Just be aware if you are a Medicare patient that this office says they are a non participating office and they do not accept assignments. You have to pay their charges up front and accept whatever Medicare will reimburse. Not cool because they did not make that point clear up front.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Patterson for over ten years. She was reluctant to take me as a patient because Im extremely medically complex and she knew that Id demand a lot of her time and energy, but she was open and honest about that. We worked out a plan and everything has run smoothly since. Shes one of the best Doctors that Ive ever seen and Ive seen well over 200 Doctors in the DFW area. I highly recommend her!

Went to a check up with my mother and the nurse was beyond RUDE with a NASTY NASTY attitude. Dr.Patterson is kind to your face but we could hear her and Kim talking poorly of other patients while we were there as well as the other young nurse and the front office staff is just out of order. DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT HERE. They are cruel and very rude
