I am extremely impressed with Dr. Dorfman. He explains things in understandable layman terms but doesnt talk down. He uses illustrations as needed which was quite helpful, and he takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Sometimes doctors are in such a rush due to patient load that they dont have time to answer questions but he takes the time.He is also very personable and pleasant, which isnt a requirement for a good doctor, but it is definitely a bonus.Im pretty picky about doctors and I am very happy he is my ENT.

I am not impressed.He was barely paying attention to what a colleague had to say. Since I visited the office for evaluation, I noticed a lack of respect by the auxiliary personnel, and the presence of s. o., who keeps notes. An additional person who I think doesnt need to be there.

We brought our 2 1/2 year old in today. Can I just say the whole experience was great! Dr. Dorfman was very patient and kind to my little toddler. He spent the necessary time with us and gave us solutions that would work best with our child! Great experience!

Excellent experience with Dr. Dorfman! Dr. Dorfman is thorough. very caring and he gave us so much confidence. He diagnosed the issue for our son and made recommendations based on the diagnosis. We only wish we would have found him years ago.Surgery has not yet been performed but he received glowing reviews from an anesthesiologist we know who has worked with him many times!Dr. Dorfmans staff is also top notch. They are very polite, accommodating and thorough.
