So far so good. My dog has been going to doggy daycare here since September 1st and he loves it! The facility is always clean and the staff are awesome. Reggie seems to fit right in. The price isnt bad. Its about $5 more than my old doggy daycare but its close to my work and Reggie loves it there so its worth it. I hope for the continued great experience at Paws at Play 😁

Great business! My pup definitely receives love whenever I’m away and they do a great job of having him spend time with other pups. His confidence has definitely bloomed from spending time here!

We started bringing our little pup here for daycare 3 months ago when we first adopted him. We had tried another dog daycare and he seemed to prefer Paws at Play better. Its a really great way for him to burn energy and socialize with other dogs and people. As soon as we pull into the parking lot my pup goes crazy with excitement. We switched his vet to Dr. Stall at Paws at Play and am very happy. Dr. Stall seems to be very honest and down to earth like she doesnt give you a bunch of BS like other vets seem to do. The counselors and staff are the friendliest people and always make you feel like your pet is in the best hands. We are so happy with our experience here and am glad we found them.

Every time we take our dog here he comes home exhausted and clean! He loves to play and the staff love him very much. Wonderful place to take your animal to have a bath or to play or to be boarded.

I have been taking my cat for boarding to Paws at Play for over a year now. I always appreciate how genuine all the staff is in their care for my cat and the quality of service they provide. I love that they text you if they have any concerns about the pet during their stay and that they provide report cards at the end of their visit.

Going to be boarding my dog and they offered a (complimentary) temperament test to make sure she was happy and well placed while she stays there. Paws at Play was very highly recommended by a friend, and they definitely met expectations!

This was our first visit and I was very happy! I have two senior dogs that spent the week here. The staff was so nice and they give you a report card when you pick them up. You can tell they care!

We board our dogs here and the dogs are happy when we get there and love all the attention they get! We are also very happy with the vet and services provided.

My dog Finley went for his first time at doggy daycare. He is an energetic, dog with not enough respect for personal space, but he means well. Paws at Play staff were responsive and friendly, and are willing to work with Fin to make him a good playmate in the play groups. They definitely have the well-being of the dogs in their care at heart.

We take our 11 month old puppy Theo to Paws at Play once or twice a week since he was 6 months old. Theo is a very high energy dog and he comes home tired every time. I really like that each visit he gets a report card and most times there are pictures posted on Facebook. Whenever I see pictures of him its obvious how much fun hes having and how well hes cared for.We have also boarded him and I really like that daycare is part of the boarding price so I know hell be exhausted when hes put in the kennel for the night. They offer cuddle time as an option when a dog boards which we love because Theo is a big time cuddle dog so we know hes getting some extra love while hes there.

Our Dane LOVES this place. And if the reaction of every other dog entering is an indication, she is not alone. Literally starts to shake with excitement as soon as we turn onto 70 toward it. Cant recommend enough.

Daisy Duke had so much fun on her first day yesterday! I expressed to the staff that daisy is very timid when she first meets new people and dogs and they listened to every word I had to say. She slept the rest of the night after we got home and I absolutely love the report cards, so cute! It definitely makes me happy to know she still acts like the same goofy baby when I’m not around. I also loved seeing her pictures on Facebook, it made this dog momma very happy!

My pup has been going there since she was about 4 months old (basically once she was old enough to get her rabies shot). They take puppies up to six months old without being fixed which not all do. She still gets so excited once she’s realized where we’re going. They do fun holiday photo shoots, and post pics daily on Facebook. My girl loves it there, and I always feel better knowing she’s in good hands!

Oh man! We lucked up on this jewel of a boarding facility at the last hour. We decided to head out of town for the holiday and couldnt find a place to go and we found Paws at Play. From the first interaction on the phone the staff were amazing. They helped us get all set up and welcomed our furbaby with open arms. It is a warm and inviting facility with great staff. Everyone loved up on Buddy and we got to view pictures of him at play on social media and we got a cute report card when we came to pick him up. We were over the moon excited and pleased with this experience and cant wait to bring him back again. I think he made friends, both the fur and human kind, at Paws at Play Brier Creek. Thank you all for taking such great care of Buddy.

I took my dog here after a few of my coworkers and friends recommended it and have been really happy with the service I received. My dog loves going there and is so worn out when I pick her up, which is hard to do. I love seeing the pictures they post everyday. So far it has been a great experience!

Paws at Play has always treated our Bailey with a lot of love and care. She is always happy when she sees where she is going. The employees are very accommodating and are very trustworthy. I always recommend paws at play to anyone with a fur baby!

Paws at Play Brier Creek has been amazing for my dog Remy! We tried taking her to other doggy daycares and she didn’t quite fit in. Some had only one group or kept dogs indoors. My dog has a lot of energy and loves to play. Well she found her tribe here. She has a lot of friends and comes home calm and relaxed. Remy loves the playground. And I love the photos and videos they post each day. For boarding, playtime is included - which is atypical. Great value. Highly recommend!

I have had the BEST experience! I’ve been taking my baby here for several months. He is so excited when we pull up. He can’t get out of the car fast enough to see all of his friends. The staff is amazing. It is so comforting to know that he is having so much fun while I’m at work. A+++

This place is a slumlord for dogs. Very small confined areas. I would look else where for any boarding needs.

We were recommend by some friends who take their dog there as well. Mason had a blast and we were able to see photos throughout the week! He always looked so happy and the play area for them is awesome! Would absolutely recommend! ❤️

I brought my puppy Phineas to day care once I had to go back to work. My poor boy does not enjoy car rides but when we slow down and turn into Paws at Play his whole disposition changes and he perks up. The staff has been helpful and answered any questions I had and have never minded when I asked questions about how Phin was doing during day care. He comes home tired and ready to snuggle. At 15 weeks he completely sleeps through the night and that alone is worth the cost (which isn’t unfair at all!). I love knowing my boy spends his day playing with dogs, it gives me peace of mind on our walks that he won’t react aggressively to seeing other dogs, and I love knowing he isn’t alone in my home for 8-11 hours a day. Having a day care you know and trust that your dog enjoys is so wonderful!

Absolutely amazing with my pup! I was boarding my dog as my wife was in labor. They were incredible with the dog and were very flexible with rescheduling the appointment and extending her stay as we navigated delivery and coordinating pickup. Their daily progress report is fantastic and I will absolutely be moving all of my pet care needs to Paws at Play!

The worst part of taking a trip or vacation is leaving the dogs behind. Paws at Play made it a little easier. They were super accommodating with my last second plans and they post pics of the dogs at play every day.

Boarded my cat here for 2 weeks while out of town and I could not have been happier. Cat suites are adjacent to a huge window and the whole cat room feels perfectly suited to a pleasant boarding experience. The staff is fantastic, and they provide a boarding report card when you go to pick up, which is a great touch. I will 100% be boarding my cat at Paws at Play if Im in the area again!

Ive boarded my dog at a couple times and am very pleased with the service. I love getting report cards from the staff after each visit, and feel really comfortable knowing that there is a vet on staff. Suites are spacious and clean. Each time Ive picked up my dog seems happy and healthy. Definitely recommend and will continue to board!

Took my 2 dogs there for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! They kept me updated on their status throughout the day - I was concerned that one of my dogs wouldn’t play well, but they worked with him - and the pups were tired and happy when they got home. The facility looked clean and the staff was very friendly.I wish the playing yards were a bit bigger based on the number of dogs they have, and cameras would be great! They could even charge for a camera subscription like some other places do, and I’d definitely pay it.

Paws at Plat is an awesome experience for our dog cooper. We feel at ease leaving him to board there. This is the first place we have used for any of our dogs. They send home daily reports. Sometime written notes about our buddy. He wags and wags his tail when it is time to go to play time during the week. We can not say enough positive things about paws at play and their staff. Reserved a bath and nail grind for our dog. Drop our dog off and 2 hours later he is ready for pickup. I arrive to find out that they only did his nails and had forgotten about the bath. I was asked if I wanted to leave him there for the bath and return to the location for a 3rd time later in the day. I declined as the situation was pretty frustrating.

Amazing place! They take such good care of our pets, and are the only ones able to trim the nails of one of our dogs, who is very skidish about the idea.

Our pit-mix loves going to day care here. I drop him every 4 weeks for a play date along with a bath and nail trim. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We use Paws at Play both for the vet services and day care 3x a week and we love it!! Our boy always comes back happy, healthy, and tired. The one time we did have a concern about a sore that may have occurred during play, they checked it immediately and gave me a call to discuss it. I honestly can’t recommend here enough!

We were traveling and needed to use Paws At Play for one day for our 4 month old puppy. The team was great to work with. they went above and beyond to make our visit with them easy. We liked the report card our puppy had of his day with them. Our kids got a kick out of that. I highly recommend them.

I strongly recommend that you do NOT bring your dog here. We purchased a 5 day daycare package for our young puppy of 12 weeks and have nothing but extreme regret to report. We stupidly gave this place multiple chances after each disappointing visit until today when our poor fur baby got extremely hurt. I went to pick him up around 5 PM and the lady at the front desk nonchalantly hands me his daily report card without saying a word to me. I read the comments/concerns area of the report which stated that had been limping after getting hurt during AM play and sat out the rest of the day to rest. I look back up at her and asked what happened and why I was not called regarding this injury. She simply replied we usually dont call unless its a situation in which hes bitten and bleeding. WHAT?!? When signing up our pup for daycare we very clearly in person and in the application stated that we would like to be contacted in case of any emergency in addition to having him immediately treated because they are ALSO a veterinary hospital! Neither of which were done. His camp counselor comes out with him limping and after asking her for more details she reports that he was trampled and stepped on by other dogs when coming back in from playtime and that next time she will carry him. I dont understand how this happened if he was suppose to be playing with the smaller dog group given that hes still a baby. I am VERY upset and frustrated by the carelessness and incompetency of the staff here. In prior visits, Bruno would come back home extremely parched and with his lunch bags completely full and untouched. One of his visits we paid for an overpriced $32 bath, which never appeared to be completed (I am fairly certain of this due to the fact that he had a small, dirty patch of muddy fur on his back which was still there when I picked him up). All in all, I genuinely can not think of a single positive for this place aside from most of the staff being fairly friendly and some aspects of the daily report card . The location is incredibly inconvenient off of 70, a literal nightmare during morning and afternoon traffic. We live less than two miles away and I absolutely dread the drive to and from there. As I mentioned earlier, I like the comments/concerns and who their best friend for the day was in the daily report cards, however favorite daily activities such as playing with goblin and ghouls or searching for butterflies is ridiculous. Some people may find that cute, but just tell me what my dog did. Even better, they should have cameras in which you can check up on what your pup is doing during the day. Lastly, I do not like that the whole place seems to be ran by young teenagers. When I asked if there was a manager I could speak to regarding the incident of my dog being injured there, there was no one available to speak with. We literally see our puppy as our child and are beyond disappointed by how he was cared for at this establishment. We refuse to ever bring him back here and now have some major trust issues with him being in the care of anyone else.

I have been taking my Yorkie to Dr Stall’s practice for 3 years and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Stall & her staff. They treat my dog like she’s their own & take such excellent care of her. I am always greeted with a smile by the front desk staff, Dr Stall, & her assistants and they always make an extra effort to make my dog feel comfortable & welcome. The care she receives during both her sick & well visits is exemplary. What more can I ask for! *****5 STARS!!!!!

I started bringing my high energy pup (Maggie) to Paws at Play for daycare at the beginning of the summer and so far I have had a great experience. They are so flexible by allowing walk-in daycare and don’t penalize you if you sign up ahead of time for daycare and don’t show. Maggie enjoys her time with her friends, comes home tired, and I love the report card I get when I pick her up. I’ve also boarded her once, which included day care, within no problems. I even added a grooming to her boarding package and she smelled so good for weeks.

Was thoroughly pleased with the level of care from the staff. My cats were very well taken care of, and I will absolutely be bringing them back here for all future visits!

I was ridiculously busy for the weekend and decided that my little dude would be happier with some other dogs around and more attention than I could give. The staff took him in on very short notice. He had a ball and actually ate his food which is unusual when I am away. He slept for 12 straight hours when we got home so it seems like he played non-stop!

My pup and I LOVE Paws at Play! I have a very high energy chocolate lab mix who loves to play with other pups. It is so tough for me to tire him out on my own after work at night - especially in the winter months when it gets dark early. Paws at Play is such a great option, and I feel good leaving my puppy in their care, knowing he will have a good day and get all of his energy out.What I love most about Paws at Play is their attention to each individual dog. They take the time to learn your pup, and write daily report cards on their behavior, who they played with that day, and their activities! They also separate the dogs into play groups based upon their energy level, so the dogs with the most energy get to play together - which I think is so important. They even send a personalized, handwritten thank you card after your dogs first visit.I have had very poor experiences with other Dog Daycares in the past, so it feels good knowing that my pup has a wonderful and loving place to go! We had no issues during our first time boarding our dog there. They have a vet on site which took care of a vaccine he was missing. Our dog came back happy and tired from all the playing time.

Our puppy LOVES attending daycare at Paws at Play in Brier Creek! She gets excited before even leaving the car. The staff knew her by name after day 1, and clearly work hard to foster her energetic and playful personality. She comes home tired and happy - and more focused and engaged then when she stayed home during the day. We also appreciate that theres a vet there all the time (just in case!), and that the staff always provide a report card of her day. They put in the extra effort just to let us know that our dog had a good day with her friends - a little gesture that means a lot to many owners!

We just relocated to Raleigh and finding a great place for our dog to be safe in an friendly environment is so important. The staff is friendly and like the size and the services they provide. Having a veterinarian associated is also added plus. The staff was very attentive to our dog and his needs and he loved it.

We were so nervous about dropping Justice off this morning for his very first daycare day. He had a BLAST!! Everyone was so nice!! My husband and I cannot wait to take him back. He is definitely worn out!!

We are new to the area and have been looking for a daycare for our two pups. Paws at play really made me feel comfortable throughout the entire starting process, especially since we had a poor experience at another facility. I was invited in to tour the facility which is extremely nice. The next day I brought my dogs in for their temperament test, which includes a full day of daycare. I think this is a great idea as both, the dogs and staff, get a full chance to get comfortable with each other. My dogs came back exhausted and pleased. Plus I love the report cards letting me know how they did during the day. We will definitely be regulars!

Terrible place to board you fur baby!!! My poor girl had blisters that had gotten infected and she had to go to another vet and be put on medicine for it!! Also for inflammation and pain. She was shaky and not herself at all!! Please be advised that this place has terrible customer service. This happen almost a week ago and we still haven’t been contacted by the owner to see what happened to our sweet girl. The manager kept telling us that this was normal and we could not take that as a answer because I don’t think it’s normal to pick up your fur baby with infection in their paws from not being taken care of!!!! We were told we weren’t going to get a refund nor have her almost $100 bill from banfield paid for by them. All of this was said through a manager and never was able to speak to the owner. We’ve tried calling and also sending an email!! Please think twice before leaving your babies in their care! I had to select a star in order to post this but please know that I would give it a negative 5+ if I could!!

Pup came home tired and I did watch him play some when they were outdoors and he looked happy and having fun and that is all I wish for. Staff is very polite and friendly. I only wish I did not have to pay full fee for 1/2 day on Saturday because closing early.

Paws at Play is by far the happiest place for my Benny boy and all fur babies. He loves his counselors and friends so much. Every morning he hopes to go to doggie daycare. Excellent staff and environment.

I was scared. My dog Buster had never been boarded but I did the research and saw great reviews so I took a chance. I called every day for the three days I was gone and the staff was helpful and clearly were paying a lot of attention to him. When I picked him up, he was happy to see me but clearly not stressed at all. I could tell he had a great time and I will definitely bring him back. Dont hesitate ... your dog will love this place and the people who make it so loving!

Our dog loves going to daycare at Paws at Play of Brier Creek. The staff have all been wonderful and instrumental in helping our dog come out of her shell. They helped her gain the confidence she needed when meeting new people and dogs. Now, she cant wait to get to the back to play with her human and canine friends. Their daycare prices are reasonable, they have special events for holidays and they post pictures on their Facebook page. It is also a huge relief knowing there is a vet onsite although I have never utilized them. Weve never boarded or used their grooming service.

They have a very high dog to kennel assistant ratio, over 100 quoted to me today, they had 3 workers. I returned earlier than expected from holiday and they WOULD NOT let me get my dog, basically my child. They said they were closed at that time but the website said 11 and Facebook said 12. I rushed over, got there at 11 to pick up my dog so I could spend time during the day with her, and they refused to let me have her. They told me to come back Sunday at 4. Ive never experienced anything like it before. Ive also kenneled in the past for Vets and we made every effort to ensure pets and owners best interests were a priority.So because of their intransigence (and rudeness I might add) my dog wont get to enjoy this beautiful Saturday and I have to make an extra trip back on Sunday. By the time I get home with her it will be dark.This is what happens when companies lose focus of their objectives, the well being of pets. My dog is old and kenneling causes her stress. In this case it is unnecessary. Will not use this kennel again. Ive heard they have new management which may explain why some of us are having vastly different experiences.
