Both Drs. Watson are awesome dentists who care a lot about their patients! They are very professional yet warm individuals making their patients feel at ease. Whenever there is an emergency, they will always try to work you in ASAP!

Hes fixed so many of my dental issues!And my hygienist Sue did a great job as well, as did Kristy the time she cleaned my teeth!I never have long waits...Im always brought back for treatment right at my set appointment time.I started coming here a couple years ago when my previous, long time dentist retired...Im so glad Im here with Watson Family Dentistry now!!!

Everyone is friendly, courteous and committed to patient comfort. Jim Watson is exceptionally skilled at giving shots and performing dental procedures with no pain inflicted on the patient. He explains what hell be doing in advance and continues to check that everything is fine as he works on your mouth. I am very pleased with Watson Family Dentistry.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jim Watson for almost 25 years. Dr. Watson is calm, extremely smart, thorough and never pushy. I saw him today and it was the same as always: Everyone you encounter is smiling, helpful, competent, patient and informative. The office is immaculate and full of light. I have a little work that needs to be done but, as always, there was no pressure from anyone about getting it done. I really cant say enough good things about Dr Watson and his practice. Watson Family Dentistry is without question the best dental practice I have ever used. I was referred by a friend years ago. The Team at the practice is always welcoming and helpful. The Watsons, and their assisting technicians are professional and they know their stuff. They put an end to my dread of going to the dentist. I highly recommend this practice for people of all ages, children to senior adults. Though I have now moved to a nearby city, I still drive into Richardson, TX to Watson Family Dentistry. It is my dental home.

Dr. Watson’s office was recommended by a friend. I had been with my previous dentist since 1980 so I was very apprehensive about finding a new place. I just walked in to set up an appointment in the far future, however they were so kind and accommodating, they worked me in an hour later. I never expected that!!! Dr. Watson was so reassuring and encouraging about my teeth. The office staff is amazing. I walked out of there with a pep in my step.

Going to the dentist is such a pleasant experience at Watson Dentistry. Dr. James Watson is calm, competent, and takes a conservative approach to treatment. A few years ago I felt pain in a tooth that had an old root canal. Dr. Watson prepared me for the possibility of needing to redo the root canal but suggested a round of antibiotics to treat the infection. It took care of the infection, pain, and no further treatment was necessary. Today I had an old gold crown replaced. I was in and out in two hours and I love my new crown! Looks and feels just like it’s always been there! Also, the office staff (Lisa, Brenda, and others) are friendly and helpful; Tonya, Dr. Watson’s assistant, is fabulous; and the hygienists are great. Shout out to Sue and Benita! This is a wonderful dental practice!

I went in to get my teeth cleaned, and also to meet with Dr. Watson regarding the upcoming plans for my mouth disaster. Beneita did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, and it was completely painless! The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated Dr. Watson taking the time to go over my upcoming procedures and the costs associated with them. He seems like he really cares about what I want to achieve and is upfront and honest about the best way to achieve it. All in all, a great experience all around! As a former person who feared and hated going to the dentist, I highly recommend this practice!

Ideal Dental had advised that I needed two replacement crowns right away, but Dr. Mat referred to historical X-rays and advised that the situation had not changed, and will watch them going forward. This honest approach is very commendable. I am moving my dental care to their office.

I have been coming here for about 10 years - I really like the staff. Its always same people so you really get to know them and it has a small town feel in a big city. I also love that the dentists are not selling you stuff you dont need. They have mentioned I may need a few things done but not yet - I still have time where others would tell me I need it done right away. Highly recommend.

I had a crown fall of (after about 10 year). Dr. Matt had it fixed and reinstalled in about 15 minutes. Nothing but good things to say about their services.

We took our three year old to Dr. Watson for his first visit. Right outside the entry my son decided he was not going to get his teeth cleaned and started throwing a fit. The staff at the office came to my aid and immediately made my son feel calm and even had him laughing. When it was time for his check up he walked into the room like a champ. The staff did a great job of explaining to him what was going on and was very gentle with the cleaning. My son told me that night that his favorite part of his day was going to the dentist! Great job!

Dr. Watson has been my wife and my dentist for over 20 years. We have never been more satisfied as we have with him. As an engineer, he has shown me his up-to-date equipment which he uses well. As one of those people who do not use deadening of my jaw, I vouch for the care he gives! I have even had a root canal without any pain-killer! Dr. Watson gets our hearty endorsement. We give a five star rating!

Dr. Watson has taken care of our family for more than 15 years. His clinical staff is the very best. I broke a tooth this week, and Dr. Watson got me in right away. I am a practicing physician, and more than once I have complimented Dr. Watson on his good hands as well as his gentle, compassionate approach to patient care. Over the years I have seen him diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, and his knowledge is exceptional. There is very little staff turnover, since his employees love and respect him, and they are highly trained and cheerful.
