Ascove is a blessing! I needed home care for my son to make sure he followed his treatment plan and took his medication. The caregiver was professional and very responsive whenever I reached out to check on my son plus the updates in the online family room put me at ease. After that phone interview basically sent me an agreement to get a background check done which Im all okay with. I was told on the phone at the end of the phone interview that I would come in a couple of days later to do a sit-down interview and sign some forms for tax purposes so I can start working. I did the agreement on the background check and once I did that I never heard back from the woman. I sent her several emails to follow up to see where everything still good and havent heard back from her. I felt like I was being let on about a promise for a job that is seem like they were never going to give me.
