Trish got me in right away. The office and staff were caring and compassionate. Dr. Hoff could have easily recommended a treatment but instead told me that my issue was not really orthodontic. While I was disappointed I appreciated his honesty. I feel grateful for their valuable time and Dr. Hoffs assessment. I highly recommend Hoff Orthodontics.

I absolutely love this place. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Hoff and his staff. I had braces over 12 years ago. So far we have had three daughters go to Dr. Hoffs office. The staff is so welcoming. It does not have the feel of a Doctors Office. I can tell you that I feel a sense of unease in any medical setting. Even if I am not the one being seen. But here I feel perfectly at ease. From the moment you come to the moment you leave you feel like a special person. The check in is easy and we are seen right away. I like that my time is valued so I make sure that I value their time and arrive on time. There is always something fun going on, a theme, a fun uniform. The Dr. is gentle and through. He is working with one of my daughters that has a more complicated mouth. Love the warm cookies when we leave and the reminders and easy to get appointments. I wish all of my experiences at Dr.s office were like this.

Dr Hoff is a FIVE-STAR Orthodontist! He & his entire staff are so wonderful & amazing & very professional. I was apprehensive when I initially consulted but eventually, I just found myself looking forward to each visit, because each visit is never painful or unpleasant. Dr Hoff has gentle hands. The staff are very creative. Each time I visit (every 6 weeks or so), there is always a theme or something fun (sometimes with prizes) in his office, especially for kids. Everyone is treated like a family. They call/address you by your nickname (if you have one), not by your full/complete proper name. After your visit, they offer you a yummy freshly-baked cookie! Never had a bad experience here. I went to Dr. Hoff in high school for my own braces. When it came around time for my son to get braces, I didnt think twice about where to go. He has now finished his first treatment and is in a retainer, with the possibility of needing a second round. My daughter is also in need of a consult and we will definitely be sticking with Dr. Hoff. Every Single Person in the office is helpful and friendly. Amazing place I do recomend

While you get treated like a rockstar here, the price tag comes with it. On my initial orthodontic consult they took x rays, the whole nine yards before I had committed to a treatment plan. Staff was very friendly and the whole office was very modern and prompt. I was quoted around 4k for Invisalign for a very minor adjustment on just one tooth, while at other local places I was quoted less than half that. If it weren’t for the high price tag I would have come here - However, if I need something else in the future I’d give this place a shot if it’s reasonable.

The fact that they took their time to explain to me their service and how well braces work, convinced me to choose Dr. Hoff. The price was a bit higher than the other locations, but we have to remember that quality over-rules quantity. They also have a Rewards Program as an incentive which is a bonus on getting gift cards. I have confidence in the staff to help me achieve having straight teeth. Overall I am a happy customer and I am glad to have chosen Dr. Hoff Orthodontics.
