Dr Zimmerman is the best dr for arthritis pain in the world to me. Her understanding and ability to recognize need is off the charts. I get epidural shots and suddenly everything feels new. Been going there for over 10 years. No better facility anywhere

Ive had shoulder pain for the last 4 months and been seen for it, one trip to Emerge Ortho and I already feel better today with the recommendation an diagnosis. We had a little guy who had a bad break during a traumatic event at school. This team did everything they could to make this experience better for us! They exceeded patient care! Thank you to the front office team as well for being so quick and efficient! We really appreciated all efforts!

This team CARES! I am currently post op from left knee replacement with Dr Rosenblum and cant wait to have him complete the set. Meanwhile the PT staff is excellent. This week I had an issue with a knee stabilizer brace that had cost me many hours of lost sleep. I checked in for my PT appointment and sat down. Amber Martin, a member of the reception team, stopped on her way to lunch to ask how it was going for me. I outlined the problem and she backtracked on her own time to get the ball rolling on solving the matter. Plus, she secured the Handicapped Sticker form I had forgotten to pick up at the previous appointment. Its a really special employee that is willing to take personal time to attend to patient care. This speaks volumes to me about the mission and priorities of this practice. I am committed to EmergeOrtho Wakefield because it doesnt get better than this.

I was recommended by my insurance company to Dr. Mark Burt , I made an appointment and got right in. I took him a MRI of my knee a week before and left at front desk. He reviewed it with me at my first appointment. Ask Questions of me, and answered all my questions. After one office visit I had knee surgery by him. 100% satisfaction. He will be my doctor till my last breath. Excellent Surgeon I will recommend to everyone I met. .

Quick service, friendly staff. They were sensitive with the injury. Im a person who likes detailed information but when I asked questions, their answers were basic. There was an understandable mistake with the bank card machine; however, when I noticed that I was charged multiple times and called to resolve it, the person in financial records was uncooperative. I also inquired through the online portal with slightly better results. No matter how skilled the physicians or how comfortable the atmosphere, you will not have satisfied patients if you take extra money and refuse to correct it.

Dr. Burt is a kind soul. He did an arthroscopic surgery on me. I felt confident in his expertise. Their new surgical center is awesome. Love that he had an MRI facility on premises.

Our appointment was for 9:45. We were checked in by 9:47. It is currently 10:30 and still have not bwen callws back while people have came on gone. This isnt our first time with this experience either. Terrible service.

Ive had pretty good experiences here. I had a shoulder issue Dr. Burt diagnosed as entrapment. I did physical therapy at the same location and competely resolved the issue. The only issue they dont get five stars is some doctors are notoriously slow, not Dr. Burt.

I have been here for different reasons, but saw Dr.Burk for my carpel tunnel and he is always on point and my surgery went great. They are really busy some days but they are really friendly and kind.

Appoint was at 3:30, it is 4:30 and still no doctor. Love that our time doesnt matter.

Dr. Rosenblum replaced both my knees within a 11 month period and could not be more satisfied with him and the office .
