We just moved to Redlands and my kids used the Western Dental in corona. Honestly I was hesitant about coming to another Western Dental because the one in Corona is HORRIBLE. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I told my husband let’s try this location out and I’m glad we did because they are super nice and friendly. We weren’t rushed like the other location. As I was sitting waiting for my son, all their interactions with the patients were great. We will definitely stay at this Western Dental. I highly recommend.

This specific branch in Redlands has very kind and friendly staff . They did a root canal for me on my front tooth in a fairly decent amount of time. I did have a couple concerns seeing the staff scrambling around looking for equipment mid operation. Ontop of that the drill broke and I have to make another appointment about a month from now for them to finish the work . The Dentist availability is extremely limited to specific days of the week/month . Despite the few Cons, Overall im thankful for their help and services especially during these days

Dr. Yao and her assistant Jerusalem where amazing. I have a fear of dentist. They made me feel so calm. They explained each process while checking to make sure I was comfortable. Best dental experience I can remember ever having. Thank you both for your patience and kindness.

Im so glad I switched to Western Dental a few months ago. The Redlands office staff is wonderful. Appointments can be made within a day or two and at your convenience. Ive had exams, xrays, extractions, deep cleaning and soon a crown. No reservations or nerves about going and taking care of everything.

Everyone here is respectful and friendly the only problem is their scheduling is kind of messy lol. But the dentists are really nice as well as the assistants and front desk. Mad me not scared of the dentist anymore!

Dr. Yao and her staff are genuinely the best dental professionals I have ever seen. I have had horrible experiences at different dental offices and have extreme paranoia and fear of the dentist because of it. Dr. Yao actually helped me to feel COMFORTABLE during both my consultation exam and during my filling procedure. She is an amazing dentist - walks you through everything that’s happening, checks in constantly, and is so gentle. Her staff are also caring and kind. They went above and beyond to help me overcome my fears and feel safe in their care. I can never thank them enough for finally helping me to feel comfortable at a dental office. This will be the ONLY dentist I ever visit.

Went in to a dentist office after not being in one for 19 years I am 33yrs old. I was scared at first but the whole staff was very nice and very helpful and knowledgeable. Got taken to the back for X-rays and they found the problems to root canals one on the left side and one on the right side. I was going to put it off but they insisted on me getting it done now rather than later and have 2 of my teeth permanently lost. The staff made me feel comfortable. At that point I knew I was in good hand and will be taken care of. I will be returning to this dental office for future checkups

Today I came in for a tooth extraction. I was really nervous due to the fact I had a negative experience with a prior extraction. ( Different Orthodontists) l was called with in 10 minutes of my check in time. Everyone was friendly and professional. The Orthodontists did an exceptional job pulling my tooth, he was very quick and efficient. His assistance was very polite and comforted me the whole way through. I didnt get his name but I recommend anyone who is extremely nervous about getting tooth extractions, hes definitely the man to go to!

Very nice people here and very thorough. Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal friendly. Never pushy.

Dr. Yao was amazing!!!! She worked on filling cavities on my visit. She has a manner when working with a patient that is calming amd put me at ease. She also asked consistently during the procedure if I was doing alright. I am very pleased with my experience today. I wont go anywhere else!

Their billing department is the worst. Prices change and they are unsure about what they offer. My Prices changed several times. Even after speaking to my dental insurance provider they kept over charging. They have some rude billing associates that will give you attitude about them being wrong. Very unprofessional Angie I believe the girls name was in the Redlands office. And from what I understand Im not the only one thats had problems there. Ask around or check post made about them on social media. Save yourself some time and headache. Run far away from this place.

Id advise no one to go here for braces or any treatment, they dont no what they are doing from billing to treatment. Do your homework before you go here and you will understand. The dentist covered up an infected tooth on my son which he could of died from. Beware of the billing lady she has tricks that will get you into debt. Something very shady about this office the dentist was watching a you tube video on how to put a filling, facts. Never seen this before in my life. Dont go here.

Horrible experience! If you have any form of odontophobia, DO NOT COME HERE!!! After four phone calls and two visits, I would hope that my patient information is saved correctly. It was not! The dentist is a pompous rude impatient man, he doesnt even bother to introduce himself. Heaven forbid you have any questions about your extremely expensive and dental procedure. If will be met with dry annoyance, as if you are not entitled to want any explanation or scientific information. He yelled at me for being afraid, even though it was clearly explained multiple times. I was being cooperative. I litterally left in tears without my work being done.

People are nice but un professional i had 3 teeth removed and never got a follow up appointment they just ripped them out and send me home. If I didnt do my own research I would have never known what to watch for and how to take care of the wounds. Now its 2 weeks later still no call for an appointment im switching dentists. Never coming back

The office was very overbooked and busy on the day of our appointment. My children had appointments at 10am and 10:30am. We were there from 9:45am until just before 1pm. I was not happy about the long wait, but we dealt with it with a smile on our masked faces. The staff was AMAZINGLY KIND!!! Everyone we came into contact was so polite, patient and helpful. I will never do another Saturday appointment, but we will definitely return to this office.

Had dentures done Oct 14th. They did a great job. And they get me an appointment fast for adjustments. Love the girls at the Redlands office.

Very unorganized, I’ve had many appointments cancelled without my knowledge and when I showed up I would have to leave and come back on whatever day they give you, just to only get cancelled again. I don’t recommend coming here.

The customer care at Western Dental is impeccable, I have been to many dentists in my 66 years and have never been treated as well as they treat me at Western Dental they have all the state-of-the-art equipment and they are very thorough I always leave feeling really good. I like him so much better the last one, he’s a perfectionist to say the least, so that means your teeth will be coming out perfect, my smile is now nothing less than that, and I used to hate it!!! Him & the orthodontist team are amazing!! Love this place, I’m in my early 20’s and have been going here for years, but now I can chose where I want to go and I still chose here because they’re that great! 100/10 would recommend the Redlands location & the orthodontist!

Always been a little fearful regarding my teeth and just the stress, but they made sure comfortability and stress free were priority, great place to get your pearly whites checked out! This place does not honor their appointments. They had me sit in the dental chair for over an hour, that was not including the time spent in the office chair. Although the staff may be nice, it doesnt make up for the lack of consideration to the customers time, by their over booking the appointments given.

I am not a big fan of the dentist at all!! Being that I had thee worst tooth ache ever I had to go. So I called the office and made a appointment. As I nervously walked in I immediately explained I am not good with dentist my teeth are in bad shape and was treated and greeted by caring dental assistants. To my surprise I have no cavities and just need to get deep cleaning. The dental hygienist was wonderful! She explained in detail what needed to be done and that she would be the person to do all the work in the future! I really do not have anything bad to say about anything or anyone at western dental! I do want to say thank you to staff and the dentist who really made me feel comfortable

Great dental experience, Jackie was very helpful when it came to assisting my fiancé with his care plan. The care team was very patient and kind to my daughter who was scared and nervous. All in all a great experience!

Cody in the front desk helped me with the check in process quickly and timely, Went to the back Katherine and stephany got me started on my braces with an affordable treatment. There were all nice and kind and they will get to your appointment Quickly and they do an amazing job I recommend you guys to come here and get your teeth clean or put on braces on they do an excellent job☺️

Spent 2.5 hours here for an X-ray and dental cleaning. When I initially commented while checking in on the number of people in the waiting room, the desk staff informed me that they were there for orthodontic care and wouldnt affect our care. Over an hour passed before my son was called back for his appointment to begin. Xrays were taken and then he was put in a room to wait some more. The dentist informed me multiple times that he was the only dentist there but that he wasnt actually that busy. Another employee let me know that it is corporate policy to double book appointments. The desk staff informed me that the dentist himself was performing dental cleanings because there was no hygienist on staff that day. I have never before heard of a dentist cleaning teeth. Everyone who worked there seemed to think it was perfectly acceptable business to do all these things. I was informed that nobody else ever complained about the incredible waits occurring because of multiple critical employee absences and a policy of double-booking all the time. So here is the complaint.
