The person who answered the phone was so unprofessional. They would ask me a question then cut me off mid sentence and kept telling me I dont know what I want even as I was trying to explain what I needed. They seemed more interested in ending the call by telling me to call back when I knew exactly what to ask for. Im not an attorney and I dont work in the courts so I dont know how to get my dispute settled... thats what this place is supposed to do! Incredibly rude and no help.
