I’m thankful for the positive energy each one of the staff members continue to give off in the Raleigh office. Not one time did I have to worry about anyone being unpleasant in any kind of way. Throughout my work experience with Mission Medstaff I have nothing but great things to say. I started off with full-time hours the second week I started. The children are all sweet and loving. They honestly care about the environment you’re working in and if it’s Comfortable for you. All the staff members that I have met in the office always greet you with smiles. The work is here if you are interested. We are hiring and once you get hired on I’m sure you will not regret it. I’m new to the Durham area but, if I knew more people in my community I would definitely refer Mission Medstaff to them.

I’m a little late in getting to the question but I rate the office in Raleigh as exceptional it’s very hard to pick one scheduler the one I’ve worked with the longest is Abbie and she’s always cheerful always helped me fix little problems always gets back to me the second longest there would be Meredith she manages one of my clients she’s very calming on the phone if I’m a little wound tight she calms me write down and Jordan is the newest and she’s a pleasure to speak with I think we did a review of why we like our job I’ve been there going on two years in July I can’t think of going anyplace else I absolutely love my job I’m blessed to have insurance Thank you

The least of my complaints is the fact that their nurses make you feel uncomfortable in your own home. This agency has the kind of nursing and support for the parent and child that makes you feel the pressure of having a loved one that relies on the profession of those choosing such an intense career field such as HOME health care. They do not hold their nurses accountable for their actions and assume an apology is all that’s needed in efforts to correct the emotional or financial damage the nurse leaves with the family upon their unsatisfactory work ethic. My only point here is that at home I should still feel at home even though there is a nurse here. Professionalism! Your job is the patient/client. If it is of no harm or interference to your client your focus should be the client nothing else. What goes on in my home does not deserve to be broadcasted! And I deserve that much peace of mind that although you are here I can be comfortable especially when it’s nearly 24 hour care. Mission takes the essence and comfort of your home being your home. Instead your home has to be up to par for the nurse. Mission MedStaff takes the home right out of home health care. This post was made after long thought. I’d rather moms or dads be aware of what’s not talked about. This concern was also voiced to the supervisor of this organization directly. No consistency or peace of mind from this staff to your home choose wisely! What doesn’t work for one is not the same for everyone. Good luck seems like their great reviews come from the people they pay (employees) for the record my home is kept very clean. This was not a matter of the home being welcoming to others.

I call Mission Medstaff my lifesaver. Being a nurse for 26 years, I can say I have worked with multiple organizations but nothing was more satisfying to me than home care. When I moved to NC last August, I knew I wanted something different. I saw an ad from Mission Medstaff concerning private duty and I thought I would try again. Im so blessed that I have, what a wonderful organization to work for. Jordan and Abbie in Raleigh are two of the best. Thank you for giving me a rewarding experience.

I love working here do to the fact that In the beginning i told them what i was looking for and Aron made sure that she did her best to match the type of case that I needed. I have very much enjoyed working for mission medstaff. I have not had one person in office who has been rude or not helpful. Everyone is so nice, which I absolutely love. They also very much care for the patients. I love the flexible hours and weekly pay. All of the ladies there have been wonderful! The clients have been the greatest and a joy to be around, which is why I love Home care. I’ve had bad experiences in previous home care agency’s with the staff, but I can absolutely say that my experience has been wonderful with mission medstaff.

Mission MedStaff is a wonderful home health agency. I have worked for them for almost a year. There are many home health agencies that work with geriatrics but this agency is special, they deal primarily with pediatric clients. Through this agency I am able to work closely with my client’s on a more personal level, while also being able to go to school. The schedulers are willing to work with your schedule to meet your needs as well as the client/family’s needs.Shout out to Meredith Riman an amazing scheduler.

Our experience with Mission Medstaff has been nothing short of a nightmare.Our daughter was in the hospital for nearly 3 months and we spoke to Mission medstaff due to the great reviews. They told us what to expect regarding our PDN hours. We did a Meet and Greet with two nurses. If I wasnt so preoccupied with what was going on at the hospital and the daily struggles with my daughter being in the hospital I would have noticed the red flag that there was no way two nurses would be able to provide us 126 hours of coverage/week.We were approved through Medicaid 24 hrs/day for 2 weeks, 20 hrs/day for 2 weeks, and then 18 hrs/day ongoing. We never once had full coverage. After the first 4 to 5 weeks and shifts stabilized we had two nurses providing roughly 80 hrs/week. We were 46 hours/week short. We had no nurse from 9am Saturday until 9 am Monday and then no night nurse on Monday night.For anyone that has had one parent work, a child on a ventilator 24/7 and a feeding tube as well as another active child help is absolutely necessary and we received very little. Mission medstaff tried to provide us a third nurse but she showed up late 2 out of her 2 shifts with unbelievable stories of why she was late.The communication the whole time and the coordination was horrible. Schedules updated last minute. We tried constantly to get more support over the weekend and only a couple of times got a bare minimum support, far from what we should have gotten.We had one nurse turn us into DSS for a diaper rash (which all children get to some degree and it was gone within 24 hours) and taking her off the vent (ordered and spoken about several times with medical professionals, she was also never in any danger). That case is in the process of being ruled unfounded as DSS received this week the required paperwork from the hospital who was entirely on our side the whole time. A number of individuals stated the nurses actions were ridiculous and crazy. Mission medstaff claimed to support us and provide us with anything they could even disciplinary paperwork on the nurse for failing to obey protocol but when I inquired about that paperwork it was never received.A PDN agencies job is to secure orders so if the claim was that there was no order they should have reached out to the medical professionals to secure that order. Basically, they were failing at their job.Since clearly we no longer wanted that nurse in our home we were then left with one nurse, working 4 night shifts and that was it. We did after an entire week with nearly no nursing help get a day nurse back.Mission Medstaff made a bad situation into an utter nightmare due to their inability to manage, coordinate and communicate. Their nurses are apparently not oriented well enough to know the proper protocols. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Currently a CNA with mission medstaff, raleigh location. They are an excellent company to work for in terms of communication and taking care of their employees. The staff is always more than willing to help with any issue that arises. Finally, they do a great job communicating information between themselves, the care taker, and the client, which is vital for in-home care.
