Ive been a Costco member for years and I absolutely love the store and the staff. I started refilling my scripts with the Costco pharmacy at the advice of my PCP primarily for their competitive prices when combined with GoodRX. Every time Ive dealt with anyone in the pharmacy, Im met with flat out rudeness, attitudes and eye rolls. I do not know why the Costco corporation would hire pharmacy staff that are so anti-customer? They treat individuals like inconveniences instead of valuable paying customers. Id rather pay a few bucks more somewhere else where Im consistently treated with basic respect and a good attitude.

Nice staff. A little irked that I called and was told my script would be done within an hour and then arrive to be told that my doctor scheduled it for the next day instead. Just would like to be told the correct information over the phone so I don’t waste gas and time driving for no reason.

Great prices, especially with GoodRx benefits (I do have to compare online before and sometimes make them change whether or not to use my insurance... a hassle but saves you money). It is usually pretty quick relative to Target at North Hills. Got my flu shot there too, was fine but not as fast (and no gift card) like at Publix or Target.Deducting a star for the weird lunch hour (why do they ALL have to go at once, especially on a weekend).All in all, this has become our new pharmacy. It seems like you have to be a member. Back when I lived in Florida, you could get Rx without being a member but may be a NC thing.

I needed my life saving prescription refilled but they are going to be closed on Sunday. Great place to get you prescription refilled. Hopefully our heart condition doent count it and you dont die

I love Costco every department in most locations we have been to. But at the Wake Forest Road location near Raleigh NC I have had experienced less then the friendly norm at other Costco Pharmacies. Once the woman scolded me for not standing behind the yellow post with the line starts here sign, which was turned around to the back of the post so we just didnt see it. Today we had another woman get annoyed with the way our info had been entered. And yet another staff member called us back up even though we had told her the 1st staff employee was fixing the errors only to be told to come up anyhow then be told again that we had to wait for the error to be fixed. I feel that all we needed to know was there was problem not of our doing that needed to be corrected before we could get the scripts. These were three different women on two different occasions. Disappointing as most staff at Costco are very friendly and helpful in our experience. Think we will arrange for our scripts to be mailed instead. Bummed

Pharmacy staff is pleasant enough, but one pharmacist in particular there always gives me a hard time. He is extremely chipper, but is also condescending and will make you out to be a drug seeker if he doesnt like your prescription. Maybe I rub him the wrong way, but I hate being made to feel judged and uncomfortable while picking up mental health meds.

Best prices and best service. The people are awesome.
