This is a nice, friendly, clean, neighborhood gym. As long as youre not expecting a large club with a pool, youll have a good time. The staff is super nice, the rates are very affordable, and its very well equipped which is surprising because its not a huge space. The equipment is not new, but its all been well maintained (nothing was broken, unsafe, or squeaky) so thats not a problem.

Started taking my son here when they first opened for speed and agility training for Basketball, he loved his training and we immediately saw improvement. Soon after i joined the Boxing Program to lose weight, being an Athlete growing up and a former Marine i let life get in the way of my health. I found myself at a max weight of 335...started classes mon, wed and fri and in the first two weeks lost 20 lbs. The program gave me more than just a workout, Danny and the staff make you feel like family and care about your well being.
