Clean and modern gym. Large weight room and free weight section. Lots of cardio machines and resistance training machines as well. Pool is open 24hr, which is awesome. Sauna and jacuzzi are nice after a hard workout. Overall, great place for a great price.

They are a scam. They sign you up for more than you agree to and no one there seems to know what they are doing. Trying to talk to them about anything is pointless, they always redirect you to someone else so they never have to deal with anything.

Beautiful Gym! Unfortunately, they have taken away most of the kid care fun that would make a mother want to drop her children off there.... They dont nuture the childrens play environment, so for me, I cant with a clear conscience leave my child there... Darn..

Great gym. I’m glad I joined it. It had everything I needed for my amenities. Got a great discount for personal training sessions for their birthday. Sweet deal. It’s a bit overcrowded. We are a community. The sales person, front desk, and the coaches are very nice and friendly. You get 7 days for a free trial before committing to a member ship. I enjoy their hydromassage and movie theatre.you do get a free complimentary workout with a coach. Awesome. Great deals and better promotion. I would say this is a heck better than 24 hour fitness and YMCA. It’s exceptional. I will experience more things as I go such as group classes, sauna, etc. This gym meets my needs for best prices. I am using their best membership deal in which I can bring a guest anytime. This is sweet. Highly recommend despite the covid variant. Don’t stress about this community. Great deals

Nice looking gym but full of high schoolers and kids. Not a mature crowed and over crowed in the afternoon. The funny part is the trainers all look like they need trainers themselves... Majority of the staff are super young, unprofessional and lazy. The gym is not always clean and kept up. Pay the extra money for a better gym.

If your looking for a 24hr gym in redlands, eos is the way to go. They keep their gym clean and have a wide variety of equipment to work with.You can use the eliptacle or treadmill in the theater room. They have a sauna in the locker rooms; a 25 meter length sized pool for laps and a jacuzzi to chill in after.We need more locations!

Equipment are nice but not accessible due to the amount of people. Employees are nice and facilities are clean, just need to go at a less busy time.

I wish there was a way to review just a particular class. I love EoS, this facility is clean and HUGE. I have never had a problem waiting for equipment. However, I just did my first Vinyasa Flow Yoga class and it was not my cup of tea. The instructor played a playlist of her favorite oldies, NOT calming yoga music. And I understand it is supposed to be a workout not a relaxation hour, but the pace was way too stringent and didnt focus on form or breathing at all.And yes, it is just this location. I moved here from Vegas and the EoS there had an excellent yoga class that didnt play high tempo hits and instead played calming yoga music.

Found a set of keys while out hiking that had a key chain from this fitness center. I brought the set of keys in and they called the owner right than and there. Good people! Thanks for the help!

The gym is modern with brand new equipment. The guest option on premium membership is great... Only minor complaint is it ways packed but pretty much expected if any gym.

Very disappointed that I could not get a membership using my credit card! I was informed that you must use a checking account for payment. I have had to many issues in the past with people taking money out of my checking account and learned that if I use my debit or credit card I am better protected.

Even if this wasnt a pandemic, EOS Fitness manages to be the filthiest, most overcrowded gym Ive ever worked out at. Sign up here if you enjoy waiting for eternity to use a machine/weights.

Ill start off by saying the gym itself is decent and has a fair amount of machines. There are times of overcrowding though so maybe they need to expand.The main reason I am writing this review is to make everyone aware that they do not have adequate security in place for the parking lot. Since the New Years rush the parking lot has been quite crowded and hard to find spots. EOS sent out an email (12/4/19) stating that it was fine to park anywhere in the map except the spots for other businesses, so I decided to park in the back thinking they would have cameras there. This was a mistake. Not only do they not have cameras in the back, but they do not properly manage their flood lights that should be on after sundown. My car was broken into on the drivers side window and they stole a cheap dash camera that I had. After filing a police report with Redlands PD he let me know that even the front of the building does not have adequate camera coverage.I reached out to EOS to let them know about this since I got two of the managers cards that night, they never responded. I would think twice about using this gym, at least till the crowds are gone.

I have been to a lot of different gyms, and this is my favorite! Friendly, helpful and hardworking employees, top notch equipment, straightforward pricing, and a fun and energetic atmosphere. I particularly like that I can bring a guest with me for free (to the gym, in general, as well as to classes). Even though there are a lot of people inside, at any given time, the space never feels overly crowded, and I have not had any trouble carving out my own spot on which to workout.

I Love Love this gym! All of the staff like management and the front desk are AMAZING!! My trainer Marcus is patient and wants me to succeed so for me thats is a big plus! This gym is affordable and whats even better that the members are nice too. Sanitary is always on point! As a member its always nice too know where the sanitizer is at so you can clean before and after the machines. Overall you cant go wrong at EoS Redlands. Thank You for my fitness journey.

The gym during covid is quite interesting and scary but make sure to place your online or in app reservations. Everyone is wearing a mask so it really doesnt feel unsafe with there procedures in place. Although if you are trying to workout with out the crowd dont go between 7-10PM.

Awful predatory business practices. They make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership, you have to jump through several hoops and also pay a fee. Theyve been harassing me for weeks and apparently didnt cancel my membership correctly and have charged me an extra ~$40 since then. Nobody knows who I actually need to talk to & I keep getting transferred back to the main menu.Gym is cheap & you get what you pay for in service. 10/10 would not recommend.

CDC reversed their mask wearing recommendation and Now require it in high transmission public settings. With so many not wearing masks and bodily fluids flying around, the gym has to be considered a HIGH AT risk setting!

Great gym but terrible billing. Beware of the opt out billing. I cancelled on Feb 2021 after COVID reopening and I still did not feel like going to the gym. Why pay if you arent going right? Still got billed for April and May and then finally the charges stopped. Make sure to get something in writing when you quit or just pay cash. Autopay stinks.

PROS: The gym is really nice with lots of equipment and amenities. There is basically something for everyone. The monthly fee isnt horrible, especially if you signed up before it opened. During Covid-19 closures they didnt charge membership fees which was cool if not required.CONS: There is an annual fee that isnt easily clearly called out in the membership...some might call it a hidden fee. Parking is a MAJOR issue and the gym is very crowded. When they opened in the parking lot during Covid-19 (still closed inside), they started charging full-price monthly dues again. This is was d*ck move for sure. The bring a friend benefit is ONE friend from the first time on. So you cant bring a friend one week and a different friend another.

Its a good place to work out no one bugs you everyone is focused on what they are doing and nice helpfup people

First time going. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything is outside but still very clean and everyone who was there working out was very good about cleaning off their machines/weights and wearing masks.

After attending EOS for several months now, I can say that I have seen results.The facility is well maintained, and the managers will fix broken equipment asap and are only delayed by delivery time.The employees are friendly, and willing to help. If you ever feel like you need more encouragement to get a workout done, I strongly suggest getting a trainer. The Trainers are all encouraging and really want to see you get healthy. If you have any questions regarding how to use machines or weights they are there to guide you.The Gym-Goers are hit and miss. There still are the Judgers who look down on the first-timers and the Judgers who look down on big people. But the way to know if a Gym is healthy is by seeing these types of people enter a gym everyday. EOS Redlands is a healthy gym.To those who are trying to get healthy, not fit or not muscular, but healthy. EOS Redlands is the place to be.

Its great that theyre open, however i observed during my workout that a lot of people cant follow directions and use only the machines that are marked to be used for that day. So if you are concerned about social distancing just beware.

This is my gym, but I am disappointed that the only one checking for masked people in the gym is ONLY THE MANAGER! So it’s to assume that when she works is ONLY WHEN THEY enforce masks. All the employees need to know that the is still a pandemic and EVERYONE NEEDS TO COVER up! This should also be enforced by the “Coaches” since they are on the floor the majority of their shifts. The “Coaches” should be protecting their clients as much as possible from those unchecked individuals NOT WEARING their masks. Plus, the gym has to exceed the capacity limit during this pandemic and I’m certain that NO front desk employees are accurately checking the reservations b/c I was not checked for my reservation. I WOULD HATE for this gym to be closed or fined by the county for employees negligence and clients ignorance. Thank you!

Listen were all out money and you arent getting any extra money out if me because some you hired was incapable of taking me off the billing list. I enjoy working out at EOS but I wish it was indoors again. Working out in the rain is difficult especially because the deadlift area doesnt have a Canopy so we cant use it. Limiting you to just machines that are always wet.

Please dont sign up with this facility poor customer service and you wont get the money , charges are recurrent so u cant get out of these charges unless you cancel your credit card, dont sig with personal trainer, they charge 80 dollars for rest of your life whether you use the trainer or not, u cant talk with anyone because they in meeting all the time, because they dont was to deal with you. I would give -5 star for this facility, it looks cheap membership, with cheap customer service

I love this gym. All the equipment is brand new, the staff is very cheerful and very helpful. Never a hassle here and always so much to enjoy. It can get crowded at times but thats because it is such an awesome, positive place. Truly a very high quality gym and a very low rate. Its been my fitness home since it opened.

Talk about no customer service!! I have tried contacting this establishment for months and no one answers ever! I have tried to cancel my subscription but they make that option so inaccessible! Its very frustrating especially during these financial hardship times! Seems like they have no regard for their customers what so ever, how can I cancel if I dont have an option too!? And I see other reviews similar too mine so I know its a recurring issue. They keep charging me and I dont want to go in personally because of covid19 , very unprofessional and overwhelming I would not recommend joining this gym and if you do just know you signed your life away!

Very unreliable. Changes hours and closes unexpectedly and fails to notify the members. Highly recommend avoiding this gym if a regular work-out is a big part of your life, because this gym will not be there for you consistently.

This gym hours are very unpredictable. The hours posted on the website, what is announced on the voicemail and the actual opening hours are very different. Cannot even tell you how many times I went there only to find the gym closed.

Update 2/9/2021 :There is still no reply from this establishment. It seems there is no intention to resolve the case.Update 2/6/21 :This establishment is a fraud. They only want money from their members. I requested the cancellation since December, but they havent cancelled it till today. They keep charge me till February, so my bill is piling up. I called them several times n sent e-mails but nobody solve it. Be careful, its easy to get in but hard to ge out of this fraud business.This is a great gym before the pandemic. Since there was a stay-in-home order by the governor of CA, Ive never been to the gym. I dont even know that the gym was open. Suddenly I got a letter from ABC company that said I have past n current due. I called them and they said that they were just a billing company. They also told me that EOS does not answer phone and can only be contacted through e-mail. I sent an e-mail to the address that they gave me on 12/23/2030. I got no reply, instead I got a second letter that threatened to send the bill to a debt collector. I just want EOS to cancel my membership and also my sons. I dont want to pay anything that Ive never used. Hopefully someone from EOS read this and do what they supposed to do.

I hadnt updated my billing info since my local EoS reopened and although it was a little difficult getting into contact with someone, when I finally did, Leslie at Redlands handled my issue right away and was very professional about it. They call me saying I need to pay otherwise it is going to an debt collector for whatever reason they think I owe money. So i try to call the Redlands location at least 5 times pressing 0 to speak with somebody about 20 times each. Do ur employees not know how to pick up a phone other than their cellphones? Cause that is ridiculous.UPDATE: its been 6 days since Olivia told me to reach out to her and she still hasnt replied its look like the whole company just like to leave people hanging. I dont know what the problem is but you have had 6 DAYS to contact me nd still nothing can I just get some assistance or is it too much to ask for????

Love all the classes and the instructors. They’re highly motivating and I always enjoy taking classes there. My favorite instructor is Andrew Y. He is just so positive and inspiring, and his classes are killer! The kids club is great and they are all so sweet when you go in. I love this gym!

Very very nice gym! Very friendly and helpful staff by the front desk, which is very easy to sign in and ask questions by the way. Very big with a kids fun place and a halfcourt basketball court, and even a swimming pool! A sauna, a towel rental machine, turf mat, yoga studio, and a cinema cycling room! Very nice equipment and very clean and organized locker rooms. Whats great is how you can just walk in and get a 7 day free trial pass in about 2 minutes. Everything here was super high quality and overall a great experience. This is my new gym!

Poor customer service

Love the gym, the unique equipment no other gym has. Not sure why at 3 am or 4 am it needs to be a shirtless guy convention most whom are even in shape lol.Also, can your staff start turning on sauna around 3 or 4? So by the time some of us are done working out its nice and hot?

The ads online are a scam. When you go in they dont honor them and they try and get you to pay extra fees. They say only 1 dollar today but in 2 weeks youll get charge 49.99.

This company is a shady at best. Was lied about the prices of their personal trainer and even though I cancelled my service since January for GYM, Personal trainer and child care i was charged today with a gym membership. I called and was told that the only thing they had cancelled was my personal trainer. If you cancel make sure that you get a copy of your cancellation and contact your bank.Update: 12/11/2020 today i got a call and an email from ABC fitness( they manage the financial part of this company ) saying that my account is still active and I need to make my payment. This is insane!!!!!!!And to the owner, no I dont have any confusion on my cancelation. Your company is trying to pull a fast one.

Very affordable and had a lot of amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are patient with any questions you have. I love the equipment especially the movie theater, hydromassage, and kids club.

My family and I have really enjoyed this gym so far. It does get crowded and parking can be challenging at times. But that’s just because everyone wants to be a member here! I take that as a good thing. I usually take classes, so I don’t notice it being crowded except for parking.One thing I’d like to point out is the Kids Club. kids club staff are SUPER nice and accommodating. They take the time to remember my kids names and are very nice to them - which is not the case in all kids clubs. We very much appreciate that because it keeps us coming back to the gym as we can trust leaving our kids with the staff.Gym is also very clean and the trainers for the classes are awesome ( for the most part. There’s 1 for cycle that I tend to avoid). But a o far so good! Thanks EOS!

My brother, cousin, friends and I all signed up months ago. We have been waiting for this day and now that its here I couldnt be more excited. The place looks great, since we did our referrals, we got the months off, and since we signed up months ago got the promo of $16 for full access. I chose not to get the kid area since I got no kids. Regardless, the price for a gym like that with so many resources is such a great deal.I get to bring a friend with me and Ill be bringing someone to train me, or my encouragement to keep exercisi . Already planning on going tonight and everyday!

I was charged for the month of July. The gym was never open for use. I immediately sent a request for reimbursement. Received a response 8/6 to which I replied on 8/7, asking to have my membership cancelled and asking to be reimbursed for July.THREE WEEKS have passed and I have yet to get another response from their GM, Joel Esperanza. This is after sending TWO follow-up emails requesting action being taken.Not that you can join now, but when you are able to join a gym - don’t choose this one. Customer service isn’t lacking, it’s non-existent.Update: Ahh the saga continues. It’s official. EoS is a PoS. I reached out to someone else and FINALLY was told that my request dated 8/7/20 to cancel my membership would be honored “as a courtesy”. However, EoS has attempted to charge my locked credit card every month since. And, surprise! They’ve yet again gone radio silent.I’m about to go Karen and call the Better Business Bureau and also report their charges as fraud. Gym is great staff just needs to wear their masked correclty (over the nose) before trying to enforce it upon the clients.

This is an awesome gym. I recently canceled my 24 hour fitness for this!!! I it was a no brainer. The only thing I wish is that it had a sauna my husband and I both can go into. They only have a separate sauna.But overall pricing is more reasonable and it’s way nicer inside than 24 hours!

I have been hitting the gym for 35 years. This gyms equipment, variety of classes and staff are outstanding! Going to the gym had become just one more thing I had to do in my day. Now I am excited to go and wiped out when I leave. Join this gym!

Nice gym, but very crowded and zero parking around 5pm. Luckily its decently safe to walk. I have to park on the other side of the parking lot most days.

If I could I would give EOS gym no stars at all.I called two weeks before my next billing cycle to cancel and I was told I had to call 30 days before my next billing cycle. I am writing this review to advice other members if they want to cancel to be aware of their cancellation policy and read the fine print.Not to mention I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes that can mean an eternity to someone who just wants to be helped.The staff is very unpleasant. The gym itself was okay.Now, I’ll take my business back to LA FITNESS where everything was great from the beginning.

So far this gym has been good to me?... the machines are way better than my old gym. Super spacious, but Round 2-8pm probably worse time to go. Its understandable thats just any commercial gym kuz that is when everyone gets off work/school. Most of the staffs seems to be friendly, but then again Ive only spoken to 2 of them at most, but again I dont like to socialize when Im at the gym since its me time so honestly that doesnt bother me to much. As long as they keep up with maintenance. Ill remain a member for a minute.The water fountains are way back in the entrance. Itd be nice to have one closer to where the free weights are at instead of having to go all the way back there.I go early morning round 1am. and everytime I go to the recovery room (which I was told 24hr access as long as Im a black card member) its always locked?

Bad training!. Eos has changed my personal trainer 2 times in 3 months, because they quit the job. Im with the third one because I already payed. With each one Ive had to start a different training while I thought I was going to have an integral plan to follow from the beginning. Each trainer say things that contradict each other, and I thought Eos fitness was a gym that makes sure their trainers have the same knowledge and dont confuse clients.Since September, I asked if I could cancel or reschedule the same day because of the nature of my job (otherwise Id preferred to not get and sign a trainer plan) and I was told yes, as long as I have communication with my trainer, you wont have a problem in rescheduling without losing your session, lies. But now the people who sold me the VIP membership also quit or they disappeared and I cant ask again in person.Now tired of lies, miscommunication, contradictions I try to cancel my training plan and I need to do it 30 days before they stop charging, when I was told my contract was 4 months. If they already know when the 4 months are over, I asked the second trainer about the last payment date and she said everything was clear in the computer system, why do I need to tell them I dont want to continue after 4 months?, plus its not worth???.Oh, but they were fast pushing me to sign a training guaranteed service, responding to my questions: yes yes yes, no problem...my sin was to trust Eos fitness is a serious gym and hire serious professional reliable people. They are not consistent!.

Lots of machines and very clean

Terrible. I attempted to get a refund for a monthly fee after I canceled it. I discontinued my membership the following month for a second time and was still charged the fee. They said “it was not documented”. Thea essentially said there was nothing the can do.

Nice and new but gets very crowded. Better than any other big chain gyms in the area
