I absolutely LOVE the customer service and communication of the staff!! All dogs seem to be treated with the utmost love and care. My Chloe loves it here!

We love Miss Angie, the groomer! She is so great with our maltipoo, and his hair cut is wonderful and consistent each time. The front desk at Dogtopia is also great - very quick to respond to questions and helpful with appointment reminders.

Seuss loves daycare, and he is always so happy once he knows thats where we are headed in the car :) He comes home tired, which means that he had a great time! We love that Dogtopia is so flexible with timing, the website/app is very easy to use, the staff is always amazingly friendly, and knew our dog by name so quickly. The prices for daycare, overnight boarding, and spa services are great too! We pretty much love everything about Dogtopia!

I have been a customer for many years. During Covid the local Franchises were bought by a new owner. In the last two visits, I was overcharged; the first time by $400 and the second time by $47.50. The first took about 5 emails and two calls to get my money returned. It seemed more like incompetence than intentional. I recommend you check you receipts carefully. I will also add that sweet, mature female was bitten on our last visit. They claim these things happen in open day care…but it never happened in my prior 10 years of experience.

Our dog Ava absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. Each time we pick her up, she is happy and exhausted after a fun filled day playing with her dog friends. We love the staff and our overall experience.

I think I have been taking my dog to Dogtopia of North Raleigh for two months now. The staff is friendly and I think a couple of them know my dog by name. My dog always has a good time. I like they have an outdoor space to let the dogs out for a bit. My dog is always a bit easier to train the following days after leaving my dog there.

Great place for your dog. Staff is wonderful and I feel safe with them watching over my pup. Highly recommend!!!

We started taking my dog Freya here last year.We took her to daycare about 5-7 times.I quickly learned how breed discriminatory they actually were while watching the live video. I did find that to be a nice touch but watching made me cringe. I have a German Shepherd who loves to chase and play and be outside. She has NEVER attacked another person or dog and all this place seemed to do was crate big and hyper dogs and drag them heavily by their collars. It’s terrible.The facility crates hyper dogs and never let them play. They were very discriminatory towards some breeds. Specifically husky’s and Shepherds.It’s clean but they spend all day inside.I have since taken my dog to RDU pet resort and they are 100 times better with treatment, outdoor time and just overall quality. They absolutely adore and love on her there.We will not be returning again. I will never recommend this place when there are such better options in Raleigh.

My dog absolutely loves Dogtopia North Raleigh! The staff is always so friendly and available to answer any and all questions I may have! I love that their webcams actually work and I can always see what my doggy is up to through out the day. Seeing the staff constantly clean the playrooms is reassuring knowing they care about my dog’s health! Great place to bring your doggy to socialize and get all their energy out!

Dogtopia is fantastic. Access to all day video of your dog, report cards at the end of the day, they even took a fantastic picture of my dog for me that I still have up on the fridge. These people are great!

My puppy loved Day Care and will be going back several times a week. We love being able to watch him play on camera. He came home a very tired puppy! Mission accomplished :-)

This location goes above and beyond with fun events for the puppies on a regular basis multiple times a month. I know it must be a challenge to take photos of all the puppies or get their little paw prints for owners to take home with them but we SO appreciate all the extra care taken and diversity for the pups. The staff are also very responsive and diligent in making sure we know how our pup is doing and give us any important updates immediately through text or call. We will continue to bring our puppy here as an adult for sure. He walks in everyday excited to be there and play and interact with the staff as well.

There are several things I love about DogTopia in North Raleigh! I love the fun pictures and report card we get from our lovely fur baby! The staff at the North Raleigh location is wonderful! Very friendly and confident when dealing with our pup. I enjoy the webcam online! This makes me feel comfortable leaving my baby on the daily! I very much love the hours Mon - Fri 7am -7pm. This makes it extremely easy for me with my work schedule. Keep up the great work!

My pup loves coming here! They separate by size/temperament and always have someone in the rooms watching (plus you get to watch your dog play on the live feed)!

My puppy loves Dogtopia! Shes always excited to go in, and comes home nice and happily tired. I love the cameras that allow me to check on her during the day. I’ve kept my fur baby at Dogtopia so many times for daycare/boarding that she already knows where she’s going when we drive up to the front. She will dart to the doors and through the back when we get off the car. The cameras are what sold me to this establishment. You can view your dog anytime through the Dogtopia app. It’s comforting to know what your dog is doing anytime of the day. They’re running, playing, and they create great relationships with the staff and other dogs so you don’t feel bad leaving them there for periods of time. I would highly recommend this establishment because I’ve had only the best experiences with them. Your pups will love the place 👌.

Janet and the team at Dogtopia are warm, positive, and friendly. They are always happy to see my very active puppy, Luke. And I am always happy to know that he is in kind and capable hands. Of the three places I tried in Raleigh, Dogtopia our favorite and our go-to place.

My pup, Colt, loves it here, and so do we. The staff has always been so helpful and accommodating, and my pup comes home tired from playing so much all day. We also love the grooming services too. The groomer is amazing and always does a wonderful job on Colt. I highly recommend this place!!

I take both of dogs here to get groomed and the groomer is absolutely amazing. She knows exactly how to cut them and is so talented. We will never go to a different groomer every again!

Everyone was very friendly ... Lauren (Front Desk) /Angie (Groomer). I used the grooming services which was amazing. I will say the grooming cost is a little pricey ... but my baby looked beautiful. I would suggest to give a discount for number of grooming visits or for size of dog ... something!

Dogtopia is amazing. Meatloaf loves it there and they love Meatloaf. In less than month Meatloaf lost his sister and moved 9 hours south, so he was having a tough time adjusting but Dogtopia and their caring staff have helped him adjust greatly. And Hannah is amazing so friendly and caring you can tell she truly loves the fur babies there.

Fantastic and clean spot for weekend getaways or longer stays. My dog loves it here. I love that I can watch her play via video on my vacation.

My Dog Atlas has been going to Dogtopia for the last one year and he absolutely loves it. He is a high energy rescue and Dogtopia makes sure they take care of every dogs needs. They also train them on how to socialize. Atlas has been so much calmer ! He even participated in their Halloween Contest and came second. The people here are lovely and they always greet you with wide smiles. Atlas and I both of love Dogtopia :DUpdate (10/07/2020) :I am taking down a star only because of the confusion with the daycare passes. I usually purchase a 10 day or 20 day pass here and havent faced any troubles until recently. Each of the staff member mentions a different No. of days left on your pass to me. I am guessing this is because of all the new folks being hired. I sense a lot of confusion among the new hires.Update ( 05/18/2020 ) :Back to 5 stars cos everybody here is awesome. I dont face the issue that I used to before anymore.

I brought my 6 month old puppy here for a full day of daycare and when I picked him up I noticed that he had a sizable puncture wound on his shoulder. I was not called or notified whatsoever. The staff initially said that they had no idea what happened but when I pressed on them more they admitted that he was attacked by a staff dog. They knew about this issue and covered it up instead of notifying me and my puppy was suffering in pain FOR OVER 6 HOURS as a result. I had to rush him to the vet where he had to be sedated and that the injury had gotten worse as a result of the time spent waiting. I initially chose this daycare because of the promised watchful eye and was left absolutely horrified for the lack of care that was provided.

This Dogtopia is owned by a corporate backer and does not have the quality of the old Dogtopia we used to go to in Cary. The place has a lot of audacity to charge a customer when they let your dog get beat up due to neglect from overcrowding rooms and not knowing what is going on.

I have my Dog groomed here monthly and they always do a fantastic job! Would recommend to anyone looking to get their pet groomed.

Dogtopia is by far the top doggy daycare in Raleigh. The staff is so friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. I have a high energy 6 month old German Shepherd and Dogtopia has helped him immensely. He is able to safely release all of his energy throughout the day, as well as, learn to socialize with other dogs under the careful supervision of the staff. My dog comes home tired and happy which is a win-win for all of us! When we arrive at Dogtopia he cannot wait to be let into the play area...a sign that he truly enjoys his time there.The facilities at Dogtopia are clean and updated and their scheduling system through their app is seamless and convenient. I would highly recommend Dogtopia to any pup owner in the area!

We know Sierra gets the best tender loving care from her Dogtopia family. Deciding to bring our golden puppy to Dogtopia has been the best decision ever. We are so happy with how Boone has been treated and how we’ve been treated by their staff. Hanna has helped us so much with our transition into doggy daycare. Everyday when we pick him up there’s always a report on how he did that day with the other dogs and the staff. I can feel so relaxed at work knowing he’s in good hands (and the webcams are so fun to watch too!) will highly recommend to anyone with a four legged family member.

Angie was extremely helpful to me in educating me on Keeko’s puppy hair. She was also helpful in telling me what I need to do daily to acclimate her for grooming services. I have always been able to rely on Dogtopia for my dogs’ boarding and grooming services. Glad they’re still here to take care of dog #2! Looking forward to enrolling Keeko in daycare.

The staff and facilities are the best that Milo and I have experienced. The staff clearly care and love their clients. The lobby and play areas are well maintained--and ample spaces for playing. I highly recommend Dogtopia for your 4-legged family member!

I have brought my chocolate lab, Larry, there several times now and he loves it! He comes home tired and ready to relax which is how I like it at the end of a work day. They have given him a bath while he is there and he always smells nice and clean plus they always give him a bandana to wear home. Another awesome perk about Dogtopia is that you can watch your pup while youre at work! The staff are very helpful as well, especially Hanna she is always friendly and treats Larry as if he was her own. Dogtopia is definitely my go to!

Angie, is an amazing groomer and shes very personable! She takes time to understand what you want accomplished. Shes reliable, an artist of her craft and someone you can trust with your pup!!

I would encourage everyone leaving positive comments to take some time out of your day to watch the webcams to see how your dog is treated - your furry friend will appreciate it. Our dog left here traumatized. She was repeatedly mounted by other dogs and the room monitor (there was only 1 even though they tell you there will be 2) would let it happen for a while and then casually go pull the other dog off. This happened constantly with 2 other dogs being the main culprits, but they were never removed from the room. Whenever our pup would try to get away or defend herself the monitor would just throw her in a crate even though she wasnt at fault at all. Needless to say we will not be sending her back here. Thank goodness they have webcams because her report card said absolutely nothing about how she spent most of the day being brutalized and in a crate and said she had a great time. Lies.

My bichon, Coco, goes to Dogtopia once a week and looks so forward to it! On the ride there, she starts to get really excited, wagging her tail and making little noises. Buying the bulk packages for multiple visits makes it easy and saves money. The staff is super helpful and great with the dogs. At drop off and pick up, the monitors show the dog playrooms where you can see your pet interact with the others. Highly recommend!

I love it because my dog clearly loves it! He bolts in side as soon as we get out of the car, runs to their front desk to say hi, and then straight down the hall to the play area. Seeing how happy he is to go makes me feel so much better - and an exhausted pup at the end of the day is not bad either!

I like having the ability to drop off without an appointment. I LOVE how friendly the staff is at Dogtopia of north Raleigh. My dog always comes home happy and tired. They also do monthly customer appreciation events. It is so nice to know that the staff and management appreciate our business!

Dogtopia is great! I have taken my dog to a few other doggie daycares but Dogtopia is our favorite. The staff are wonderful friendly and so helpful. They treat Colby like he’s one of their own. The webcam options are great when you’re on a long trip and missing your pup. The app is also really easy to use and make appointments. Would highly recommend!

Dogtopia is the definition of a well-run business with heart! We have been taking our big boy Brody there for several years now and the sweet staff at Dogtopia North Raleigh is always kind, welcoming, prompt and delightful! We love that our dogs can go play safely in a clean environment watched over by people who care. We love being able to log into the web cam and check in during the day. It is wonderful to be able to board them and come home knowing they had fun and didnt have time to miss us. And there is no where else to find a better groomer than at Dogtopia of North Raleigh.

This location is so impressive! We brought our pup here for a play day while we were in town for a family event. She had the best time, and we felt totally comfortable leaving her there for the first time because the staff was so welcoming. Quinn also had a bath and nail trim while she was there and they did an amazing job. We will absolutely use this location again when we’re in town!

My dog loves going to Dogtopia! The staff is great, so I feel comfortable leaving my high-energy beagle with them. I love that I can check in to see what hes doing throughout the day. The balance of playtime and naptime gives him a good balance so he doesnt wear himself out playing with all his friends.Their monthly birthday party photos are adorable so be sure to take your pup the day they do them.

We love our Raleigh Dogtopia! Staff is patient, compassionate, and always welcoming. We’ve used Dogtopia for daycare, overnight boarding and grooming, and are always happy with the service. I’ve recommended Dogtopia to many friends! The webcams also make it easy to check-in throughout the day to see how your dog is doing.

Staff is very personable and welcoming. The take great care of my shy dog - they assure him each time he enters the day care play area until hes comfortable and he and the other dogs have adjusted to each other. At other places, theyve just put dogs together without helping with introductions which has caused some aggression from alpha dogs toward my shy dog. Dogtopia guides the initial adjustment which has made all the difference for us.

My dog went there once and was injured. I was not even informed of the injury by any of the staff. After reviewing the footage, my dog was mistreated by the other dogs with no interference by any of the staff members. It was apparent that my baby was scared by the other animals and my dog in 80 lbs.I would not suggest anyone taking their pet to this facility. This was a huge mistake for me to take my baby there.

The people at Dogtopia are fantastic. They get to know the dogs under their care and love them like family. There isnt another place I would trust more to take care of my dog. They have multiple indoor play rooms (and one outdoor space) for playing for the day. They also offer overnight stays with play during the day.

I feel comfortable leaving my dog for an entire week in the care of Dogtopia! They are more than just boarding. The dogs have social time and they watch the dogs interactions closely.

The staff was tremendously friendly and took great care of our dog. We arranged this visit over the internet and the manager and staff were very helpful in making this reservation. If you are a Dogtopia customer from another town who will be traveling to Raleigh, the staff here can get your dogs records transferred and your dog can comfortably stay here. I am glad this company runs such quality franchises.

Dogtopia is AMAZING! We take both of our dogs there for boarding and its the only place weve ever gone where we dont feel anxious when we leave. We are at ease because they take such good care of them and treat our dogs as if they were their own! I love that we can log into the app on my phone and watch them at any time. I would highly recommend Dogtopia and all the services they offer!

After moving back to Raleigh recently one of the first things I needed to do was look for a place to board our dog Lily. Dogtopia was recommended by a friend so I went and check it out. We had a friend in Virginia that always kept our dogs prior to moving. Lily has been in doggy day care and is a therapy dog so she is very social. Everyone here was genuinely interested in Lily and I felt like they cared. Also loved the fact that I could check on her with the cameras. I look forward to using Dogtopia again and will recommend them to friends.

Janet and her staff are so nice and caring. Our one year old Leo was very well taken care of for more than two weeks we were away recently. We especially appreciate their webcam as we could watch Leo on the camera from abroad. Everything is great!

I have used Dogtopia on Hargrove for 3 years now with 2 dogs. The care is better than anywhere else I have kept my dogs for day and/overnight care. The love & care for the animals in their care is genuine and recognizable to owners. All proper vaccination paperwork must be in order for every dog, which protects the entire population. Having grooming in-house is convenient. The expense is not insignificant, but reasonable for quality & reliable 24 hour care.

I worked here super briefly and I can say from an insider’s perspective: the whole staff so genuinely cares for the animals. It’s really cool to see a place that puts attention into every detail.

All of the staff weve dealt with have been nice and professional. Facilities are clean. Webcam is an important additional layer of confidence. Our dog has always come home healthy, if not tired!

Caring and attentive staff. When we board our dog we feel like she is staying with family and will have fun in a safe and loving environment. Our dog is older (15) and occasionally needs meds or special care. Dogtopia staff are always willing and able to help.

Still great and my dog never looks better than when Angie grooms him. we highly recommend her services. She listens and adjusts to our needs.

The staff at Dogtopia are excellent. They are very friendly and efficient but it is easy to tell that their first priority is the safety and well-being of the dogs above socializing with customers or other staff members. They work to a very strict timetable of cleaning and rotating the dogs through their indoor and outdoor play times and through watching the video streams you can see that they are monitoring and paying attention to the dogs at all times. My dog always comes home tired but happy.

My dog had his first doggy day and over night stay here. He did great and the people who took care of him were wonderful. They really seemed to understand and know what to do with a nervous doggy, who is very shy. I loved the internet screens used so that you can watch your doggy no matter where you are. I would recommend this place for others who are particular and love their furry children. They even gave us a first time discount for rescue doggies! Love the open concept and the fact that they support homeless dogs:)

We take our 2 English labs to Dogtopia for daycare and boarding. They have different levels of energy and are placed with other dogs that most closely match their energy, which is great - the older one sometimes needs a break from her younger and more energetic brother. The staff are friendly and facilities are terrific. The dogs happily pull on the leash to get inside, which is the best testament of all!

24 hour staff of caring individuals. I love the fact that my fur baby is not confined to a kennel for prolonged periods of time and has opportunity to interact with other dogs in a safe, comfortable, and well supervised environment. Its comforting that I can see him via live camera feed when Im away. We love Dogtopia and Murphy comes home a happy boy.

Dogtopia of N. Raleigh is fantastic, the staff really cares about the pets they care for and they are always involved in letting us know how our Mini Husky did when she is there. Dropping our dog off is like dropping our kid off at daycare or a babysitters and we miss him, worry about him, and want to trust whoever we leave him with. Ever since we found Dogtopia a couple of years ago, we know hes in good hands. My husband and I are out of town every other month for business, so our sweet Jack Bauer will stay a couple of nights and we love how every time we drop him off, they know him, they know his personality, and they know what room he prefers. And I have to admit, being able to see him on camera is awesome! Last but not least, Tami is so delightful and easy going - its nice leaving our dearly loved fur baby with someone like that.

Brenda is awesome when it comes to making Asia look beautiful! And the day care/boarding - you guys were so accommodating for Holly with her cushings disease, so glad that you guy could care for her while his parents were out of town! And Asia loves day care! She is so full of energy and excite and still ready to play when she leaves.

I like the convenient hours for dropping off and picking up my dog. Very friendly staff and nice clean environment. I love that my dog can run and play all day. It is nice to know that my dog is well taken care of when I am at work.

The staff is friendly and make it a point to let you know how your dog was during the day. They also have special days for the dogs as well as dog parents. They value the dogs and treat them as if they were their own. Dogtopia is unmatched in quality and customer care. Also, they are very active in supporting rescue organizations and local businesses which is really fantastic.

I appreciate that each dog is temperament tested prior to being introduced to the play groups. Their hours couldnt be better. The staff is sincerely sweet and attentive.

First thing which set me off from this place is a heavy smell of bleach. Are they even aware that bleach is super toxic for dogs? Second information is that THEY DONT ACCEPT ANY NEW CLIENTS BUT THEY DONT THINK THAT this INFORMATION IS IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO PUT IT ON WEBSITE AND GOOGLE. ANY INFORMATION ABOUT CHANGES IN A BUSINESS HAS TO BE ON WEBSITE IF YOU APPRECIATE YOUR CUSTOMERS. GLAD I WONT BE YOUR CUSTOMER.

Dogtopia in Raleigh is the best doggie day care, groomer, boarding, etc. on the planet! The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly, making you and your dog feel right at home from the minute you walk through the door. It is conveniently located and has a wide range of hours for availability. My girl Lily loved going there and our family misses it terribly at our new home in Connecticut. Hugs to all at Dogtopia!

I love the fact there is always room for my dog when I need to bring her in last minute. The staff is very friendly, the lobby is clean, the location is convenient, and most of all my dog is happy and tired at the end of the day. Plus, she loves the biscuits!

I liked that webcams are available 12 hours a day so that I can easily check in on the dogs. I also loved how welcoming all of the staff was. It made me feel extremely comfortable leaving my dogs there for boarding.

My husband and I have a miniature poodle puppy who is packed full of energy and loves to have fun. We started out with a pet sitter but knew our pup needed some social time with his peers. We have been using Dogtopia for about a month now and the experience is fantastic! The staff are so friendly and genuinely love working with fur babies. Our pup wiggles and jiggles all the way to doggie daycare and, at the end of the day he is so content he puts himself to bed!

I know that Sammy is well taken care of when I leave him at Dogtopia of N Raleigh. I love the camera system so that I can check in on him daily. I like that you come in early morning and leave late so that Sammy is not in his kennel crate long periods of time. Thanks for taking loving care of my Sammy.

I have two big friendly Rottweilers and have been going to Dogtopia for 2 years now and I really love this place and my dogs love it too.They are always so excited to go there that they run right to the door.Also they give the best dog baths . My dogs smell so good for weeks after they bath them. Staff is very friendly and lets you know how your dogs do every time.
