They turned away my elderly grandma for being 10 minutes late. I understand that punctuality is important but being rude to an elderly lady for being slightly late (she uses a walker mind you) is unacceptable and downright wrong.

Great doctor and eye care, but sadly the worst experience Ive ever had with a billing department ever. Also my first time leaving a bad review ever, but after being hung up on and called rude after multiple inquiries of resolving what should have been a simple billing issue (I overpaid) it has been a truly disappointing experience at an office that would have been an otherwise great doctor.

Great environment. Great staff. Shelly is a very knowledgeable optometrist and a wonderful person to talk with. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability and I never felt rushed. Made me feel very comfortable, explained everything and overall I had a very pleasant experience.

This is a wonderful place to take your family to. They go above and beyond to help you and are very friendly. We highly recommend them.
