I absolutely love Springfield Pharmacy! Harry have s so helpful and determined to make every visit pleasant! He always remembers my name, which may not seem like a big deal but it’s so nice to know I’m not just another number there. I was getting my prescriptions at Walmart before, and the experience is obviously a lot less personal. Things often fall through the cracks at big chains but not at Springfield. And, they’ll bet the big chain prices, too!! Highly recommended!

My doctor sent me to this pharmacy to check the price of an item. I found the pharmacist and his technician to be exceptionally courteous, friendly and very helpful. I liked these folks so much I moved all my prescriptions to this pharmacy. I also like to support the small shops that don’t have the big name behind them and I really like the personal touch!!! I have never met a pharmacist and a pharmacist tech that is so easy to work with. They truly care about their customers and are so enjoyable to talk to! I trust them fully and that’s so important in a pharmacy. They aren’t there to take advantage of me or charge me an arm and a leg….they are there for anything and everything I need! Springfield Pharmacy has done an amazing job of communicating to me when my medications are ready for pickup, as well as when and how I need to contact my doctor for prior authorization for my medications. The staff takes the time to educate me on any medication questions I have as well as insurance questions in order to provide me with the best price possible.I have never had any wait times and the pharmacist knew my name and medications on the second visit. He always gets my prescription refills taken care of on time, including, contacting my doctor when I’m out of refills. It is so much faster and convenient filling my prescriptions at Springfield Pharmacy. I have also gotten my shots (flu, tetanus, and Covid) there without waiting. Five stars, for sure!

Dr. Patel has always taken my medication management seriously. He cares about the manufacturers, safety, and making sure I get my medications on time. I actually moved from this area of town to farther north Raleigh. He groups my medications for optimal pick ups when I’m in the area. He also provides medications at a cheaper price than I’ve had before and some of meds can be expensive. This is a pharmacy that cares; I’m not just a number. True pharmacy is a local pharmacy and that is more than true here.

My wife and I recently discovered this pharmacy. I am so glad we found it just wish we had found it sooner. Great staff great location. After having to use the larger chain stores in Texas and in North Carolina it seemed that we were doomed to dread going to the pharmacy.
