While the crew has changed over the years (patient since 2018), the office continues to uphold professionalism and courtesy. I can speak to the trials that healthcare employees have faced throughout the ongoing pandemic and can say confidently that the office has done everything within their power to continue to accommodate me safely as a patient. I will continue to remain a patient due to the knowledge, expertise, and professionalism this staff possesses!

I have been a patient/client at Wake Health Medical Group for 4 years now and have received care for anything from laser hair removal and facials to weight/nutrition/female hormone management. Meredith has been my go to provider when it comes to the discussion, monitoring, and management of my health as a female overall. She has a great understanding of female hormones and has helped me understand how even the slightest imbalance can disrupt, not only, fertility, but that it can affect how the body digests and absorbs nutrients as well as being able to invite an array of autoimmune disorders. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, although it can be tough to get a quick appointment they are more than willing to call you when an earlier appointment opens up and/or work with your schedule.

Have left several messages for someone to get back to me purchase a product that was to be banked and told it would not expire, now I got general advertisement email noting that it will expire at end of month. Called the office and now they state that they’re scheduling out six weeks and can I get an appointment for what I have already purchased and it is simply expired.So I paid my money for a product and service that I’m not going to get credit for or receive it’s a total rip off do not go there!!

I have been with this doctors office for several years. They are wonderful! A great practice with experienced and friendly staff.

I have been going here for a couple years and I recommend the acne facials and seeing a PA once a month or so. This has really kept me on track and the staff is always very friendly! The providers are very good about talking through what things you have tried and how to change it and make a plan that will get you to where you want to be.

The level of service and communication of this office has gone downhill fast. I’ve been a client since 2016. Kristen is amazing, but is no longer at this location. Meredith would be my only recommendation. There is a consistent lack of product inventory, poorly-kept notes, lack of response to calls and emails. The last time I purchased a chemical peel, I arrived for my appt and the peel was not in stock. I compromised with a different peel and was not impressed by the esthetician’s instructions. I was not impressed with the initial person I worked with earlier in the year either. She was very uninterested in the service and seemed like she did not want to be there. Not sure what’s happened here recently, but I’ve now transferred to another doctor in Cary. I will travel for great service, but it’s just no longer found here.

I love Wake Heath. Not to be confused with Wake Med as this is a med spa with no association with Wake Med. I have asked the estheticians about the negative reviews received and have found that most of the reviews come from serial no show clients that didnt want to pay their no show fees or patients showing up 15 mins late when their service was only scheduled for 15 mins. They always try to make it right but some customers will never be happy. This place is exceptionally clean

I had my first visit almost 2 weeks ago & I won’t go back. The only good thing is I was able to make a next day appointment which should’ve been a red flag in this case. The esthetician wasn’t very friendly & didn’t give me any follow-up instructions after my peel. I had to ask her if I could use moisturizer. She didn’t give me a time to wash it off. Just really dry & uninterested. I usually read through the reviews before booking somewhere new but I didn’t this time. Looking through them now I see a trend of bad customer service experiences.

Too bad I cant give anything less than one. This place is the worst. I dont know why they cant get it together. This use to be a great place to go with good prices, but the quality of service doesnt justify the cost. Simply horrible...you would think they would be more customer focused and would cater to customers who have been going there for a long period of time. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Have been here a few times for various things and Nurse Kristen is amazing! She takes the time to really look at my skin and features and help me make the best decisions for my treatment without pushing things on me. She is very detail oriented and makes sure she is always taking the time to things correctly. She really cares about her patients and works hard to make sure I am comfortable and I know what to expect. I will not trust my face to anyone else!

They do not honor the prices listed on their own website. Here is a screenshot from their website today 10/14/2020 at 2:43pm. I called to scheduled an appointment for laser hair removal, specifically the Three Areas Special Pricing listed on their website. I was told that special is no longer offered and that the website is really old and they would not honor the pricing. That is so obviously bad business practices and they should take this off their website.

Terrible experience. After a 20 minute screening/initial intake process, it was clear that they didnt know what I was there for (asked me about a condition I never mentioned). Im not sure if they thought I was someone else or if the person who made my appointment just wasnt listening. I reached out via email, but never got a response.

This location is awesome! From the wonderful friendly greeting you get from Valerie and Amanda to the services provided. It’s so nice to enter and feel like you are one of the family. Stormy does a fantastic job and is so professional. I love this place and recommend it to everyone.

I used Wake Health Medical as my primary care, but did not use any of the skin care treatments they offer. The medical providers were kind and helpful, but in my experience, the office isnt well-run and was the ultimate reason I left. The front desk was frequently disorganized. I would be told to expect a call-back and would never receive one. I would be told Id get an e-mail, and would never hear back. I was told a provider would call me by X date, and it never happened or Id get a report on my labs, and nothing. To have my records forwarded, I had to make four attempts to get confirmation that they were sent; each time I contacted, the front desk seemed confused. There isnt an easy way to contact your provider either; Id have to call the front-desk, who would contact the nurse, and then wait for the nurse to call me back. They wouldnt schedule a call-back so Id have to hope I didnt miss the call. I wouldnt recommend as a primary care.

This practice is awesome, so attentive and friendly. They know my name when I come in and always make me feel welcome and excited Im there. Meredith is such a wonderful provider. Stormy and Brittney are so welcoming and make feel so special when having any service with them.

I always have great experiences every time I come. Ive had different things done and each thing is done well. They are very professional and I enjoy coming here. Its a little far for me but worth it! I wish there were more locations! I love that they run specials and deals.

From the time I called and made a new patient appointment the staff has been super helpful! Great first impression. I didnt wait long in the office, which is always so nice and I noticed another patient come in early (by accident) they forgot their original appointment and they were able to help them without displacing others waiting. Great sign of customer service. My appointment was pretty much on mark as in making the correct appointment time (such a PLUS) cause it was a Saturday so I didnt want to spend my entire weekend waiting. The nurse practitioner was amazing! Made me feel very comfortable. After reading the other reviews, I didnt know they offered all of these other things....I will be going to this practice again, not just for my follow up, but for other services as well. And as an FYI, I drove 45 min to get there but it was worth it and their hours are very convenient for my crazy work schedule. THANK YOU!

I have been going to Wake Health Medical Group for about 5 years. I have always had a great experience. The staff is amazing and always make you feel like you are the only one there. I have had botox, filler and laser procedures and each one was very informative and professionally provided. I would highly recommend them for your procedures.

I have been a patient here since 2015 and can say they do good work and have cleared my skin tremendously. However since management and staff have changed over the years the service and care quality has gone down. New doctors are not as responsive and caring as previous MDs.

Do not waste your time!!! Poor management and customer service. I drove 20 minutes and waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. No one even bothered to apologize or explain the delay. That is disrespectful of my time. They have policies for when customers are late or cancel, but not even the courtesy of accountability on their end. They should have done more than refunded me. Consider my wasted time and gas!!! This place has disappointed me for the last time.

Paid for a procedure that I was not too thrilled about a couple years ago. So I stopped the procedure on the second treatment. This left me with a credit since they said they do not do refunds on the procedure. Fast forward, I had to move and etc... So I forgot about the credit. Have been calling for the last 3 weeks and left messages. I was finally able to talk to someone they said my account is no longer active. The credit was about $400-$500 dollars. I asked where the credit went to, no one can seem to answer the question. I asked for the account manager to call me back. No calls, no voice mails.Never returning here again.

Ive seen Nurse Kristen for botox, fillers and micro-needling. Each time shes been wonderful. I appreciate that she always takes her time with me, explains everything to me and my results are always outstanding!

I normally have a great experience but my last visit was not so well. I was embarrassed by the reception in front of other guests. And my service was not good at all. I normally go to Vickie which I love however once I got there I was told she wouldn’t be servicing me. The last girl had a sweet personality but was very unsure of the service she was providing . I’m never the one to make a fuss . But that last visit left a bad taste in my mouth especially since I’ve spent a great amount of money here. And my skin is dry and peeling pending that visit.

I had the BEST experience with Jessica Smith this past week at Wake Health Group in Raleigh. Jessica showed such a calm during my procedures, and really showed her expertise in the areas in which she treated me for. I was so impressed by her professionalism and her eye for detail . That’s something I want with a provider.When I’m in need of my next treatment, I will definitely be requesting Jessica again!!!

They are wonderful. They allowed me to find the best moisturizer I have ever put on my face. Cleared my face up and allowed my face to heal. Its a little cold in there but the front desk always warms up the room with their radiant smiles. Next step is the acne treatment.

My 15 year old son has been treated for acne for the past year and we are very satisfied with the outcome. His skin is very much improved and more importantly the staff has done an excellent job teaching him how to take care of his skin. I did not believe acne was really treatable but I have seen his skin improve dramatically. I wish I had this in my teen years.

Very happy with the staff and specials they offer at Wake Health. I have been to other spas in Raleigh but pleased with the results and prices I get here. Its very relaxing, get in quickly, and specials are really specials. The facials and their products get results. Also, have the best open house couple times a year. Robin, a provider, has always been honest and provided the best info on what I needed.

This is NOT a professional place. My fiancé was a patient, WAS. She had terrible pains & called to try to get an appointment. I one answered or returned her call after leaving 3 voicemail messages. Prior to this debacle she was at an appointment inquiring about getting a specific test & was told by a PT she should just quit eating certain vegetables. Well, upon seeing another physician at another place not affiliated with this joke of a place, she was given proper tests which confirmed her assumption, treated accordingly, & feeling 100% I very rarely speak poorly of any business but the PT she originally saw was released. The new staff isn’t any better. Not returning a patients voicemail messages is completely unprofessional and violates sworn duty of medical professional to assist patient in need. I truly hope nothing serious happens to anyone due to the lack of professionalism and care shown consistently at this practice.

DO NOT, Laser Tattoo removal here. Out dated laser that is harsh on skin. Still recovering from two sessions on completely different settings. First session was ok, but whoever did my second session had NO clue on the setting of laser and no regard for type of skin. She was more so in a rush to get it done then anything. Two completely different outcomes. Would not recommend.

I have had 2 appointments here, both have been easy to schedule, on time, extremely nice staff, and a clean facility. Two different doctors, both seemed very competent and comfortable in their methods. Yes Ill be going back and yes I recommend to all.

I have always thought about doing fillers/injections but never had the courage to do it. My fear was looking fake. Finally decided to do it thanks to a friend who works for this amazing group. I was seeing Kristen but somehow she left abruptly. I did not hear from anyone from this office. I was prescribed a medication that took my blood pressure into extreme over hypertension stage(stroke) level. I telephoned Kristen and was told by a representative to continue taking the medication and monitor my blood pressure....REALLY. All this occurred three days before thanksgiving. I telephoned Wake Health Group on Thursday December 13th and was informed that someone would be in touch with me. Today is December 17th, and I still have not received a call drom anyone. This is the worse practice ever. They have ao many patients and sonetimes the wait is over 50 minutes.

Excellent front desk staff. My facial with Karen was the best; she is professional, knowledgeable and knows how to make the experience relaxing. This should be marked on our calendar every month.

Having been to 4 other dermatologists in Raleigh, Wake Health Medical Group is excellent. They schedule appropriately so you arent waiting for long after you check in. Their facility is above average with great ambiance in the waiting area. I have taken my son here for accutane. I would recommend them to anyone. They are friendly, professional, courteous, anything you would want in a dr office.

Creekside women’s center and wake health medical group share an office. I was going to Wake Health and loved the experience so I decided to go to Creekside for my annual check. This was one of the biggest mistakes Iv made. Your annual is a preventative service which is covered at 100%. I received a lab bill for $1300.00 from Pathgroup due to incorrect billing. It’s been 6 months and it’s still not resolved. Not only have they acknowledged the error but they also said they we’re going to have it corrected. It’s been 6 months and nothing has changed, I still have an outstanding bill and Iv sent follow up emails that have just been ignored. Please do not trust this place for your own sanity. I have spent hours talking to the insurance company the lab and Creekside and the only ones that can fix it is Creekside and they have done nothing. Iv also copied the owner/director Dr Alan Nadour on the emails sent to their office manager Nyla and sent him a direct email and he has never responded.

I visited Wake Health Medical 6 months ago had a wonderful experience with a nurse practitioner who unfortunately is not there any more and went there 2 weeks ago to receive botox treatments from a newcomer name Kristen who was very friendly and welcoming but unfortunately was not able to give me the botox results that I needed. I had botox applied as I have for years in the past with the same amount of units that Ive always used and had gotten great results with to my forehead area only and to my dismay the only areas of my forehead that even looked like they had received any treatment at all after this last treatment were in the center of my forehead and now when I make an expression with my forehead the wrinkles on both sides of my forehead are now more pronounced than ever... Whats the point of getting botox if it makes you look even worse???... After 2 weeks I contacted Kristen explained to her my extreme dissatisfaction with the job and the fact that I had the same treatment done for years with the same amount of units and had gotten excellent results and felt that she should give me a complimentary treatment for the areas that were not treated per the botox treatment plan which she refused.... Needless to say after this very disappointing experience at Wake Heath Medical I will now be returning to Ideal Image of Raleigh North Carolina were I know that I will get great results!!! I guess this is what happens when you change treatment centers based on location distance rather than quality of service … Lesson learned !!! :-( :-( :-(

On Oct. 9th, 2020 I had an appt. at the facility for an acne doctor’s visit and following that an acne treatment. Gabriela as a new treatment specialist was phenomenal! Having been employed there for only a month, it sure didn’t feel like it! From the beginning of the appt. to the end, she took awesome care of me. She was very attentive to my acne needs, knowledgeable, friendly, sociable, and relatable. We engaged in such great conversation that it didn’t feel like a -Client to Specialist- relationship. She was very caring and at any given moment made sure I was doing and feeling okay during the duration of the treatment. BOOK AN ACNE TREATMENT WITH HER TODAY!!!

I had a Obagi Blue Radiance Peel and it was amazing! I would refer this peel for first timers; it was gentle, effective and worth every penny!!! Oh, and ask for Karen when scheduling...she is very knowledgeable of the procedure and explained in detail of how to treat my skin afterwards.

I dont go as often as I used to when I lived around the corner, but my boys went there in school for acne treatments, I have been there for several of their spa services and have always been happy with them.

The gal who did my botox was so wonderful and took great care and time with me!! She gets 5 stars!!!! However the heavy set receptionist with dark red brown hair was so incredibly rude!! She has absolutely no buisness interacting with customers at all. Everything seemed to be a huge hassel for her. I wanted to cry the way she made me feel. And it is only bc of her I wont be returning ever again. She would be better suited as a fry cook cook honestly.

My boyfriend went here to get a tattoo removed.While the people were nice the safety glasses they gave him had a crack across the length of it which is very unsafe working with lasers.We will be going elsewhere that uses safer procedures next time

I wish I could give this place zero stars as my skin is now worse than it was before. I made a very regrettable decision to get CO2 laser treatment a little over a year ago to treat acne scarring and an accident scar on my face. This procedure should have never been offered for my skin type and even when I expressed my concerns about the aggressiveness of the treatment they reassured me that I was a great candidate for it so I went forward with the procedure. Immediately following the procedure I noticed that my left side was bleeding pretty bad to the point that blood was dripping down my face. I read online that intense bleeding should not occur and that it is a bad sign. Apparently the laser tech was way too aggressive on my left side as my right side faired a little better even though that is the side that I had scars from stitches that resulted from a car accident. I made sure to follow all the pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions so I was hoping my results would improve as the days and weeks went by. However, my skin just got worse as time went on. Hyperpigmentation was at its worst and the scarring became even more visible. You could see dark grid-like marks on my face especially on my left side where I had all the bleeding. I felt like I was living a nightmare. I was out of work for several weeks as I didnt want to be seen that way. I was also told initially that the recovery/downtime was about 1-2 weeks. My downtime for this procedure was well over a month which is when the peeling and bleeding stopped. After the bleeding and peeling stopped, my skin was a horror show and putting makeup to try to cover it up only made it worse. The discoloration and dark marks along with the sandpaper texture makes makeup look so bad on my skin. I was more happy with my skin before this whole thing than I am now. This ordeal has left me severely depressed and not wanting to go out in public. It has also affected my personal relationships. I wish I never had this done. I still cry about it. I expressed my disappointment in the results after I had gave my skin ample time to heal. The skin that resulted in the treatment area was still so dark and discolored so about 4 months after the procedure they began giving me various free treatments to try to correct the issues that this procedure caused. Now I was informed today that even though I can still see the dark grid marks on the left side and also the discoloration and sandpaper texture in the treatment areas that is so noticeable compared to the untreated areas around my eyes that I will no longer be able to get free treatments to correct the damage they caused. My skin is still not where it was when I started after months of corrective treatments and is actually worse than when I started. Now Im forced to spend hundreds if not thousands of more dollars to fix a condition that is compounded by even more scarring and discoloration from this treatment. I dont know if my skin will ever get back to normal. Ive been so emotional about this. I just hope no one else has to go through what Ive been through. I will be seeking a lawyer as I have suffered immense physical and emotional damage. Please beware of this place!!!!

These practices are managed by the same dr. - Creekside Womens Center confirmed with the Wake Health Medical Group that I had been cleared for a procedure (they said they could not do it there). They told me their cost 399. I called Wake Health and they confirmed both they had me cleared for procedure and the price would be the same. When I drove an hour to get to Wake Health, they said they did not have my records and they almost doubled the price. When I asked to speak to the office manager, she was rude, as was the RN, who was yelling about her being an RN not a medical assistant, and she would not turn on the laser for less than $500. SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and no value for customers.

I have had wonderful experiences with Wake Health Med Group. I had an acne consultation with Meredith on a Saturday (so convenient!). Never once did I feel rushed or hurried along even though there were a bunch of people waiting to be seen. I also had an acne treatment a few weeks later. My aesthetician, Vickie, was ahh-maz-ing! She was funny, personable, and professional. I felt immediately comfortable with her. I highly recommend using this office!

I had VERY unpleasant experience with that facility. I had fillers done and ended up with face numbness for 6 weeks. I made call there and manager assured me that it had nothing to do with the way the fillers was placed and I probably have other medical issue s. I went to two different doctors and got second and third option. Unfortunately fillers went to wrong place and toched my nerve. I end up with assimetry on my face and it didnt look good. Also procedure was extremely painful due to dull needles. When I requested my medical records they didnt give it to me. It took me a week to get them back ( I really had to tell them I was going to complain to health department). They office manager had multiple call that I must go back to office to get them even I clearly stated , that I need them via email. ( Which I marked on my release form).As a final touch -- their nurse commented to me that 95% of their visitors were happy and if 5% unhappy-- they can live with that. Great way to promote your business! Good end of story. I went to different spa to redo procedure-- it was near painless, fast and I looked great pretty much immidiatly. I would never recommend WakeHealth Medical Group to anyone. Manager is a rude , pushy, loud woman who wants you out of office as long as you have concerns. Stuff is not well trained and sure do poor job.

I see Robin for fillers and botox and LOVE her. She is easy to talk with, she is gentle in her needle injections and ensures I dont look like I have fillers/botox ! I like how natural it looks and we both ensure I dont look like a house wife of Beverly Hills :) Great staff, clean, and everyone so far has been friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to Wake Health for some time now. Most recently I was treated for small veins on both sides of my cheeks. The first treatment went very well. The second treatment was with a different technician, Stormy, who was a bit aggressive and let me know if any of the red veins remained after healing she would do another treatment free of charge. I immediately developed a scap on my right cheek. The scab remained for weeks and when finally healed I am left with a pitted, red scar that is more noticeable than any of the veins I had treated. I cannot cover it with makeup.I made another appointment to get rid of the few remaining veins on my cheek and address the red, pitted scar. Stormy refused to stand by her free treatment stating that the veins on my cheek were 1. not what I originally came there for (she was not who I originally spoke with), and 2. that the veins on my cheek werent treatable because they were...vascular. Rather than argue the fact that all veins are vascular with this tech, I left. I am super disappointed in how this was handled and the fact I am left with a SCAR. I have written positive reviews on their FB for other treatments, but also felt it is my duty to report the negative as well.

I had a Botox treatment and discussed eye lid droop with the technician.. I mentioned it several times and she reassured me several times. A week or so after the treatment thats exactly what happened. This is an expensive treat for myself and I was disappointed that it changed my appearance in a negative way.

I came to this business establishment for a dermatology appt and was seen and referred to a different establishment. I went to the other establishment that Wake Health referred me to, to only be told i have a skin issue and i need to be seen by a dermatologist. This establishment misdiagnosed me and was a waste of time and money.. I’m am a very unhappy customer.

I bought a Groupon for Botox and was very pleased with the results. Seemed like they used more than previous doctors to get the same effect, but overall I am happy and will definately return. The staff was pleasant and the atmosphere very relaxing, almost spa-like.

Ok! So heres the deal, I just started going to WHMG like ummmm today LOL but I had to write a review on how pleased I was from the moment I walked into the office. The receptionists greeted me with open arms which that alone made me feel comfortable. The customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!! Ok enough of that...on to the doc visit :) Ok, so you know how when you visit most doctor office the doctor walks in for all of 5-10mins (If you get that) and then does not listen to what you say and writes a prescription and leaves with will see if this works (attitude)...which makes you feel cheated out of your money right?? WELL this visit was SO NOT LIKE THAT. The doctor came in examined my skin, was so humble and concerned about getting my skin flawless and healthy. He really cared!!!!! I was so shocked that I started to cry :) I was amazed at how this doctor was not after another claim to file for money in his pocket...but genuinely a caring person. I felt apart of a team as he called the esthetician in the room. We came up with a game plan which also was different the other doctors... This place is like a treatment center. You go every two weeks for your treatment until you are complete which should be around 8 weeks. OH! also, he shifted some things around to get me back in tomorrow to start treatment so I am by far amazed. I will give up dates on my progress soon. (My thoughts...TRY THEM OUT)I rated a 4 star bc I have not started my treatment yet but I am sure a five star is otw!12/15/2015:Ok so i know it has been a while since my last review. But OMG my face is clear! It only took 2 months to see the clear skin I desired. Two weeks in and I was already noticing the difference (lets face it we are our own critics) Nonetheless it has been over 10months now and I just got my first two pimples :( but this is life you will have some break outs but 10months span...i can deal with that! TRY THEM you wont regret!

Not sure how to rate this... I am also a Groupon purchaser. Im having my 3rd treatment for my bikini area. Yeah, it hurts like heck - like getting snapped repeatedly with a rubber band. As far as the pain, I was given some numbing cream to spread over the areas lasered and was in no post-laser pain whatsoever. A little Motrin afterwards to keep the swelling down also helped.I bought the Groupon for a large area. First visit they only did a small area and I felt cheated. As I was making the 2nd appointment they asked for the full Monty? and I said no, because I dont want to look like a 10 year old. The tech was great, and at appt. #2, and did a much larger area than the first time because I asked her to.I understand what the previous reviewers mean about advertising that they use one kind of laser (Alma Soprano) and then actually having another kind (Syneron) in the shop. There are noticably visible results after two treatments - and I have an olive complexion with dark coarse hair.***********************************************************************************************I have finished my 3rd and 4th treatments. The third treatment was not very successful. I was switched to a better laser which cost me an additional $10 for the attachment used to suck my skin up close to the laser. I paid the $10 and it is mine to keep and reuse for sanitary reasons. Seriously? it is a medspa - they dont have sanitation equipment? I digress... The tech was new to the salon and was being instructed my a nurse on how/what areas to do. I felt somewhat like a guinea pig. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes.I was disheartened a few weeks later at the amount of regrowth. I wasnt sure it if was the better laser or the new tech that had failed me. Either way, I was unhappy with visit #3s results and feel it was completely wasted.Visit #4 was better. I had another different tech for this appointment. I expressed my concerns about the amount of regrowth from the previous visit. I said I wasnt at all happy. She explained that the initial tech I had had moved away and thus no longer worked there. The tech for appt #3 was new to the clinic, but so was she. We talked about it and in doing the procedure, she was VERY thorough. It has now been a few weeks since appt. #4 and I am much more pleased with these results. There is minimal regrowth and it seems to be fine hairs growing back. I was at the beach last week and had to do no prep work before heading outside in my bathing suit.2 visits to go...I will save my final comments for after my 6 treatments are done.

This place is a joke. Staff turn around is ridiculous and it is obvious that these people just dont care. This is the worst most unprofessional office. Management here is a complete joke.
