I have updated my review. I filed for an EIN number so that I can hire my own help. And with the Caps office my worker is great. The company that does the background checks, taxes, applications was bought out. It was Outreach and their main office is in Texas. I dont recommend them because Im worried if I hire another that they wont get paid either.I am a patient on the Caps program and hired a personal care aide in NC and she didnt get paid before Christmas and quit. Nobody answers the phones. I have another one but I dont want the same thing to happen. Since youve been bought out there is no corporate, or anyone working for you to keep us with the help we need. Ive reported this to our State officials who pay you to do what little you do now.

This place is horrible!!!! Working so hard to switch companies and handle them. They have been lying to me about my paycheck,For the holidays they paid nobody they all went home to enjoy their families and did not think of the employees we still haven’t been paid almost a month no paycheck and no will answer the phone or emails someone needs to handle this place.

Been working for this company a month. Haven’t gotten paid and when I was due to get paid my pay card hadn’t even been sent out and the woman claimed to not know I had even started working which I know is false because the lady that got me the job to take care of her aunt told them when I started. They lose paperwork and tell you they never received it which I know is also false because I faxed the entire packet to them with everything in it. Also one of the lady’s I forgot her name is extremely rude. I received my card 10 days after my pay day (yesterday) couldn’t activate it and was told to call back the next day so I did call them today and they are saying I haven’t been enrolled for my payment! How??? I’ve been employed for a whole month how am I not enrolled to receive my pay? I love the family I work for but this company is absolutely horrible!! Unprofessional isn’t the word. I get paid this week which would be my second check and can’t activate the card to get my first check. All I know is all the hours I’ve worked so far better be accounted for on this card when I’m finally able to access my money. Honestly these ppl deserve negative 3 stars

Imagine going to work as routined and while out at the grocery store with your client your car starter goes out and a mechanic comes to help you get started back up and whenever you go to auto zone to buy a new starter your card declines because you didnt get paid as you know you should have and then you call the company and you cant reach anyone on the phone and then you e-mail them and still no response alllllll day this is the 3rd time this has happened now Im sitting here trying to think because i love my hours and the client but the experience Ive had today was just unbelievable I dont think I can continue to work and be scared every payroll day wondering if I will get paid or not.... I really wish this company would do a better job at communication

I employ nurse aides for my son who has CP. We have had payroll issues since we started with them and they happen at least once a month. I have two employees so I send the timesheets in via fax together. Basically, whoever I send second doesnt get paid because I was told that whoever is processing the timesheet didnt scroll all the way down to see the second one. How ridiculous! These are peoples lives!!! Right now, Ive been calling everyday, all day since Friday and have yet to get an answer or a response! My employee that didnt get paid doesnt have food in her home and has bills due.... Thanks a lot Outreach. Ill definitely be leaving this company as soon as I can I wouldnt encourage ANYONE to work with them.

My mom has been working for this company for a while now, they short her on her paycheck and sometimes dont pay her at all. She was supposed to have gotten paid last Friday, STILL NO PAYCHECK. She has called numerous of times and no one will pick up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I have been with this company for 5 yrs and have never had such an impossible time getting a response until now. My paycheck was short and I have left voicemails, emailed several people and left a message with the answering service all to no avail. I heard they were bought out and apparently the new owners care nothing for their employees. I will be searching for a new company. This is the worst customer ever - zero service!!

I have yet to be paid for 10.30.2020 , my pay for 11.13.2020 is also not here . This is the 2nd time this has happened. I’m not getting any calls back, or emails . I HAVE NOT WORKED EXTREMELY HARD TO NOT GET PAID-I love the family i work for but i can’t keep working for free. I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY!!!! And I hope the other aides and families who have had to quit , or lost an aide due to not being paid , will also consider this an option .

They get a chunk out of my budget, but cant answer the phone for two days. Constant payroll issues, and theyve had my name wrong for the past 3 years.

I did not get paid January 8, 2021. I have tried to contact by someone by phone and email several times. They have not responded. Im going to get evicted because I have not received my pay to pay my rent. Im going to contact NC Department of Labor to help me with this.

I love my job. I truly do. But how come every pay day they are late and it can be delayed for hours or days. We have bills to pay, children to feed and we do our jobs, working hard and helping others. We just need our money on time.And please, please, please start answering your phone when someone tries to call you over and over again.

If youre considering working here dont. Can never get anyone on the phone when needed and only had one paycheck on time the entire extent of employment of my wife.

I work for them currently & I worked the whole month of may & never seen a paycheck until I called & complained. We just had a paycheck period & I only received half of my pay, called to complain & was told that I was wrong & I had to keep calling bc they don’t pick up the phone, might get someone if you’re lucky. I didn’t receive my missing pay until yesterday & IT WAS STILL WRONG . At the point I’m over this company & I just might leave the family I work for. I WORK TO HARD TO END UP WITH NOTHING

This place is very unprofessional. People work hard for their money and for them not to be paying people is absolutely unacceptable.

Never ever use this company. Not one single call has ever been returned and only voice mail is what answers when you call.

I have had 2 employees quit because they didnt get paid either on time or Not at ALL...When I read the other reviews I felt like I was in the the Twilight zone.... Please yall get it together.. Because people are not willing to work and then find out theyre Not getting Paid. Or its late. Ive already Lost 2 excellent employees I dont wanna lose anymore. Good people they are few and far in between.....

I am really surprised at all the negative comments. I have been with Outreach for over 2 years and have never had a problem that wasnt fixed immediately. They have been a great support and I dont have 1 negative comments about them. Thank you outreach for always being there.

Today is payday and my money is NOT in my account. This has happened multiple times... Has anybody else not gotten there deposit 😠

Customer service is terrible. You can never contact anyone. Their computer system is always having a glitch. I’ve not been paid on time on five different occasions. Every payday I’m wondering if I will get my pay. No health insurance. No computer generated time sheets. The ONLY thing that I like is my client and family I work for. PERIOD!!!

This company is horrible! Been using them for almost two years and it’s nothing but issues with payroll or messing up budgets and not submitting things on the deadline. No one calls you back constantly messes my employees pay up.

I wouldnt even give this company a 1 . I was suppose to get paid 2 weeks ago and I did not. I still havent received my money. Today is payday and once again I havent gotten paid so I am owed for a month pay. Im done!

God forbid you need to talk with these people on the phone...They NEVER ANSWER!! Id say their customer service sucks but who can tell??? You can never speak to them if they do not answer!!

They are ALWAYS paying late. They try to blame the employees. Once with one employee, maybe. But it is all the employees, all the time.
