The Energy Lab is awesome! Been going for years and I love the variety of programs as well as the trainers! When COVID hit and they had to close they easily transitioned to online zoom classes.

I attended my first class this morning at 5:30am everyone was so helpful and warm I felt right at home. The workout was intense but modifications can be made to go at your own pace. I love the energy. I will be back for sure.

Absolutely love the Energy Lab! My husband and I come to Redlands a couple times a year to visit family so we were so happy to come across the Energy Lab to keep our regular personal training sessions going whilst in town. We were assigned to Leah who was just perfect for us. Lots of fun exercises that really wore us out and such a lovely person to chat to. Will definitely be back next time we are in Redlands! Also, big thanks to Sean for booking us in and being so friendly and welcoming. Wonderful location and such a perfectly laid out space.

Jill Rooks has special gift. Her knowledge of body mechanics,kinetics, and her experience and a very special sensitivity allow her to assess the individual needs of her clients and develop specific exercise programs to improve fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. If that weent enough she is inspirational and makes every workout great fun.
