I have had experience with many chiropractors and I must say my experience here, both in terms of the treatment and relief I have gotten and in working with the office staff has been excellent. Dr. Bill as he is affectionately called, is the best. I had a shoulder that couldn’t stop hurting. I did therapy and very treatment but couldn’t get pain free until I went to Atlas. The staff is amazing, everyone greets the patient by his/her name as soon as you walk in, greets and treats each patient with a smile and special care. I was asked by my doctor in California that I find a Chiropractor who specializes in the Atlas technique. I’ve been seeing chiropractors for over 20 yrs however I had never been to one that specialized in the Atlas. I was recovering from the diagnosis that nobody ever wants to hear. At first I thought “ what doesn’t my C1 and C2 have to do with the C word?” Well, I was pleasantly surprised with all the information and knowledge I’ve gotten from Dr. Austin. Quality care at affordable prices!

For years I’ve had severe migraines at least 2-3 times a month. When I came to Atlas, I found out that my C1 was out of alignment. Once I had my Atlas adjustment, the frequency of my migraines greatly decreased and I don’t remember the last time I had one. Thankful to Dr. Adam for all his help.

Worst experience ever with a health professional. They have on their message machine - dont delay treatment- leave a message and make an appointment now. I had to call twice and leave messages (about 3 or 4 days apart) to even get a response. I wanted to know if they took my insurance, and the answer was no insurance payments are accepted. They will give you a bill after you pay and you can submit it to your insurance company. The woman (Jessica) offered to check for me if I emailed her a copy of my insurance card. She was going to tell me how much my insurance would pay when I submitted it and what the out of pocket costs would be. So here I am 3 weeks later after sending my card to her and calling several times and still no answer.Emailed today to try to find out what is going on, and someone named Ashley called me back who wanted me to call her and explain everything to her - again. When I called - what else would I expect- voicemail. Dont delay treatment! What an awful place. Dont bother.

Ive been treated by Dr. Bill for several years now and am totally satisfied. He helped me recover from two patrol car collisions and got me back in the gym. Im now able to take muay Thai and perform better than I did when younger. They are always thorough and very professional. All of the staff is friendly, greets you by name and makes you feel welcome. I had begun to feel a bit defeated in my 3 year quest to find a solution to my neck and back pain before going to Dr Bill. I was first seen by Dr Macchi in July 2019. At that time, I had several issues and was in severe pain. In February of 2019 I had a dental procedure and as a result of having my mouth open wide for an extended period of time my right jaw got dislocated. An oral surgeon was able to get my jaw back in place however my teeth were now misaligned and my bite was off. I was unable to chew properly and my diet was limited to soft foods. The oral surgeon referred me a pain specialist, who recommended using Botox injections to relieve the pain or wiring my jaw shut for 2 weeks to stabilize the jaw. Neither of these treatments were an option for me. In my opinion, they were rather extreme measures. I lead a holistic lifestyle and believe in more natural methods of treatment. Initially I was focusing on this as a dental issue. I was still in pain and was not certain where to go for treatment. As the weeks went by, I began to experience pain in my right shoulder, which eventually became a frozen shoulder. I friend suggested that I try acupuncture. After my third appointment I did get a small amount of relief. Then I received a phone call that due to an unfortunate accident, the acupuncturist that was treating me broke her shoulder and would be unable to see me for an undetermined time until her shoulder healed.At this point I was referred to Dr Macchi’s office for a consultation. I found Dr Macchi to be very thorough and during our report of findings appointment he explained what he saw to be my issues. Based on my symptoms and his examination, he determined that my shoulder pain was not only related to my dislocated jaw but was also a result of whiplash from an auto accident I had many years ago. He explained in detail the treatment plan that he recommended that would be most beneficial for me. His explanation and demonstration of the Atlas technique made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. I can honestly say that after each treatment my pain level decreased and my range of motion increased significantly. In my experience, the immediate results were very encouraging. Dr Macchi explains each step of the way during treatment. His kind and gentle manner make each appointment one step closer wellness and life without pain. I highly recommend Dr Macchi. I am so thankful for my healing as a result of his treatment, without prescription medication or surgery. Also, kudos to his great staff.

My family and I have been going to Atlas Orthogonal for many years. The team members at Atlas Orthogonal are always courteous, efficient, and will do anything they can to help. For me personally, as hard as I can be on my body... or maybe its just this getting older thing... Dr. Bill and staff have always gone out of their way to make sure Im in-line and healthy! I couldnt recommend these guys enough!

Total waste of time. Consultation is a joke. Basically its a sales pitch to get you to commit to $300 x-rays. They do not process insurance. They will play a game with you so understand that you have to submit the forms. Import that you understand that they use an activator and not their hands to adjust you. In my experience this is not considered appropriate by many doctors so do your homework. From there I start hearing alot of comforting promises that Ill start feeling better in no time, etc. I believe they want you to commit to a program to which theyll make small adjustments to keep you coming back. There are many good chiros in this area but sadly this is not one of them.

I have been a patient since 2002! I have struggled with severe vertigo all my life but after working with Dr. Macchi I am so much better. My quality of life has improved and my overall health has too.

Double Vision and Face PainIn 2017 I had sudden onset diplopia or double vision in one eye. I wasnt feeling all that great but wasnt sick either. The diplopia self-corrected over an 8 week period but was replaced by near constant unilateral headache (never had them like that before), numbness around the mouth, and intermittent, transient face pain on the same side as the headache. Sometimes like sinus pressure, sometimes around the eye, sometimes like an abscessed tooth.I went to a full range of medical specialists including neurologists, oral surgeons, and ophthalmologists. I had 5 MRIs and a CT scan. I was treated for possible stroke and Trigeminal Neuralgia. My symptoms sometimes abated a couple months but always returned.A friend suggested chiropractic care; I thought she was crazy but researched it anyway and found chiropractic had the best response rate for TN2 or atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia. More research led to Atlas Orthogonal and Dr. Austin. I could tell immediately it was helping. I dont even think about face pain anymore. The Atlas technique and Dr. Austin are both amazing.

You know what makes for a super fun morning? Filling out pages and pages of paperwork, waiting in a waiting room for half an hour, watching a welcome video, talking with a doctor for half an hour--all the while trying to wrangle a two year-old--only to find out after all that (two hours later), that they dont accept your insurance and youre going to pay 4 times the amount you thought you were going to have to pay just for an initial visit.Anytime that a provider refuses to run your insurance before your visit it probably means that they are out of network for several major insurance companies. Insist on finding out before--do your legwork. I really wanted to love this place. Everyone there is so friendly. I just have major issues with their office protocol.

If I feel my neck starting to feel weak I call them up right away and theyll get me in quickly. They are very flexible.

Dr. Bill got me through a really rough time in my life. He really cares about his patients well-being. Whenever I go in, the first thing he asks is how am I doing.

Initially I started seeing Dr. Adam for shoulder pain that I was suffering with for years. I would get massages regularly but they never really freed up my tension the way I had hoped for. After having X-rays taken before starting my treatment, I learned that my Atlas was out of alignment. I didnt even know what the Atlas was, much less that mine was out, and it was not even the main reason I was seeking treatment. I learned that a misalignment of the Atlas could cause some of the other issues I was suffering with (headaches, fogginess, problems concentrating) which made me wonder if my Atlas had been out as far back as childhood because I had those symptoms as long as I can remember and so I just believed that they were a normal part of life. But after Dr. Adam started treating me, my symptoms started fading away week after week and now I can say for the first time in YEARS that I dont have pain or headaches and my overall wellbeing including my mental clarity has improved. I used to take ibuprofen and excedrin on a regular basis and now I dont have to. Dr. Adam is a wonderful, caring provider who took the time to get to know me and my specific needs. He has helped me tremendously and for that I am happy to share how grateful I have been to receive his care.
