Wondeful experience. We had to wait a bit, but Josh was very kind and almost felt bad we waited. But got my glases and very happy overall with the buying experience.

The guy there is RUDE. Lucky I didn’t go up there and smack some respect into him. My wife called to cancel an appointment due to our insurance. My wife said “I would like to cancel my appointment because my insurance doesn’t cover frames from your location” he then replied “what does that have to do with your appointment”. If you plan on getting frames or a routine eye exam don’t waste you time nor money at this place!!

The man who works there is lazy, rude and unprofessional. He did NOT want to wait on me, did not want me touch anything, HOW DO YOU TRY ON GLASSES? He was very rude about it. I went to the Walmart off Capital and I was able to try on glasses, I was serviced with a smile, able to actually try on the glasses I wanted to buy. She simply wiped the glasses off and placed them back. It was very clear he was simply lazy.

Very surprised by how cheap the eye wear is and contacts. The exam was also cheap but good quality. If you don’t have insurance this is the place to go. The staff was also very helpful and nice.

I went in to see if they would repair two pairs of glasses that I had bought on line that needed a screw or something to hold in one of the ear pieces. Without question, he looked at it, took fifteen minutes and repaired it without charge. I had tried to do the same at MyEyeDr in Brier Creek where I am a patient (!) and they refused to even look at it. I just wish the cost of glasses at Walmart were even remotely close to the online prices.
