I also really like how the staff customizes the types of glasses for each client depending on their style and face. Always a great experience. Dr. Graham and staff are absolutely phenomenal!! They have treated my family like their family.I have had several eye issues in the past couple years and Dr. Graham has gone out of her way to make sure she sees me as soon as they arise. She has and does make it a personal goal of hers to connect with each patient and ensures comfort no matter what she has to do.Anytime I call or go in the office, the ladies answering the phone always remember who I am as if we just had a family bbq. Great Optometrist! I have been taking my family to see Dr Jessica Graham for almost ten years now. She is a great optometrist. She is great with my kids and they look forward to seeing her every year. I love her eye center, it is beautiful, a must see. I was pleasantly surprised to find how advanced all of the technology was in their office. They had several eye machines I had never used before. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. I ordered a pair of RayBan sunglasses and later checked the price on RayBans website. The exact same glasses (same model number) and lenses were $60 cheaper directly from RayBans website (with free shipping). I asked why and was told I dont know, they charge us more. The person did not actually care to investigate further. I would have been fine with a reasonable explanation. This leads me to believe that the employees or the office is unnecessarily marking up their glasses.

Dr. Graham is a great doctor, and Ive only had good experiences here. The wait time is short and the service is friendly and informative. They arent pushy about anything and you dont feel like they are trying to sell you anything you dont need. Highly recommended.

Dr. Graham and the assistants were really great. They clearly explained not only how the tests worked, but what they were testing. The machines were all very state of the art, and there were some that I hadnt seen before. Additionally, I felt like Dr. Graham did a really good job of explaining every aspect of my eye situation, including some stuff that my previous eye doctors never pointed out to me.

Dr Graham and her staff are the best around. I would never go anywhere else. They are wonderful professionals with great personal attention. They discovered my wife had high blood pressure with their exam. She was able to follow up with her doctor and get medication. Forever greatful for Dr Graham.

Dr. Graham is awesome! My whole family comes to her and have been for the past 10 years; She is a great Optometrist. Its always nice to have an eye doctor explain things as she tests your eyes. She has a great assortment of frames and is great with kids.

From helping my grade school daughter manage some early vision issues through outfitting her with contacts as a college student, Dr. Graham has been by our side. If you want to be treated as a person and not just a source of revenue this is the place. They have been a tremendous resource to our family advising and facilitating such needs as whether or not to have lasik, switching from glasses to contacts, correcting astigmatism, as well as utilizing the latest diagnostic and preventative technologies. More than anything, however it is the staff that creates the environment that keeps us as customers.

The people at Valley View Vision were amazing! They made me feel welcome and were very helpful. Doctor Jessica Graham is very personable and detailed and made me feel like she really cared. I was not made to feel like an inconvenience, like I have at other places. Also, I was not able to have my wife there to help me pick out some nifty frames, and being unsure of what looked good on me, the ladies stepped in and made me feel like a rockstar! Several of them each grabbed several pairs of glasses and had me model them. Then they helped me pick what looked good on me. I have received nothing but great compliments on the suggested pair of frames! As long as I live in Utah, I will go to Valley View Vision!

Just had my first visit here. The staff are all friendly, professional and competent. Best eye exam Ive ever had.

Staff assistant April is very courteous and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about the equipment. Dr Graham explained my retina photo in detail. Just wish the office was open one Saturday per month to order and pick up glasses and contacts.
