My minor son had an arm injury and we stopped in on a Friday late in the afternoon to make sure he did not need treatment. He was taken back and treated kindly and quickly. We had a great interaction with the PA on site and got the information we needed quickly. I would highly recommend Emerge!

There are Doctors and medical professionals then on top of all the bull there is one lone pro named Doctor David Marks I never met a Doctor like him I feel like Im talking with a great friend with him he explains things so I will understand them and makes sense and will explain it to me until I do understand he takes his time and absolutely doesnt rush me through our time together and goes over the best way to get rid of the problem whatever my medical issues are he has been absolutely a God sent to me and I will forever be indebted to him and like I said hes a lot more than a doctor hes up beyond The professional courteous and respectful hes honest and I give him that same respect of honesty its not always to my benefit what I do but I will not lie to him because he deserves that respect from me because he is so good to me I would like to say thank you Dr David Marks you are beyond the best doctor Ive ever had youve helped me in ways I could never comprehend and I greatly appreciate you may God bless you always sincerely your patient

No real care. Barely any discussion of what was wrong. Knee brace installed upside down. Prescription not called in even though they asked for the pharmacy. A total mess - I suffer in pain while they collect money. Dont go here - find somewhere else.

Excellent experience from scheduling to checkin to dr Kuremsky. The dude clearly knows his stuff!

Dr. Petty is some kind of crazy angel. He’s fixed my back twice now. My lower back get whacked out quite a bit each fall (I think from raking leaves). I walk into the office barely able to stand and Dr. Petty has fixed me right up. A day later I’m back out running long distance. Unbelievable. Highly recommend him and his team.

When you visit a doctors office during an emergency visit, your impression of the entire practice begins with the front desk. From check-in to our follow-up visit two weeks later, my son and I were treated with kindness and true professionalism. Thanks to Dr. Tupis, the x-Ray tech, the nurse practitioner who first saw our son, and the entire front desk team for treating our family with true kindness.

I see Dr. Marks for my back. He is very professional. Listens to my concerns and acts upon them. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

STAY AWAYMy billing experience with this place has been absolutely awful.I was in an automobile accident, and despite providing that billing information to the clerk at the desk, it must have ended up in the trash. Subsequent calls to them resulted in them saying that they have no records of my auto insurance.They have since refused to send my auto insurance any records from my treatment until the bill is paid. This tells me that they are trying to hide charges and are trying to scam me.STAY AWAYEdit: Just got off the phone with them again. According to the lady who answered the phone, they have no records for me there. THEY LOST MY RECORDS

I fractured my arm and have no insurance. Unfortunately alot of Ortho groups wont take self-pay fractures. But EmergeOrtho did. I drove two hours for my visit, and glad I did. Megan was AMAZING and gave me a peace of mind for my first fracture. Not only was it excellent care but I didnt pay an arm and leg to visit! Thank god!

I was kept waiting forty minutes past my appointment time at the Brier Creek location, and I was only called back when I asked how much longer it would be. The doctor spent about two minutes with me and gave no indication that he had even seen the ex-rays that had just been taken. His cavalier manner, bordering on dismissiveness, was quite off-putting.

Emerge Ortho has provided exceptional care during my post-surgery physical therapy recovery. All members of the Emerge Ortho team at Brier Creek are so knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Sapna Patel and Bendan ORourke are helping me regain my strength with excellent results. Im so appreciative of their genuine concern, always answering my questions and challenging me with excellent excercise routines. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Kuremsky was very nice and professional. He explained everything and really helped me.

They took all precautions with this pandemic going on and got me in and out pretty quickly. I don’t think I waited for anything longer than 5 minutes at the most! Doctor Daub was clear and concise in explaining everything to me!

The only reason im not giving this place a 0 is because I cant on Google reviews. We drive 1 hour away to be here for post-op follow up with the doctor. We show up early and we are informed by the, obviously new, receptionist, who tells us its going to be a 45 minute wait time. No heads up before leaving the house and no confirmation request from doctor before coming in. We came all the way here instead of going to the facility 10 minutes away because the surgery was done by a doctor here. Trust me we will not be coming back. Not everyone is local and if your customer service and care has this low of a standard, you wont be 4 stars for long.

The staff and doctors are all the upmost professionals, while making sure you feel comfortable with every aspect of your visit or interaction. I highly recommend this practice.

I love this practice! I’ve recently needed medical attention for my hips and my wrist. Dr. Michael Merz took ample time to discuss hip replacement with me, listened to my needs, and performed the surgery. My hospital stay was mostly perfect (NC Specialty). When I get my other hip done, I will definitely use this practice & Dr. Merz.Last week I fell and hurt (everything) my wrist, Katie Mackin, MHS, PA-C took X-rays, thorough history of injury & pain, and splinted my arm & wrist. She was courteous, kind, gentle.I’m definitely going to utilize Emergeortho in the future.

Entire staff above and beyond expectations. In addition, extremely sensitive and empathetic. Not a professional term responding to a survey, but this staff was “sweet”. Explanation of my x-rays were thorough as well as providing details of diagnosis. Treatment plan provided and reminder to call if issue persists. Management should be grateful for this staff and competitors should envy.

This was my first visit to EmergeOrtho. It was super convenient. I didn’t need an appointment and check in was very fast. I was seen quickly and they were able to do testing needed right there. Dr Kerner is an amazingly skilled orthopedic surgeon who has performed several surgeries on me. He really takes the time to explain the details of your injury , what to expect from the surgery and what post surgery rehabilitation is needed. His staff is diligent about returning phone calls and they make the surgery scheduling process easy. He coordinates your rehabilitation directly with physical therapy and timely follows up on your progress. The results of my surgeries have exceeded my expectations and I would not use any other orthopedic surgeon. I highly recommend him.

I had hurt my foot in a warehouse accident. I had an appointment with this Emerge Ortho facility within 2 hours. Everyone was professional and the waiting times were short. I saw Dr. Megan Heron. She was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. Turns out my foot was broken. They took good care of me and provided me with the information and framework with how to move forward with my situation. I would recommend this facility to others.

They told us no waiting only person who had appt can be in the office. My neice stayed in the car for a very LONG(I mean long) time! The other lady (who had a appt) her daughter came in ,grandchildren came in (they didn’t have a appt) WITH NO MASK! The desk people didn’t say nothing about it to them!!! I’m going to report this to the Health People. This is crazy for a medical place!

Today was my first visit to EmergeOrtho, and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. B with Avance, who is located in the same building, was the one who referred me to Dr. Solic. Thankfully he fit me in for a same day appointment. I have never met such a patient and caring doctor. Dr. Solic took his time with me and even answered the same question I probably asked five times. I found myself in a scary situation with my arm and he made sure I understood what was going on with it. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dr. John Solic has been my go to orthopedist in the Triangle for almost a decade. Dr Kerner helped me understand my options for my ruptured achilles tendon. He suggested a non surgical option which allowed my recovery to proceed much quicker and with far less pain. 6 months later, the tendon is healed and finished with the recommended physical therapy treatments. I am proud to tell people Dr. Solic repaired all three of my shoulders, including a do-over after I made a wrong move following a tenodesis. I thought I was in serious trouble, and Dr. Solics care and guidance on next step options (I chose an open surgery to reattach biceps) was a great relief. The care and professionalism, time committed to explaining options and expectations, including to my post-op caregiver (my wife), sets a high standard. This extends through to the PAs , PTs (Zach) - they have all been great to work with and I am very grateful to have two functioning, pain free shoulders.

I was taken to x-ray by a very friendly and compete radiologic technologist, Melissa. I was seen by the Physician’s Assistant Megan Rice. She diagnosed the knee issue and gave me options for treatment. I chose the injection to relieve the pain and allow healing. Meganprovided absolutely the most knowledgeable, kind, funny and professional service I have experienced in this type setting. I highly recommend this facility and P.A. Dr Kerner did surgery on my foot. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. Still recuperating but all of my experiences so far have been positive.

I’ve had 2 surgeries within 11 months. The care has been outstanding. Every time I go in for my post ops I have a ton of questions & both Dr. Kerner & Katie answer them throughly. I’ve needed last minute appointments and thankfully they have accommodated me at either of their offices. Katie has always been a pleasure. I highly recommend this entire staff for orthopedic surgery, physical therapy & recovery.

Fantastic group of Doctors & Staff.After my 60 year warranty of my knee expired and a bad experience with a local Chiropractor, I reached out to the folks at Emerge Ortho at Brier Creek. Dr. Solic and his staff have been wonderful. They never make you feel like they are rushing you, answer all of your questions with as much detail as you would want. The Patient Portal is a great idea and works well. My questions never go 24 hours without a thoughtful (not canned) answer. I feel like I am on the road to recovery. Great folks a few minutes from my house.

Very short waiting time in the waiting area and the provider came in to see me quickly upon completion of my X-Ray. Entire staff were pleasant, Megan Dice, PA-C was awesome!! Will return. Four stars because Ive only been once.

Docs and nurses are great, I love them. Their appointment system is bad though, we show up before our appointment time, and then have to wait for almost an hour to be seen. Seemed like everybody in the room had the same wait. They def need to fix this.

Well organized office staff but the doctors assign PA to see the patients, no matter your condition. I was a surgical patient and then a repeat surgical patient. I probably have not had my doctor spend over 15 minutes total to consult with me. He sends a PA each time. Im tired of it and will probably seek care elsewhere. I transferred there in the first place hoping to find a solid doctor patient relationship but have been disappointed. I have little clue about my clinical condition because the surgeon didnt see me for follow up, only the PA who is not the surgeon by any means. I was also sent home after surgery with an unsigned pain prescription that the drug store denied. Thats sub standard care and it turned into an aggravating ordeal for me, having to run around at 9:00 at night after surgery same day. If you dont mind having a PA for your care provider, this is the place for you..

Racism at its best!About 1 month ago I went in for a back injury. I was 1st in line and the caucasian woman at the front desk told me that i was not in the system nor was my information given to her. I was standing in front of 4 other white people. I asked for her to check but she refused and told me to sit down and wait until she checks.After checking everyone else in and answering the phone she called me back up. She said she found me in the system but by that time not only was I last in line to see my doctor but I was also late for another event.Needless to say that I will not be returning to that location EVERY AGAIN.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Solic and his staff. I had a complex bicep tenodesis, labrum and rotator cuff repair, and Dr. Solic did an outstanding job; its been the least painful surgery I have had and what I really appreciate about Dr. Solic is that he understood my fitness goals and what it would take to get me back to those. The nursing staff and physical therapists are outstanding. Two weeks out I have already completely healed with no pain which speaks a lot about Dr. Solics skills.

So heres what happened let me fist start by saying the physical therapy staff (Allison Butler ) is awesome. Very great PT! However the ortho doctor side of the practice sucks! I went to see Dr Kerner about 8 weeks ago . I set an appt and had to wait 5 days to see him . I waited one hour before he came in. Care was average. No MRI ordered just pt. Went to pt for 6 weeks without any interaction with him. Then I scheduled a follow up 2 weeks in advance . The day of the appointment they caked me to say he was all of a sudden unavailable. Rescheduled for one week out. Then go today for the rescheduled appointment wait 40 minutes ,no doctor. They say he is backed up and I can reschedule. HELL NO I dont want to reschedule! For what? Useless orthopedic practice , not well run !!! There are other orthopedic practices that actually care about their patients! !!
