They have friendly staff and have always done right with my smile. The thing that bothers me is scheduling. I had to stop going there for a couple years because I only had Friday available and they have a short day on Friday. When my work schedule changed and I had Mondays available I went back and have not had a problem scheduling cleanings. I recently went in for my cleaning and wanted to do the Zoom teeth whitening agreed with the pricing and was very excited.....apparently they only do the Zoom on Tuesday so not only are they losing my hundreds of $$$ but they let me down too. If you just want to get the basics there its a wonderful place anything more then that you have to have an open schedule or be willing to use vacation time.

Be aware of this unprofessional, lying, confused, lazy wanna be orthodontics! Chad hawkins. He was always on his phone, with his legs crossed sitting back. We went to Chad back in 2015 (when he use to work for Gental Dental) for advice for my wifes braces. He said it will take 2 years. After the 2 years, we asked again and he said a few months, and after a few months, he said a few months, and after a few months, he said a few more months and you see where Im going with this. After another year he said a couple more months and said everything looks good and after a couple more months, he said a couple more months and then disappeared. My wife had to see a new orthodontics, he was asking who started the treatment and where was the treatment plan? Since they could not find the plan or schedule and was upset. Its January 2, 2020 and my wife still has her braces with maybe half a year to go. We would have never done it if we knew it would take 5+ years of this to fix a few teeth.

My whole family, from children to adults, has been seen at Pure Gold for years and we love everyone there. They are always kind and accommodating.

As a 35 year native to Redlands, I have known Dr. Vines for many years. I have had many dentists/orthodontists perform work on my nice shiny new grill over the years. Yet, I walk away feeling fresh everytime I come here. I highly recommend Pure Gold to any and all new local, as well as non local residents!!!! Dr. Vines and Dr. Kwong are always so gentle with my teeth. I never have any complaints!!!! 👍Thank You PURE GOLD:))

They do not have time to spend with you.Everything they need to do is expensive treatment like crown.They are really unprofessional.I do not really recommend them to anyone.
