There’s nothing quite like having a neighborhood pharmacy. The staff at Person Street is always friendly and helpful. The fact that they compound is a bonus. While it is true that their hours can be a challenge to work around (they close at 6pm) for the working Joe a little planning is worth it to patronize this local pharmacy with people that will actually remember you and make you feel like you’re in a small town. That’s part of the whole reason to “shop local” right?

The staff at Person Street is amazing! I have a mother with Dementia and when she repeatedly asked the same question they were patient and helpful. At the time my mother was with her caregiver and immediately upon her exit, they called to let me know she was very suspicious and were concerned she wouldnt take the medication. Find me a CVS or a Costco that will give THAT level of service!

Have loved this place ever since I moved downtown several years ago. For breakfast it never disappoints, either a biscuit with homemade jams or the cafe burrito are perfect. Recently went in to try the new menu and enjoyed a mesa bowl and kombucha on tap. Love both the food and the vibes!

I went to fill a prescription here and they never called to say it was ready. I waited from Thursday to Monday, because they are closed on the weekends. The manager said they will only try once a week to alert you. They claimed they called me but could not get through, nor leave a message? Well, they got through when they needed my credit card number! How convenient

They are the best. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they are fast! The prices are competitive, but the atmosphere is much calmer than going to Costco or one of the chains. If you go when the cafe is open, you can eat while you wait. They also deliver. I love this place.

One of the best pharmacies Ive found in the area! Unlike the CVS experience, you actually are remembered treated as a customer and not just a patient! Thanks for being flexible to meet your customers needs! Shoutout to Chloe!

Although I initially had positive interactions here, now its a hit-and-miss experience. On any given day, either the staff members are friendly, solicitous, and helpful; or abrupt, impatient, and almost gratuitously rude. With so many local pharmacies, its easy to choose friendlier places.

I just have to tell you that I am so happy that I’ve switched to your pharmacy - it’s truly wonderful to be dealing with friendly people as opposed to corporate drones. I now look forward to going back to the pharmacy as opposed to dreading the hassles. Yay for Person Street Pharmacy! Youre the best! Keep up the great work.

Breakfast review: Coffee was fine... Dont order the chicken biscuit if you foolishly expect a proper sandwich. The biscuit will fall apart immediately and the greens will be too tough to cut if you go at it with a fork and knife without destroying the rest of the meal. Jam bar is a much better option for breakfast choices.

First time visitor and Im a believer, mind blown. Not only can I pick up a toothbrush and some artisanal toothpaste, BUT, I can also get an authentic Southern brisket on a bun and slaw under one roof. Person Street Pharmacy, where have you been all my life?! The people demand more, but not too much, keep it authentic, Person Street Pharmacy. Youre niche, your food is bomb. Maybe recommend some college football on the TV rather than the Brady Bunch, but maybe thats just me. Thumbs up, fam.

The only thing I can recommend is to try every biscuit they have and arrive hungry. They are delicious and literally the size of your head. Eat at the bar and watch as they prepare everything from scratch. Also, take your make sure to use the pharmacy. The longest waith I have ever had was 3.5 minutes.

I was slightly confused about what to do when I walked in. The food was AMAZING but the staff were MIA behind the counter for several minutes and acted like they were doing me a huge favor by taking my order. Also you shouldnt have to ask for the WiFi password...I may try it again at some point but I think they need to retrain their staff to make people feel more welcome

I have only been to the pharmacy after the renovation, and everything is beautiful within the building. The cafe has delicious local food (will return for the milkshakes....hands down) and the staff is always fun and friendly. The pharmacy is right in our neighborhood and has knowledgeable staff with local deliveries. I have not been to the clinic yet, but Im sure it is of the same quality caliber as the other two businesses. Recommend!

This place is fantastic! Awesome food, very friendly staff and affordable. One of my favorite places to go for a nice relaxed atmosphere for brunch on the weekends or a good, laid back lunch during the week. The breakfast food is amazing, they have the best biscuits and gravy Ive had in Raleigh.

I need a prescription compounded and this pharmacy did a great job. The staff is friendly efficient and they called me with a price before filling it to let me know my insurance wouldn’t cover it but I still use them anyway just because they were so nice and grateful. They let me know when my prescription was ready so I could pick it up. The only issue I have is the location is a little difficult to park being handicapped pack your patience you might have to circle to find a space close by but well worth the drive.

Im very happy I found this place when I did. The other big-name pharmacies were trying to charge me hundreds of dollars for my monthly prescriptions. At Person Street Pharmacy, I can get all of my monthly medications for well under $100 (without insurance). Its hard to believe that a little place like this can offer the same medications as Wal-Mart at 1/4 the price, but its true. On top of that, the people that work here are friendly, patient, and very quick to refill an order.

Yall remember the A-Team TV show from the golden years of Magnum PI and Fantasy Island? Well, these guys are equal parts all of those shows. Not only do they kick butt and get things done quick snappity, but theyre also beautiful people and kind-hearted pharmacists and pharmacist techs. Fantasies do come true at Person Street Pharmacy, especially when Doug, the local super-hero, delivers your medication to your DOOR FOR FREE. Whaaaaaatt!?All in all, this is probably one of my favorite places to stop in and say hi to...and get my prescriptions of course. I always leave satisfied and happier than a cat with a bird in its mouth. That may have been the wrong analogy, but you get it. Go ahead and switch all of your scripts from the big stores like CVS who dont know you by name and dont care about the customer. Because these guys are leaps and bounds more professional and personable than any of the others.

I’m almost afraid to make this public because it’s like my own little secret. I love this privately-owned pharmacy so much, I drive from Knightdale to get my monthly prescriptions. Side note: they will deliver.IF YOU ARE UNINSURED, as I was the latter end of 2017, you will see a HUGE difference in price. The pharmacy staff are extremely knowledgeable, well-respected by physicians in the area, are fast, & best of all, they CARE about YOU!Other perks:1. They have a wide variety of their own vitamins and explain (via signs beneath each one) who needs them & why. They will also verbally answer any questions.2. They are within the same building as Person Street Grill.3. The pharmacy is diagonal from Krispy Kreme...now that’s a treat!4. You may have to park a little bit away, forcing you to take a stroll, get some fresh air, burn a few calories, and soak up some Vitamin D.

This experience, unfortunately, was rather disappointing. I ordered the (cold) sopressata sandwich to-go. It took 25 minutes for me to receive my order. The couple behind me ordered burgers and the gentleman was finished eating his lunch before I even left the store. With regards to the sandwich itself, the flavors were OK, but it was more bread than filling. I had much better experiences under the previous management (the turkey croissant and chicken salad off the old menu were excellent). The one highlight is that the young woman working the cash register was very pleasant.
