Erin was very informative about my post operative care and clarified medication and hip precaution information s with me. She took extra time to answer my questions and is was very sensitive to my recovery issues. I left very encouraged!

Pain before a vacation caused me to desperately schedule an appointment, but I messed up the date. The Garner receptionist worked with the Edwards Mill office to get me worked in. She cared. The PAC that gave me the professional care and the other staff did a great job. They all cared. Highly recommend.

Wait time was reasonable with just a few minutes outside in the waiting room. The nurse was courteous and efficient prior to Derek coming into the room. Derek was thorough and went over the procedure of what I was to experience with my surgery. He took the time to ask me if I had any questions throughout the pre-op meeting. I would recommend this practice for these qualities. Now as for the operation itself, since I have not had it yet, that will be determined later. All events leading up to this procedure have been spot on.

Liz Fuller is great ... she is very straight forward with the information she provides and is so patient to answer all my questions. She is a really great asset when you are preparing for your surgery.

Very easy check-in process, minimal wait. Physician Assistant Ashly Mason was great! I needed a cortisone for tennis elbow. Minimal discomfort, felt better almost immediately. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience with this group of providers. Physician was honest and upfront about plan of care. Worth the trip from Rocky Mount to Raleigh.

He was very friendly ask questions and took notes, explained everything well. He didn’t rush you with your questions because I have some allergies and he was going to reach out to the company that makes the products they will be using. I would highly recommend him.

Tiffany is very patient-focused and results-oriented. She takes great care in hearing the patients concern and issues, and she explains carefully and thoroughly her findings and recommendations. When shes in the room with me, I feel like Im the only patient she has - shes so focused on my situation and helping me through. Shes the ultimate professional caregiver.

Erin did a great job with my bursa shot yesterday. It was over quick and done well. I did icing afterwards 2x and rested it. By today was back to walking half my normal steps. Doctor Barker performed rotator cuff surgery for me on 11/2020. Did it on short notice too! I have full range of motion with my arm. Also, my strength is returning in short order. Would definitely recommend. Their rehab center is excellent too. Big thanks to every one over there. Great work!

Lauren is very good at what she does, but I have to question the scheduling. I opted for the 8am time slot so I could be seen quickly, but it was almost 8:30 before I was seen. How do you get 30 mins behind at 8 in the morning ??

Visit and evaluation with Kristen Burke was exceptional. She was very attentive, asked all the right questions and did not rush my time with her. She mapped out a plan of action for me and provided support materials to help me work thorugh the issues Im experiencing. Raleigh Ortho has always been exceptional.

Shes very concerned about my ankle sprain and plantar fasciitis bone spur. Gave me paperwork explaining how to do home exercises and why I have a bone spur. Suggested two different tx options and explained why she felt one was better than the first option. Didnt hurry me or act like it was my fault like some others have done. Very thorough and caring. I cant take anti inflammatory meds so she suggested natural alternatives which was very helpful. Great asset to this practice.

I gave three stars due to the experience I had today. I still would recommend Raleigh Orthopaedic and especially Dr. Watters but today did not go well.My appointment for knee injections with Maggie (P.A.) was for 1:40 PM but I was directed to arrive 15 minutes prior. By 1:25 I had let them know I was there and was told to take a seat. At 2:00 I again approached the window to inquire about the wait time and was told they were probably waiting for the sanitizer in the exam room to dry and it should be a couple of more minutes. At 2:12 I left.I will return for my previously scheduled appointment next weekUntil today I would have gladly given 5 stars. It would be a mistake to base your decision on this one rating. I have been there several times in the last few yearsand have had successful knee surgeryperformed there, and the people seem competent and very nice. So, bottom line is I can sincerely recommend them and I will continue to be a patient there but I cannot give 5 stars today.

I’ve been going from doctor to doctor wasting a lot of money over special last couple of months finally get hold of Dr. Thibodeau at the ham seeing the MRI results he knew exactly what needed to happen almost like an emergency type situation but it wasn’t surgery is completed numbness in fingers and tingling in my fingers and hands are gone highly recommend this doctor if you have any issues with Nick explains everything to you straight up front and he seems pretty nice

Dr. Calloway is amazing. He has performed my rotator cuff surgery, my torn meniscus surgery and my bone spur removal surgery. He is alway so. pleasant and personable. I dont feel like just a patient. He makes me feel like a person. He cares about my health and works very hard to ensure I am back to good health. I would highly recommend him and his team. Lauren Wall is also amazing!

I had ankle surgery recently with Dr. Boone. He took the time to answer all my questions before and after. His medical staff is very involved in the follow-up care. My phone calls were answered immediately. Dr. Boone has years of experience in this field and a caring nature to go with it.

Very professional and efficient. My appointment was at 1:40. I arrived at 1:30, signed in, sat down and was immediately taken to an exam room. Once there, I was escorted to xray, back to the exam room and in about 2 minutes, Casey Fox, PA came in, looked at the xrays and evaluated my progress. I was out of there by 2:00 pm. A very well-run operation!

I don’t feel she listened to me well at all. I came in with a diagnosis with another surgeon from another city. I came in for a surgical consult, not to be diagnosed. What I have isn’t common, and is often misdiagnosed. She instantly misdiagnosed me and didn’t listen when I said my pain and issues are different. Sadly, I’m across the country from my first doctor, or I’d have continued going to him. I’ll see the surgeon next at Raleigh Ortho and see if it’s different.

I arrived 10 minutes early and I was escorted to the exam room exactly 2 minutes after my appointment time. PA Steve came in immediately to numb the knee area where the injection was to go in. It was painless, just a little pressure! In less than 10 minutes, I was on my way home!!

For years, Dr. Tuttle has been succesfully treating me for Dupuytrens Contracture. He makes you feel comfortable the minute he walks into the examination room. The injections he administered have given me back the full use of both hands. Would recommend Dr. Tuttle to anyone looking for a lower arm/hand doctor, without reservations.
