Need a good pharmacy? This one is the best.

Received my 2nd Covid vaccine at Falls River. No appointment necessary. Walk-ins accepted. Unlike the big box pharmacies, the shot was administered by a pharmacist, not a pharmacy tech. His technique was so good that there was zero discomfort. Attentive staff and excellent customer service you would expect from an independently owned pharmacy. Highly recommend.

Travis and his team are very helpful in explaining the medications and side effects to their customers. Their customer process at the pharmacy has been friendly and informative every time I have visited. They spend the extra time explaining and providing information to me to make me feel more at ease. I am glad we have a local pharmacy like Falls River Pharmacy rather than the online service for that extra bit of information and quick turnaround on new prescriptions. Fall River Pharmacy networks well with my wife and my doctors. Great job; informative and friendly team.

There is nothing quite like doing business with friendly folks that actually remember your name. I have never experienced this at any of the large chain drug stores. The service is excellent and the employees are always very helpful. On a scale of 1 to 5 I give them a 10.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very quick to fill my prescriptions, even when I’ve forgotten to call in something until the last minute. My family always gets our flu vaccines here as well and have had great experiences. We’ve never had to wait either. I’m so happy to support a local pharmacy.

Can not recommend Falls River Pharmacy enough! I switched from a big box retailer a year ago and sorry I didn’t do it sooner. The delivery service is an added bonus considering the fantastic pharmacists and other staff. You can trust that they have YOUR back when dealing with insurance companies. Love these guys. Support local businesses!! You might be surprised how much cheaper your medications are—even when you have insurance. The big box guys don’t want you to know...!

I went to Falls River Pharmacy for my annual flu shot. The store was attractive, well organized, clean. All the staff were pleasant and professional. My experience was excellent and I highly recommend Falls River Pharmacy.

Falls River Pharmacy is the best! Everyone is professional and courteous. The pharmacists and staff always greet you, often by name. They are available to offer advice about your medicines, help you locate needed items or answer questions. This is no anonymous big box place! He and his team are professional, timely and personable and I would highly recommend them to any business or group that wants to offer onsite vaccinations...just don’t book him on the days I need ;)

Falls River Pharmacy provides the very best customer service and pharmacological expertise anywhere in the Triangle . We switched from a local chain pharmacy several years ago and we have been very pleased. At Falls River, the entire staff goes out of their way to help us in any way needed. They remember who we are, which is really nice these days!

Travis and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I find their vaccines are always administered very gently. FRP is also helping me navigate complicated insurance issues. Now go get your flu shot!

With all the pharmacies I could choose I couldn’t recommend Falls River pharmacy more. I enjoy not having to walk through a large store to get to the back pharmacy. The people at Falls River are personable and very helpful and the store has all the medical items I could need. Local pharmacies are not as convenient as the mega-chains, true. But the personal touch you get with an independent local pharmacy cannot be replicated (not even close) by a mega-pharmacy. I know Travis, I know Tina, I know the lady that wrongly called me Mr. Duffy and that has been our running joke ever since. When you have a question, they answer it. When you need their help, they help you. Theyll invest the time to work thru the regular insurance snafus. So yes, I cant pick up prescriptions at 10pm or on Sundays, but I can work with their hours ... they are worth it.

Falls River Pharmacy is absolutely T H E B E S T!Travis and staff provide that local based personal experience with all of the professionalism and knowledge you expect from a pharmacy, but you leave knowing they truly value you as a customer.They have been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and always so polite.One of a few very positive experiences I have had: FRP took on my medication list, (more than a few) and Travis pledged to get all my meds on the same refill cycle, secure refills from multiple providers that lined up, insurance auths, and he did it!!!No one else in my many decades of using script meds has ever offered to assist like this, and I know it was quite a bit of work involved.Now, its one pickup, and gone are headaches of multiple refill requests and 5/6 + trips a month to pick up.Their drive up window is easy to access, and fast, and now that you can receive many vaccinations there, Ive used FRP for those as well!FRP is an amazing pharmacy for the times...thanks Travis and staff!

Wonderful customer service and I love supporting a local business. Yes, their hours are limited, but I respect that. They deserve to have some off time/reasonable hours - I believe only one pharmacist works there. When I need a prescription after they are closed, I have a back up pharmacy I use.

Travis Holshouser is the best. My daughter was sick and our doctors office fouled up faxing over the prescription she needed, then closed for the day. Travis tracked our doctor down after hours and got them to resend the prescription. Otherwise we would have waited until the next morning to get it filled. He went above and beyond for us.
