Dr. Pietak is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his treatment. I found him to be courteous and attentive. I have also had numerous email exchanges with him regarding my treatment and have found him to be prompt and thoughtful in his responses.

I have called numerous times and have left messages for someone to call me so that we could go over some very vital information for my husband regarding insurance information and his sleep study. I was advised that I needed to speak to Ebony. The recording indicates that I would be receiving a call in 24 hours. I have left several messages without success of a return phone call. I find it very disrespectful and unprofessional that noone has had the professionalism nor the care to return my call. I am the policy holder and my husband has indicated numerous times to have my name be put in the file as someone that can speak in behalf. He suffers from Chronic headaches and i am the one in-charge of his care. It has already been 3-4 days from the first call that I am still waiting and over 24 hours from the second call.

Very courteous and knowledgeable during visits to have VNS adjusted. He answers all questions given to him and makes me feel very happy to be a patient of his.
