This company is money motivated, they do not care about the clients wants or needs. My father had four different caregivers in over a month and a half. On two occasions my father had to phone me because no one had showed up to care for him, I called Accessible and was told they could not find any coverage. I called my fathers insurance company and had them switch agencies and we have not had any problems ever since. If you care about your loved ones and the quality of care they receive then I would stay away from this company.

I love working for Accessible Home Care of Mid Carolina. They are a wonderful, supportive, and caring group. All of our caregivers have a heart of gold and they go above and beyond for our clients. If or when the time comes and my family needs a caregiver, I will use Accessible. They are ranked #1 for proving excellent “Compassionate Care. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Compassionate, trustworthy, respectful, reliable and competent are words that would describe all the care provided by the CNAs, the RN and the owners. Round the clock CNAs were there to care for my sister-in-law during her time with hospice. I was there to help my brother who has some health issues. Although their responsibility was to care for my sister-in-law, they also were a tremendous encouragement to me and my brother during a difficult time. Any calls I made to the owner, Tony, or the nurse, Joy, were promptly answered. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly, effectively and with a positive attitude. A few hours before my sister-in-law died, Joy (RN) showed up at our front door with a bag of bagels for my brother and I to have something to eat for breakfast. It was her day off, but she knew the end was coming soon. She volunteered to stay with us until the hospice nurse would arrive after my sister-in-law passed. I will never forget her compassion and support during those final hours.

I have worked for accessible for many years and I couldnt ask for a better company to work for they offer benefits that no other home health company offers they always make my schedule around me taking care of my family and elderly father and they have shown me that they care about me

For the past 2 years, Trish, Tony and their team have provided excellent service and care to my loved one. Dont know what I would do without them.
