently was looking for a new dentist and stumbled upon Dr. Hagigi. My overall experience was great, the staff was very friendly. The only thing was they weren’t as thorough which required me to ask quite a bit of questions. I was presented invoices and didn’t really get much insight on what exactly I was getting done and paying for unless i asked questions. Aside from that, they were great and very clean.

I remember when I switched to coming to Dr. Hagigis office. It was the gentlest cleaning Id ever gotten which really helped Highschool me loathe going to the dentist less. Always very clean, professional, friendly and high quality. I also tend to be in and out pretty quick which is nice!

It’s been a year I never went to a dentist because of COVID. I checked the online reviews before I decided to make an appointment with Montgomery Dental Associates. I am highly satisfied with their service. The clinic is beautiful, clean and organize. The equipments are pretty new. I observed that they really take the COVID-19 precautions seriously. The receptionist is very nice. She accommodated me even if I was late. The hygienist is friendly. Dr. Hagigi was very thorough and answered all the questions and concerns I haddue to pregnancy . The way he did the teeth cleaning was amazing. I never felt any pain at all, unlike the previous dentist I had in one of the Rockville dental clinic. I will definitely recommend this dental clinic to my family and friends. Great customer service indeed.

Went to Hagigi last summer and never returned. His office did not complete a cleaning even though my insurance covered it. Instead, he insisted I was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and root planning because (my) teeth were in bad shape! His words, not mine.Immediately, I knew I couldnt trust him as I had visited a dentist just 8 months prior to COVID and take excellent care of my teeth. I got a second opinion and simply needed a basic 6 month routine cleaning.He has terrible bedside manner - insisted he is VERY skilled at (his) job and felt very pushy (not to mention creepy, as a female client).His receptionist on the other hand was very kind and professional. The 2 stars are for her.

If I could give zero stars i would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER/LIAR! It was my first time here and all I came in for was a regular cleaning that I get every 6 months. Hagigi told me I have gingivitis and need a deep cleaning done (insurance doesnt cover) before I can get my regular cleaning. I went to another dentist a week later and he said there is nothing wrong with my teeth and I wanted to get my regular cleaning done with him but Hagigi already went through my insurance and took his money and I never got a cleaning. When I called him to fix this mistake so I can get my teeth cleaned somewhere else he wants to lie over the phone saying he did the cleaning, Like what? MY TEETH ARE NOT CLEANED! WHY ARE YOU LYING! I have never been in a situation like this. Hagigi is a scammer and money hungry. STAY AWAY FROM HERE DONT GO THROUGH WHAT IM GOING THROUGH!!!! Now I have contacted my insurance and put in a claim that will take time to resolve.

Because of the procedures I needed, I’ve had to visit the office approximately 4-5 times over the past 2 months. I normally don’t do too much in the way of leaving reviews, but I really do love this dental office. Dr. Hagigi is very charismatic and set my anxious self right at ease. His staff is FULL of amazing people who are so helpful with everything.What I love about this practice is that everything is laid out before you, including all of the options instead of anyone making you think there’s only one (usually the most expensive) option like some other dental places. An initial check/X-rays are done, he takes a look at whatever you have going on, then TOGETHER you get to make a plan with the doc!I honestly am so glad I chose this place for my dental work. After a very bad experience with my previous dentist and needing to redo all fillings that he did, a friend recommended me to Montgomery Dental Associates. The staff is super nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The office is clean and have they have the latest technology. I was very nervous sitting in the chair and knew I would need a root canal. The dentist was very patient with me, explained my options and made sure I was comfortable. Unfortunately my nerves got the best of me so the dentist gave me a break and prescribed medication to calm me down and I’ll go back to finish my root canal.

Great experience! I came in with pain and within the hour the Dr. extracted my tooth and prescribed me medication. I was scheduled immediately and had the problem resolved the same day. Dr.Hagigi office and staff is a wonderful place to go to. He is a very knowledgeable doctor that enjoys explaining to his patients about any procedure he will be doing on his patients. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his patients know exactly what work he will be doing on them. He does implants, root canals, fillings, crown preps, including cleanings. Everything that is needed from a dentist, he is the doctor to go to.

Were to start, first I’ve received new dental insurance and didn’t have the member ID number all I could provide the front desk was documents HR had provided me. With a busy work schedule I couldn’t really be on the phone so I communicated with the practice via email. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Also booking an appointment was very fast. I didn’t have to wait or be out on a waiting list. I’ve never been to a dental office were you receive a very DETAILED consultation. I had to get X-rays since I was passed due. The dental assistant was patient took her time and guided me thru all the steps. She was extremely patient with me since I hate taking the mouth X-rays. The doctor was very kind he listen to his patient. He didn’t rush me nor did I felt rush. After my consultation I was given an excellent break down of what I will be looking into if I invest into a beautiful simile. 🦷😁

I had a very good time at Montgomery Dental Associates. The doctor is very friendly and talks to you axplains clearly what he is going to do and takes a lot of time with you the staff is very good and efficient.

Horrible experience. The dentist didn’t seem to know the difference between an “infection” and a “cavity.” He said that in my scans there was a “shadow” that could be either just a shadow or an infection or cavity. He did not reassure me and instead mocked me in front of the dental hygienist. Very unprofessional and pricey. I wish I never went. The one star goes to the dental hygienist for her friendliness and ability to calm patients but the dentist is horrible.

I always have very good experiences when i visit my dental office starting with the staff down to doctor hagigi, as soon as i walk in i feel a very pleasant and professional welcome from the front desk admin. Also the dental hygienist awesome and very gentle.. Dr. Hagigi was did a great job at explaining the procedure and a great job at a cleaning. He also explained what I should look out for when brushing and flossing.His staff is very polite and welcoming. There is not a long wait. His office manager is always there to greet people and handle any questions you might have. i recommended this practice to my family members!

I had been going to a dentist but was in need of cosmetic intervention and this office helped me greatly. All my other treatment was super gentle and explained to very in detail.
