I have posted before. I cant say enough about this pharmacy. Hayes Barton Pharmacy is the best all around pharmacy Ive ever encountered. I have unusual medication that are not usually on hand, but they order it and I can pick it up the next day after 11am. The staff go out of their way to be kind and helpful. I recommend this pharmacy. It may be out of your area range, but its well worth the small trip,,.call ahead and youll not have to wait when you get there. They offer curbside delivery.

Hayes Barton Pharmacy is the beat pharmacy I have ever used. I LOVE that they are independently owned. This has meant they are invested in the community and are actually a part of it. I went to the COVID vaccination clinic put on by Hayes Barton pharmacy that was held at Hayes Barton church. The whole process was quick, organized, well staffed, and a smooth process. Thank you to the pharmacy, church, and all the volunteers that spent their Saturday making this clinic a success. VERY, VERY impressed and thankful for your dedication.

The absolute BEST PHARMACY in Raleigh, in the 5 points neighborhood. You are treated with the same respect today as when they opened. I have been using them for the past 50 years and will even drive a distance to use them vs. the bigger change stores that treat you like a NUMBER vs. Being treated like a person. I switched to Hayes Barton Pharmacy a couple of years ago and I have always had such a great experience with them. I can ask the pharmacist any question and they will try their best to give me the answer or find somebody that can. There has been once or twice wear prescriptions for my children were not called in immediately from the doctors office, and the staff always takes action and makes it happened so that my kids have their medicine. Its also really cool to know that my Great Grandma worked there many years ago. Thank you everyone at Hayes Barton!

The best pharmacy we have ever had to support us. The Pharmacists are knowledgeable and current, take time to talk with you about any concerns, and the supporting staff are just that—supportive. Most of all the entire team is accessible and this means the world to us. Add to this the fact that they are independent and locally owned, deliver our monthly prescription supply to our home automatically, and the wonderful selection of greeting cards (!) Hayes Barton Pharmacy cannot be beat on any level.

Hayes Barton Pharmacy has been the beating-heart of Five Points since I arrived here in the 70s. Professional, steady relationships w the pharmacists makes all the difference. I miss the original lunch counter, yet still contributing to the community thru the foodery there today.

Always kind, professional & helpful. When my husband was very ill, they stayed late for me to pick up medicines when I couldnt get by before closing time. Prices are very competitive but you cant buy the personal service &.care they deliver time after time.

I have been using Hayes Barton for years! They offer the best of Pharmacy and Pharmacists to the public. I am a Pharmacist myself and I guarantee you that I will not waste my time with anything less. I get personal first name service, individual attention and care, plus professional evaluation and monitoring of my pharmaceutical needs. Hayes Barton will order what you need if it is not in stock and have it ready the next business day. They do my immunizations, they answer my questions about CBD oil which is not part of my personal expertise. I could go on and on. I drive 25-30 minutes one way to get to the store. I would not drive 2 minutes to an over busy chain that is overworking their pharmacists and not allowing them to do the job they are so well trained for

I was referred to Hayse Barton Pharmacy by my doctor. This is the best kept secret in Raleigh. Its a home-grown pharmacy that you can rely on. Its especially great for me because two bus lines go right by it. The staff there are awesome, they actually treat you as a neighbor and not a dollar sign. In some areas they have delivery options, and in all cases they have curbside delivery. Try them, there is no or very little wait time. I will never go anywhere else.•••UPDATE THIS IS 3/16/21Since this original post, I have gone back several times, they are amazing. I dont even have to call in for refills, they automatically do it and send me the notice that it is filled. The prices are very reasonable. You can talk to the staff, they treat you so well and courteously. It sounds like they are gearing up to give the COVID vaccines. Dont hesitate calling or even dropping by, no long lines, youre in and out or you can use the curbside program.***UPDATE THIS IS 4/24/21I placed my prescription refill today, and learned the Hayse Barton Pharmacy is conducting a COVID 19 vaccine clinic today across the street at the church! I say go get it! You may have a right to not take it for yourself, but dare I say you dont have a right to be ignorant in being around me subjecting me to contracting it from you as a carrier. If you dont care about yourself, at least respect those around you, wear a mask, get the vaccine. If you cant/couldnt make it today, call Hayse Barton Pharmacy, see if you can make other arrangements.

My doctor called in my prescriptions due to him being sick that week I had my appointment and they were very nice, wait time wasnt bad at all being I had to wait for them to receive it. friendly staff and. nice atmosphere. very home like, mom and pop store, which makes it even better! with no insurance the price was reasonable as well.

As an avid supporter of local stores, I was a loyal customer for 9 years at this pharmacy. The quality of service and the overall attention to detail on my monthly purchases gradually declined until it was no longer justifiable to continue with them. I am hopeful that they will someday return to the great pharmacy they once were.

I have been going to Hayes Barton Pharmacy my whole life and they have always looked out for me.When moved to Greensboro 3 years ago and was having difficulty finding a Doctor they sent my prescriptions through the mail.The pharmacists are knowledgeable and very humble they never talk down to you and always are ready to answer questions.I would highly recommend Hayes Barton to anyone.
