When you go in for your free consultation, you will be sold on the fact that their patented technology is what helps you lose weight quick. While you are wearing their frequency patches, you are on an extremely strict diet and can not consume more than 800 calories day. Obviously if you consume 800 calories a day, you are going to lose weight. After two weeks, I was not seeing the results that I was expecting and was starting to get curious if other people in the program were having issues too. I checked out Shapemasters online reviews and found some concerning information about how their patented patches were only patented for the glue on the patch. There was also a voice clip of the founder saying that none of it actually works. This made me angry because this is what made me pull the trigger on spending over $1K for this program. I reached out to my consultant, Rebecca, at Shapemasters with my concerns and she said that she would have someone from corporate reach out. After a week, I didnt hear from anyone at corporate or even Rebecca, which is annoying because I am her client and she should be following up with me. I contacted Rebecca and told her that I needed someone to contact me asap. The next day, I received a call from a woman (forget the name) at corporate. She was very understanding of my concerns and asked what they could do to make things better. I asked for her to testimonials from other people in the program at the Raleigh location and for information regarding the patent on the patches. Its been two weeks and have not heard back from her AND I still have not heard from Rebecca. I am filing a compliant with the Better Business Bureau.
