Long time customer. They do good work. Although, I did not feel that there was respect for my home and health when I was told that they did not wear masks. If this is not an issue for you, they will do good work. It is unfortunate that I will no longer do business with them after all this time. Also, this is when there was reported high community transmission.

Danny did an amazing job installing shelving and completing several other repairs around our home. I would recommend this company to others. We plan on using them again in the future.

Andy Oncall in Raleigh is a great business and they care about their customers. All work is warrantied for 1 year unless otherwise stated. If there are every any issues with service the office will help resolve quickly. They specialize in small to medium size jobs.

I work for an out of state moving company and we urgently needed someone in Raleigh to help our client. The office staff was quick and honest and the work done to perfection. I am keeping their number for future needs.

I had shower doors removed and replaced. Awful workmanship. Gobs of caulking and the metal was not cut straight. Had to clean up the mess when the worker left and also had to touch up the paint on the walls. Definitely not a satisfied customer.

We have had Chris out doing work for us twice in the past few years, and both times did a great job. He is professional and efficient in getting the job done . We will definitely call them again.

I just got off the phone with Cathy at Andy on Call and am simply stunned by her rudeness. I called (a second time in two days) to follow-up on a repair question, was very polite, and was told I will call you. Please do not call me again. I am very busy. A. isnt this a service profession? B. arent we offering to pay you for your business? and C. isnt a critical rule of small business acumen to be available to your clients and potential clients? I cannot believe this treatment and urge you to seek help elsewhere.

We were very impressed with their services on the first project we hired them to do for our office. So my bossed hired them to work on his home and I hired them to replace windows in my home. Debris such as nails, metal, brick, etc was left all over my yard which is very dangerous for my dogs. I spend an entire afternoon picking up the garbage left behind and have still not gotten all of the dust out of my basement room. They left metal with nails at my bosses home and didnt even complete the job. Nor did they inform him as to why they didnt complete the job. You would think they would give some sort of discount considering I paid $2300 for work but I had to clean the mess left behind. I am hoping the windows hold. Never using them again. Use an actual licensed contractor. I dont see how this group is licensed. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET!

Yesterday I posted a scathing review of this company. In all honesty, I had not contacted the company about my issues but the supervisor on site had not been very helpful and almost disdainful regarding my concerns about the bad job they had done. I was not sure what good a call to the company would do given that their representative on site was not helpful. Within a couple of hours of posting my review, I received a phone call from Laurie with Andy on Call. She was very concerned about my complaints and was emphatic that that is not how they do business. She asked if she could come out to our house that afternoon with another contractor to check out the job. Yesterday afternoon, she showed up with, not one, but two independent contractors to assess the situation. The independent contractors are Sean and Steve. They spent about an hour here looking at our concerns with Laurie. They inspected the work, agreed that there were certainly problems with the initial job, and told us what they were going to do to fix it to our satisfaction. This morning they showed up and worked very hard to fix all the issues with the original work. Sean and Steve went above and beyond to complete the job. They, and Laurie, have apologized for the shoddy work. I am impressed with the responsiveness of Andy on Call and the excellent job they have done to complete the job to our satisfaction. Thank you, Andy on Call, for being a business of integrity.

We love the staff and workers at Andy on Call. Laurie and Kathy are great in the office and will answer any questions we’ve asked about the estimate or the final bill. We recently had a privacy fence installed and Roger and Lane did an excellent job. They worked hard and it was clear they enjoy their customers. From my first phone call to Laurie to the final completion of their visit to my daughter’s place to do work, Andy on call couldn’t have been more perfect. We live on Long Island in New York, and I needed someone to go to my daughter’s place in Wake Forest . Not only did they help me figure out how to handle the situation, but kept me apprised via phone call, and were so fair about the pricing. Chris was absolutely incredible. Ive had several other handymen, painters, plumbers, landscapers, electricians, and carpenters work at the house, and his work by far superior to them all. In fact, he fixed many of their mess-ups. He was super courteous, on-time, clean, and did great work. I have already scheduled him for another day to tackle a list of other projects.

They are amazing! From the first call to the office to the completion of any job, the work has been top-rate. I recently ran into a problem less than 24 hours before closing on the sale of my home and Joshua was there with in 30 minutes. He tried a simple fix first and came back in 3 hours when that was not effective to do a more permanent fix. I love that they give you an estimate and come prepared to work but that there is no pressure if you do not choose to go forward!

I have had some bad luck with Contractors. I called Andy OnCall and needed some exterior door repair with wood rot. Chris was great. A nice young man with incredible skills. I could not be more pleased with his work. Have scheduled for him to back after the holidays for additional work.

Kelley from Andy OnCall was a life-saver and a very knowledgeable craftsman. We had been dealing with another ceiling drywall repair service in Raleigh that took more than a week to book, was unprepared and untrained for sheetrock replacement, utterly bungled the job, and left us with two days to fix our problem. After calling around and hearing that this is the busiest time of the year and that it was impossible to find anyone anywhere who could come out on short notice, Andy OnCall (kudos specifically to Lauren and Kelley) accommodated us quickly with a professional who knew immediately how to address our issue and had it resolved within four-and-a-half hours. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for guaranteed professional work.

I am experienced in remodeling homes. I owned a real estate company so frequently send help to my clients. I have owned up to 8 rental properties.Andy on Call was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. DO NOT ever hire this company for anything.In 40 years of working with homes I have never had such horrible work done.These people have an excuse for everything.

We have used Andy OnCall for a number of years and have always been very happy with the quality of the work. Most recently, the work they provided fixed subpar quality work that was performed by another group. I have learned a lesson and will ONLY be using Andy OnCall from now on!
