TresImage is a refined yet welcoming salon. The staff are professional and friendly, always offering me a beverage or snack and making me feel comfortable. Nayna has been coloring my hair for a few years now. I’ve gone from fashion colors to deep red lowlights, a brunette balayage, and back. Each hairstyle has turned out even better than I’d imagined, making me a very happy client. I’ve also gotten beautiful gel nails done by Mae at a great price. TresImage Salon is better than any I’ve ever been to; I would definitely recommend it.

I am attending Tres Images for long time, and I have always been very satisfied. Kim has always provided an excellent color service, mixing it to match my requests. She is also always available to help me to accommodate my appointments. I also like the quality of the products used: I have never had any problems. On the top of that, they offer a variety of healthy and good snacks and and a very very good coffee!

I loved my experience at TresImage Salon!! I always get my hair done from Nayna. She’s amazing and always has great suggestions when I explain what I’m looking for. She’s informative and knowledgeable in hair. Because of this I trust her with my hair needs and don’t mind making the trip from Sacramento to Reno just to get my hair done by Nayna. Bonus: She gives amazing head massages when she’s washing your hair.

My hair stylist Kim has been cutting my hair for several years. I appreciate her care and attention to detail. My cut stays clean for weeks. I have some challenging cowlicks that she knows how to trim properly. The staff is friendly and professional, the salon neat and clean.

I had Peg do microblading on me for my first time. I was a bit nervous, but she talked me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect and she did exactly what we discussed at the consultation. My brows look natural, but better and I’m so happy I did this! Plus, she was so fun to chat with during the process! I highly recommend her!

Tres Image Salon delivers the professional quality and client-oriented atmosphere that I expect in high-end salons in New York and San Francisco. My hair stylist created a perfect coloring shade for me. The micro-blading service is equally well-done. Id recommend this treatment to anyone, and especially to more mature gals like myself.

Not going back after second haircut. The first time was really good. This time I got the same cut but they did not follow direction at all. I asked to bring my sides to a 2 and just clean up the top. They stylist decided she was gonna cut my bangs off. To make it worse its not even straight. Top is too short bangs are gone. I could have done the same job shaving my head with clippers for free.Before and after photos included

I have only been going here for the last 6 or 7 months and by far this is the best Salon I have ever been too. The manager Risa and front office ladies are super friendly and easy to work with. The last visit was by far the best, I had an accident and broke my lower back and was also recovering from last ankle surgery, the whole staff was making sure I could move around, making sure I was comfortable and for the appt to go as easy as possible for me, thank you so much for that. I love my hair stylist Kim she always does a fantastic job and works with me for cool colors and cuts for my wavy crazy hair. She has even started to cut my daughters and husbands hair since they love how my hair always looks and stays looking nice. I will definitely recommend this place, its the best.

Im changing my post..I came out with a green ashgrey color highlights that I wasnt happy with..It was suppose to be a 8 week touch up that made it worse and my hair is all different colors..I dont know what happened..But it wasnt done to my liking and know I have to walk around with this green ashgrey color that by far doesnt look good and the highlights dont match my skin tone. My color almost looks dirty..Not happy This picture is my first highlights done i didnt want to take a pic of the green hair.

Received a facial from Teresa I got to tell you it was the most awesome experience I have ever had absolutely loved it, and Teresa is a very sweet lady very kind and gentle I highly recommend her to everyone you must try.

Tresimage is the best place in town! Tresimage is my one stop salon. Lots of great services. I’ve been going to Risa for at least 17 years for my hair. She’s simply amazing. Lori does great waxing and tinting of eyebrows. Recently I took the leap and decided to try microblading. I couldn’t be happier!!! Peg is my new Queen 👑! My eyebrows look so natural and the shape is amazing! If you are on the fence or nervous about microblading, jump off the fence and go see Peg! I can’t believe I waited this long!

What makes a salon great? To me it is welcoming, kindness and professional. I had the the best experience today with my appointment.Kim Paulsen was amazing. She listened and understood what I wanted. She explained everything that she was doing and genuinely cared about me. She gave me great advice. My cut and color was perfect. If I could give more stars I definitely would! Nayna is my stylist and I absolutely adore her. She is so nice and informative when it comes to the process of which I have had to go through to get my hair the way I want it. I went in sometime in June 2020 with dark red box dyed hair. I’ve seen a lot of YouTube videos and such where people have gone in with the same color hair and was able to be platinum blonde afterwards. Lol yeah what they didn’t tell anyone is that their hair was more than likely naturally that color and virgin hair. At first I was a little pushy with how light I wanted my hair after the first session but Nayna explained to me the process. When I went in the first time last year, she did the bleach process and my hair got a lot of the red out. I went back in November and had the process again and it was even lighter and then I went again in March 2021 and my hair is almost exactly the color I want! It’s been amazing each time I go in. Nayna is very informative and I love talking to her. It’s like talking to a good friend that I’ve known for years. When I came in for my appointment in March she remembered everything we had talked about back in November. I couldn’t even remember what we talked about. Lol I brought my mom in at the beginning of April and as always, Nayna did an amazing job! My mom loves her hair and everyone that’s seen it really loves the color. I’m planning on bringing my mom in for Mother’s Day so we can get either massages or lash extensions. We’ve both wanted lash extensions for a long time so we’ll see what she decides on. Thank you ladies so much for the excellent customer service at your salon. Oh that’s another thing! The warm welcome we receive every time we go in, it’s awesome! The staff is so nice and personable. When I took my mom to get her hair done, I decided to use a coupon I won for a free paragon dip and the girl who did my paraffin dip was amazing! Her name is Mae (I think that’s how she spells it). She did an awesome job and I saw some of the nail designs she does and they’re absolutely beautiful! Thank you TresImage for the wonderful experience we have had each time we come in! I love you all and I have found my permanent place for hair care needs!

Great place to get a haircut. They have stylists that specialize in mens haircuts. One the first haircuts in a long time that I was entirely pleased with. Really liked the staff, friendly and professional the whole way!

Most of the people were nice and helpful. I get the covid precautions but to be asked to leave my minor child alone in there while I wait outside even though I was wearing a mask is unacceptable to me. Will not be back.

This salon was recommended by my cousin to do the hair and makeup for my 5 bridesmaids (I had another girl doing my hair and makeup) for my wedding. Because I live in Colorado I never actually went in to the salon to meet anyone but instead told my bridesmaids to have pictures of the hair and makeup they want and also let them know to bring their own lashes to have applied. On the day of we had 4 ladies come to the venue to do hair and makeup although only 1 was rude none of them were great. I got married the day after Valentines Day, so Im not sure if they were tired from a long night or what. The grouchy girl started out doing the makeup for one of my pale bridesmaids and all of a sudden I got a text to come make sure my bridesmaids eye makeup wasnt too dark. When I went over there my bridesmaid looked like a skeleton with sunken eyes it was so dark! And I could hear my bridesmaid continuously tell her she wanted it lighter....I was apologetic about it but had the grouchy makeup artist fix it even though she didnt seem thrilled about it. Then fast forward to my matron of honor getting her makeup done by a different girl (who was actually very nice) when she texted me to come look at her makeup. I saw that the false eyelashes that were applied were spidery and didnt look good on my matron of honor so I asked if they could be changed and the nice makeup artist said she could do that. While I was looking at different eyelash options I told the grouchy makeup artist that I was so sorry I just wanted everyone to look great and she didnt say a word but when I walked away she said this is a nightmare while doing the makeup of another one of my bridesmaids! After that she was rude and her face and body language showed that she was not happy to be there, so unprofessional. I regret not having my one girl do the hair and makeup for all of my bridesmaids because thats exactly what she ended up doing anyways! The minute we could get the TresImage ladies out of the venue my hair and makeup girl was fixing the hair on all the girls as well as the makeup because after the one grouchy girl no one wanted to say anything. The hair and makeup girl with me was frustrated that the TresImage girls seemed to not care about making anyone happy and my girls were frustrated that they had to pay them when they werent happy. My suggestion is that if youre an out of town bride booking them you should DEFINITELY go in and have a consultation...or make sure you have someone happier on site who can do hair and makeup.*******EDIT******I wrote this review with the intention of helping another out of town bride out but the response that I got from the salon is ridiculous and terrible customer service and I had to edit this review. To make this clearer: I brought ONE girl (who also happened to be a guest at my wedding) to do my hair and makeup and my moms after having a terrible experience with another salon in Reno. She had absolutely NOTHING to do with the TresImage girls and set up her station in the bathroom with the mirrors so she wasnt even around them besides saying Hi. To say they should have communicated is not necessary. In a normal situation she would have just done our hair and makeup and then left but because of the attitudes and below par work by the TresImage girls, she was left to fix all the girls hair and makeup so her comments were valid, and agreed upon by everyone. She is a hair and makeup professional so the customer service by the team that showed up upset her. Also, if 9am is too early for the TresImage team then they shouldnt have agreed to do the hair and makeup for my wedding!!! I understand wanting to support your team but I have SO many witnesses to the poor work and attitude the girls that showed up had that there is no defending their actions. The nightmare comment should appall an owner not try to dismiss it, because it was 100% NOT about the lashes being hard to put on. I hope this review helps someone else booking their wedding day because it would have helped me!

Extremely unprofessional!!!After booking me into an appointment and confirming, the salon called me an hour before my appointment to tell me that the stylist they booked me with was not going to make it in that day . Time is a valuable commodity to those of us working and with families, sickness is understandable however calling an hour before to cancel with no reason is inexcusable and has now made my life more inconvenient as many of us have to hire babysitters etc to have time to try and take care of ourselves. Thanks for NOTHING.

I have been going to TresImage for two years now. Risa and the entire staff are wonderful! The facility is top notch and the entire staff are constantly updating their training to stay on top of their skills. Great atmosphere for the entire family, they even do weddings and have a Reiki practitioner on site.

Ive been going to Tres Image for over 8 years. Risa, the owner, is a great gal and has become a good friend. Shes been cutting my hair the whole time and the services her and her assistants provide are simply wonderful. Im just a Wash n Wear customer, nothing fancy and could get my hair cut somewhere else cheaper. But I choose to keep going to Tres Image because I know Ill get great service at a reasonable price every time I walk through the door. Her shop is clean and modern and the staff is friendly and very welcoming. Id highly recommend Tres Image to anyone, guy or gal.

They have candy and drinks for you while you wait, which rocks. Took me a while to find a stylist I really clicked with, but finally did! I get just a basic haircut, no fancy stuff. They do a great job and have reasonable prices. My mom gets her hair cut and colored here too. She says they do great nails and have a wondeful esthetician for all your skin care and massage needs! Good location, too - on McCarran near 80 and 4th Street.
