I learned more from Dr. Benavides in 30 minutes than I had from all my previous ob-gyns. She took her time, listened to everything I had to say, answered all my questions and provided great information and useful resources. One would be hard pressed to find anyone better; I highly recommend her.

Dr. Benavides is knowledgeable, professional, honest and she has an incredible beside manner and listens to her patients. The whole establishment is very professional and courteous. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and helpful. Dr. Benavides was very prompt; I hardly had to wait at all. She spent plenty of time with me explaining all my options thoroughly and I felt very comfortable with her. She told me to contact her immediately if I had any further questions or concerns. She also provided me with a Good Rx coupon, so that the prescription she wrote for me will cost a fraction of the normal price, which I was overjoyed about!

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Lorena Benavides. I came in to see her about a minor issue and I am going to make her my primary ob/gyn. She is so smart, and took time to talk through anything I wanted to talk/learn about. She is a gem, and as a licensed health care professional myself I am picky. The whole experience at Raleigh Gynecology and Wellness was great.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Benavides for almost 10 years and she is wonderful! She’s always extremely kind and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I may have. I’ve never had any issues with the front office staff or billing departments either which always make the entire experience positive for me. I’d highly recommend her for anyone in the Raleigh area!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The only Dr. I would recommend is Dr. Benavides. Unfortunately, I was taken care of by another Dr. because my primary one was unavailable. I never had an issue until my last visit. Its extremely unfortunate and upsetting that the staff, including Hayley in the billing department did not reach out to me sooner. I informed all and left Hayley with a message stating that this new year i changed my insurance. They went ahead and scheduled me in for my virtual visit without making me aware that they dont take my new insurance in result i now have to pay the full amount for my virtual visit. Due to this circumstance I would never refer anyone to this office. As a patient, i should have been aware of my options which was never stated and was dealt with poorly. In addition, I am extremely disappointed on how this was all handled. Please be aware before you schedule any visit no matter how urgent it is dont attend or accept any visits unless they make you knowledgeable of all your options and make sure they take your insurance. Hopefully billing gets back to you on the same day or prior to your visit.

Dr. Benavides is one of the best doctors I have been to (across any specialty) in the triangle and I have lived here for over 20 years. Not only does she take great care of my health, but she is also lovely to speak with at each appointment. Her genuine display of compassion, empathy, and professionalism always makes me feel safe and cared for as a person. Dr. Benavides is one of the few providers Ive had that genuinely cares about understanding the big picture of a patients health before deciding on anything. I had numerous people recommend her to me and Im so glad they did. Its rare to find someone so genuine and caring while also extremely knowledgeable. You can tell she loves her work and her patients. The rest of the clinical staff have all been great, just adding to my overall great experience each time Ive gone.

Dr. B is THE most friendly, caring physician I have EVER met! She is on top of her game, and straightforward and to the point in a caring and friendly way that makes me feel like Im talking to a good friend. Her office is so very accommodating of my new busy work schedule also.

Called to scheduled for an appointment for my wife and Hailey the person who answered the phone was not helping me the way she should be. I know doctors offices only care about their money and not to the patient. When you call the first thing they ask you is Do you have a health insurance? If you don’t have any at all, they don’t even talk to you. When I called this office she ask me so many questions like she’s the doctor, a person who answer the phone don’t need to know your business and only the doctor. They are there to schedule appointment that’s. When finally got into the appointment she told me that you need to put a deposit before we see you. I never heard in my life about doctors office asking for deposit to see you before you get there. What about if you die before the appointment, what about if have an accident and can not make it that day and/or any others inconvenience. To start they only care about your money and nothing else. What happen when the practice with you and gave you whole bunch on pills to take and don’t get you fix? What they said to you? Oh Let me try something else different to see if this work for you. How you been asking your self what I am paying for? Are we paying for practicing on us or they just want to be busy and go home with big money and do nothing to you. At the end of the day doctors eating time.Talked with manager and explained my concerns and instead understand my point she just act like don’t care. I never call this people’s again no matter if they are the only doctor office in the whole world.

Dr. Lorena Benavides is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. She has seen me for the past 5 years and has the best bed side manner. She is also a great listener who works with her patients to come up with the most appropriate method of treatment when an issue arrises. She is the best!
