Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me with the preliminary exam and Dr. Glaser did the actual prescription. They were both very friendly and informative.

Friendly and courteous staff! The entire process was wonderful. All paperwork was filled out prior to appointment, walked in and was brought immediately back to review frame section. Great service and everything was explained in detail.

Everything was perfect. They got me in on time , did all the tests on my eyes in about an hour. Dr Klaus and staff are under Covid protocol and they take it seriously every piece of equipment was clean and sterilized. They really take care of you here.

I was very pleased with my appointment. I was nervous about going because of Covid-19. The office was nice and clean they take your temperature at the door and everything is sanitized. I really liked Dr. Klaus he was Great!!! His assistant AAron was also Great and made me feel very comfortable. I liked the office so much I have made appointments for my husband and kids.

Weve had some incredibly poor experiences with other area locations for optometry services. That is a sharp contrast to what we receive here. The staff is completely professional, easy to work with, attentive and responsive. They have no issues working with our insurance and they are keen to bring additional charges into focus immediately if there are any.Dr Klaus is personable and warm but still manages to be no-nonsense. I bring my entire family here and will continue to do so.

Horrible experience here at Triangle Eye Care. I called last week to schedule an appointment to be seen. The receptionist stated that they have me scheduled for September 10th @10 a.m. As I arrived, the receptionist Christine stated that she did not have me down for an appointment or any one in the office remembers scheduling me. Christine was very condescending and passive aggressive towards me..To add insult, she walks towards the door as if she was escorting me out......

By far the best eye doctor I have seen in 35 years of wearing glasses. Due to an industrial accident I have a tough prescription to fit. Dr. Klaus not only got me seeing the best I have in years he also was able to fit me with glasses that did not make my eye look odd. I also was able to get safety glasses that fit well and did not hurt my nose or ears, something I never had before. The staff was able to help my wife pick out some great glasses for her that fit our budget. She will be seeing Dr. Klaus for her next exam too.

I love the staff at Triangle Eye Care. They took care of myself, my husband, and son. I feel like I have a new friend Jennifer which is bubbly and smart at the same time. I have a very high prescription and have never been this impressed with how great my glasses look. The doctor did a great job as well. I recommend this Eye Center over any of the rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go any where else. They also run specials which is very budget friendly to peoples needs. I feel very confident in sending my friends and family.

Ive been going to this place for 3yrs but I will not be back. I ordered contact lenses went to pick them up and there is a note on the door saying they would be closed from Thursday-Monday. I dont live/work near this location and I had to make arrangements with my employer to pick up my items. Was it too much to extend a courtesy call to clients who have product to pick up??Update 9/10/19 I was contacted by TEC who went above and beyond to “make things right”. Good customer service is far, few and in between, which is one of the reasons why I’ve been a long time customer with them. I really appreciate their efforts, care, and timely response with my concern. I will be back! ❤️

The staff was extremely organized, efficient, and friendly. The doctor was wonderful with my 11 year old daughter and for my appointment. He was very professional , knowledgeable, & offered great recommendations. He was a super nice guy and not an arrogant Elitist like lots of docs. Great job!

Be careful when you go here, if youre getting glasses for the first time, they wont give out the PD. Without this, youre forced to buy outrageously expensive frames and lenses at their location WITH your insurance. This prevents you from going to places like Zenni Optical (which rocks) to get them much cheaper without insurance.Theyll say that if you order your glasses online, it could cause a lawsuit (as we live in the land of litigation) if you put in the incorrect PD. This is the biggest BS Ive ever heard as they will give it to you after you buy your first EXPENSIVE pair from them. There are so many details in a prescription, you could get any one of them online wrong which could affect your site. Yet, they dont care about that.PD is only the distance between your two pupils.

The staff there was friendly and helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and their location was very convenient for me.I felt like Dr. Klaus really took his time explaining things and seemed very genuine. I only got contacts this time, so I cannot speak to their frame selection. However, while I was browsing, it seemed as though they have a pretty broad/good selection. Will plan to go back there while Im still in Raleigh.I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I am very upset with Triangle Eye Care. Everything started out every nice. The young ladies assist me in pick out my frame for my progressive glasses and then a frame and lens for my sport glasses. Everything when fine until the progressive glasses were ready for pick. After trying it on I realize that I could not read out of the reading portion of the glasses at all. They admit that the wrong lens was ordered for the small frame I pick and I need what was calling a short lens. I asked and express concern about the reading area, they said that they would move it up which would give me more reading area. After ordering what was suppose to be the right lens I told them that the reading area was better but still too small, I have about 1/8 of an inch reading area across the bottom of the lens. The sport glasses were too tight and the strap that hold the sport glasses to my head keep popping lose. We talked about both problem and they said taking the glasses home and see how it works out for me.I call back after a few days and let Jessica know that glasses were not working out. Then I was let in on a shocker the frame that pick out could not be use with the lens that were ordered. I was told to fix the problem I have to pick out another frame. I didn’t want any of the other frames so I said I would like a refund. I was told they don’t give refund and they can’t do anything else for me. That is truly bad business. THEY COULD TOLD ME THIS FROM THE BEGIN AND SAVE BOTH OF US THIS PROBLEM.

Not for Rapport BuildersThis was my first time at Triangle Eye Care, and also my first time getting an eye exam. The facility was clean and the wait time was about what I expected, about half an hour. One of the people at the front desk was very friendly, but from the moment I met Dr. Klaus, I got the impression that he was not interested in being present with me as a patient; he seemed to be ready for my appointment to be over from its start, and I dont know why. He did not even bother to introduce himself by name--I had to ask him what his name was after telling him mine. When I had to place my face on the device to look through the lenses, it was apparently broken, because it would not adjust to fit both my chin and forehead. My trying to figure it out appeared to frustrate Dr. Klaus some; though he did not attempt to help me adjust it, but just left me to figure it out. While going through the lenses, he switched them quickly. He was minimally nice--maybe he was having a bad day. But he did not seem remotely interested in building a rapport with me as a patient, and seemed like he wanted to just get through my appointment. I prefer to build relationships with people who do things to my body. I do not plan to return to Triangle Eye Care, and will find a different provider for my next eye exam, which is sad because their location is very convenient for me.

I have been a patient here for years. I have been very happy with the care I have received. Unfortunately, my most recent experience had a series of issues related to receiving my glasses and contacts that were very frustrating to me. The office manager, Andrea made everything right. I am extremely pleased with how my situation was resolved.

I am a very big fan of Dr. Klaus and Triangle Eye Care. I met Dr. Klaus when I moved to Raleigh 7 years ago.....I have been a loyal customer ever since. He and his staff are very accommodating, professional, helpful and most importantly very good at what they do. I believe my eyes are in very good hands here!

I have never been so outraged at the actions of a doctor. I called my optometry office to get my records from the past 15 years only to find out that Dr Klaus removed all of my records and took them to his new office, even those records that did not belong to him but to the other doctors that I had seen! I am a practice manager and a HIPAA officer and have never before heard of this type of improper behavior. My office changed Drs every few years and my records have always remained at this office until now. I was never informed that he was leaving, given my permission to have my records removed or contacted by this new office! When I called his new office to get my records I was put through the third degree before they agreed to release my records to ME, even though he had taken MY records without permission. Please, Please think twice before you make an appointment.

Just another ripoff place designed to hose you down, some of the frames arent even marked/priced, so when you ask you get different rates a minute later, felt like she is making it up as time went on, could tell she was trying to gauge me on how much i could afford. These places need to die already, thank god for the internet, GO ONLINE PEOPLE and let these scammers die a slow death. Felt like i needed to take a shower after going through this place.
