Excellent location, plenty of parking, friendly members, clean facility, Equipment, restrooms &Showers!

One of my favorite gyms in the IE!! They made your health their priority during this pandemic. Staff is so helpful and keeps the gym so clean. Gym is a little small, but has everything you need to get a great workout. If your having trouble finding an open gym, I would highly recommend.

In my opinion its one of the best gyms around. Its not huge and overwhelming. It has everything I need to keep my fitness journey going. PLUS they put our health first by staying open. You decide if you want to wear a mask while working out. I understand they have cleaners but it is also Mendes job to clean up after ourselves. Its not fair to blank a 24/7 gym for not being spotless after hours. When Im in there during stage hours its perfect and staff is so helpful. People need to realize 100% of the time its not going to be great, just like anywhere you go.

I loved Anytime Fitness - but this branch is toxic. I moved away, had to cancel, but they said I need to come in person with mail to prove you moved away, otherwise we cant cancel, its company policy.I would have had to drive 600 miles just to do that - this is the most greedy and rude thing Ive ever seen from a gym.Now they put me in collections for 3 months worth of membership, and its affecting my credit score! Unbelievable - sign up at another location, but NEVER here, otherwise they WILL swindle you. Guaranteed.

Ron the GM keeps the place safe and friendly for all ages. It’s a small gym, but it’s a place where great momentum can be found for your fitness journey. They’re essential.

I go to the Market place physical therapy inside the Anytime Fitness.Very effective and productive way to get pain relief thru Physical Therapy here! Lots of hard working people.Dr. Ashley Engle is the Best Physical therapist you will ever meet.Anytime fitness is a great place to work out too.

Clean and not too busy when I am there. I do cardio and light weights adn everything is always working and not sweaty.

Came here looking for a solid workout and I gotta say getting a membership here has been the best financial investment towards my body and goals

This gym is really special to my heart. I’ve seen a lot of progress being made here, not just my own.It’s small but friendly, clean and safe!Ron the manager keeps everything running smooth and keeps the environment a safe place for ladies to workout.

I really wanted to like this location because of the convenience (which is the only reason I gave it a 2). Unfortunately, the place was just dirty. Dirt & a layer of dust on the cardio machines (stair masters & elliptical). No one was cleaning the machines, equipment or mats after use. No signage asking people to wear a mask OR clean the machines. The bathrooms & showers were a mess. 15 people were in here at 9pm & I was the only one wearing a mask.

Hands down my favorite gym! Nice & clean, private gym atmosphere. They have all the equipment I need, including cardio machines, resistance bands, cable systems, squat racks etc. All the staff and members are very friendly, make it feel more like family and not at all intimidating as other big gyms are. Ron is a great manager and keeps the gym running very smoothly. Also love all the personal trainers available on site, theyre always so helpful!

Poor communication still charged me after I told them to cancel when the manger told me it was fine if you’re gonna sign a contract would go somewhere else workers not professional either 👎 never again

This is a great place to work out and feel safe. They keep the gym clean. The employees are kind and helpful.

Very tiny. Not much equipment, very few lockers.

Went in to the physical therapy clinic, however, it is located inside this gym where there is no social distancing, no masks are worn and it is rather stale. Not the place to be during a pandemic. I will find another physical therapy clinic.

One of the best gyms, great staff and management.DO NOT close, it is essential to so many, especially in these difficult times. Forcing a close would only cause more epidemic and hardships.Its our choice to expose ourselves: by far this is the healthiest, most quintessential option of therapy, we all resort to.

I was charged for 3 months by this gym even though I didnt live in the area. The reason was because the previous Anytime Fitness location (Marina) I was at didnt notify me that my account would switch ownership if I used a different AF in a different location. I used this one in Redlands for a couple of months (June through August) and then moved 4 hours away. After trying to get into contact for months with the Marina AF (assuming thats where my membership still existed) that was shut down with no one answering emails or phone calls because of the lockdowns I was finally notified that my membership had moved to this Redlands location. By this time I had already been charged for September, October, November by the Redlands AF. When I spoke to the Redlands Regional Manager he said Im not going to refund you for those months even though I didnt use the gym a single time. Why? Honestly no other reason than just because he didnt want to give me back $160. What a nice guy.Advice: stay away from this place it is pointlessly small and lacking in equipment anyway. Plenty of other great gyms local that charge WAY less and arent run by shysters.

The attitude from the guys running this gym is awful. In addition, they dont follow up with you when you report an issue even after saying that they will. Horrible costumer service. They only care about your money.

Great gym, signed up March 18, 2019. Only got 2 workouts in one week before they shutdown in Riverside. I was not issued a key fob at during sign up process, I dont know whats the reason for. I went searching for any nearby anytime fitness gym and asked about my membership. Location varies. I called up a location at Rialto, and they were charging an additional $50 on top of already $40/month when I signed up at Riverside. I should be able to use their location but nope. $50 or whatever, money greedy to me. I went searching for another location and fortunately I found one about 2-3 days ago and was told by owner, he will get me a key fob so I can hit it at the gym but I am still waiting to this day. I will wait another week, and if I get charged after my first month is free, Im going to rate this one star.

Feels like family, not at all intimidating. Add the physical therapy and its truly a unique experience. Do be aware, some men have big bulging muscles!! Theyre nice too.

I went for physical therapy after spraining my ankle at work, and the staff was so professional, friendly, patient, caring, and sincerely wanting me to get better. I would honestly refer anyone I know to them for physical therapy !!

We love going to Anytime Fitness from the time you walk in everybody is friendly and it’s super clean inside. And our personal trainer Johnny is one of the nicest guys you’ll find anywhere. We made Anytime Fitness our gym of choice. And everybody there makes you feel like family.

Great staff and clean facility.

It is small but seems to have everything you may need to strength train also punching bags and physical therapy; which is why I went. They also have a metabolism boosting diet program there. Very nice, clean & safe location. I look forward to returning.

The staff at this gym are so encouraging and great examples of physical health and fitness. Mike, Johnny, and Deidre are all fantastic trainers. Tara is so helpful as a manager and always greets me with a smile and hello when I enter the gym. It’s clean, the music is GREAT and temperature is perfect.

So far this was second workout here and very pleased.

Love this place I can get my workout get seen by my physical therapist its close to the bus stop close to the supermarket in a very convenient place I would recommend highly for you guys too come in and check it out they have trainers in there they will show you pretty much if you make you feel like home there is free weights theres machines their leg weights medicine balls and of course the staff there is wonderful not to mention that they are beautiful as well please come and check this out its a great spot to go

The place have a very old look, and smells gross. They charge you quietly on your credit card even if you dont continue going there after your trial days. So basically, once you enter it you are stuck for forever. Find a better gym, with a healthy mindset.

Its a good place to go workout. I wouldnt say it held anything special. Maybe the location I guess. The people in there seem to be friendly and helpful.

Both Anytime Fitness and Marketplace Physical Therapy and Total Wellness is the best. I travel to them from the far north end of San Bernardino. Yeah they are that good. Its well worth it.

I normally dont give one stars to places unless my experience was absolutely horrendous; well this is one of those times. I signed an 18 month contract for Anytime. And even after I moved, I was further away, but was far away enough to where it was a waste of gas to go work out there. However, because I am a man of my work, I still honored the contract to which I signed, and allowed to continue to debit my account.Once my contract expired, I did exactly what they asked and gave them a 30 day notice to terminate the contract. They STILL took money out, even after the contract was up, and I understand mistakes. I called the management several times, and they said they would fix the problem. I ended up calling three times to ask them to fix the problem, and 13 days after, the problem is still has not been fixed.This is downright theft, no matter which way you look at it. They clearly dont care about their customers.

I wish I could explain the pure frustration we have experienced with Anytime fitness. We had to cancel our membership and yet they still continued to charge our monthly dues despite having called several times. Its so frustrating because businesses like this are allowed to charge and claim whatever they want while we are the ones to pay. And there is no other recourse for the little guy. We have had much better experiences with LA fitness. I truly wish we never signed up with Anytime. Not only are they expensive ($40 a month for a small gym) but they also charge a large sign up fee and annual fee. And now, they charge even after cancellation.

Poor customer service, dirty place, smells badly, Background music excessively too loud and poor taste to be listening ( I don’t enjoy heavy metal music blasting my brain).I visited Anytime Fitness Last week June 20th 2019 around 2 pm with my best behavior and upmost desire to start working out, I waited in the lobby of the main office, where There was somebody attending it.10 minutes later NO ONE enjoying the payroll bothered to make me feel welcome nor inquired about my visit.I don’t think I wanna be part of that Gym.I will Rather to invest in myself in another Professional Gymnasium.That’s all I have to say about this place.Thanks again for ignoring me on my first visit.

Gym was pretty nice but the bathrooms were sooooooo dirty. Need some extra attention in the showers and bathrooms. Not sure how long it’s been since they’ve been cleaned

If im in a pinch Ill usually go here .easy to get in and out. Staff is available if you need a question answered. And if you need to visit a market they are thier for your convenience.

Great staff and equipment that you need. Not to busy, but watch out for peak hours where it is a little more busy.

I see other complaints on here about the difficulties of cancelling memberships and charges that keep showing up on credit cards. Happening to me along with non responses to emails. I feel that I was baited into joining and when I actually needed to cancel due to health issues, I could not even get them to respond to my emails or call me back. The only time they did respond (after 6 months of trying) was when I posted a bad review on their Facebook wall. Of course the comment was removed as well as my ability to post)I am in the middle of dealing with this right now, they do not want to respond in writing probably because they know that a written record can be used. STAY AWAY from this place unless you have no problem with non responses to emails, like difficulties when trying to cancel or change your membership and charges that pop up on your credit card that you may be unaware of or do not expect

I go to physical therapy here. Loren and the crew Are the Best. Ive seen many PTs thru these past 20 years, so when I say they are the Best, Im from experience

Place is dirty. they used to have people come at night and clean but im assuming it became to expensive for them. even at one point the water fountain had mold coming from the drain and it took over a week for them to finally clean it. i like coming here, its a great gym, but the place is always dirty and at night time with more than a few occasions i have seen roaches in the bathroom and on the gym floor.
