I just moved to Reno from the LA area and had been seeing the same stylist for 7 years and was having a VERY hard time finding someone to do my hair.I like the copper/gold/warm tones that are opposite of what is popular right now and I think the others I’d seen before Jenell weren’t familiar/practiced/confident with that color/tonal family (my inspo pic was of warm coppers/dimensional golds) and I’d come away with dark violet/cool toned hair.Jenell was the third stylist I’d visited and was super nervous because the previous two said they could do what I wanted and just didn’t deliver. In fact, Jenell had a 6 hour color correction in front of her when I first sat in her chair. I’ll admit, I’m in the beauty industry too and know enough about hair to be annoying, so I guess you can say I’m picky...I just say I Know what I like.From the very first appointment, I loved my hair. She was confident, thorough, patient, so positive and just plain lovely to spend 6 hours with.I’m happy to say that I’ve found my hair home & my confidence again.
