We’ve been taking our black lab, Moose, to Dog Holiday for almost 2 years. He loves going to daycare and always comes home tired and happy. We love that the staff know him by name - we dont even have to ask for him when its time for pick up. We have always had great service and our dog is always excited to see the staff. We love the small play groups and seeing the same dogs each week on the sign in sheet. I would love to see them get cameras or post more pictures so we can see our pup swim in their awesome pool or hanging out with his friends!

I love this place and wont take my dog anywhere else for boarding! The owner is awesome!! He is so nice and seems to genuinely enjoy what he does. The areas the dogs stay in are large pens and I feel good knowing my dog has plenty of room. I love that they get to interact and play together as well. When I have to drop my dog off he runs right in excitedly every time! I hate having to leave him but I feel so much better knowing he is in Dog Holiday Resorts hands! If I call to check in they know my dogs specific quirks and personalities. HIGHLY recommend!

I cant tell you enough good things about Dog Holiday Resort. My dog Bella was having extreme separation anxiety and the owners and staff went above and beyond to watch over her. They are friendly, knowledgeable and caring and they went out of their way to accommodate her needs. Location is 8 minutes from downtown, and the prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Our pup LOVES going to Dog Holiday Resort and has been going for the past 2 months. Everytime I drop him off hes already waiting at the door or dashing through to go play. Everytime I pick him up he doesnt want to leave. I feel guilty being home with him on days off sometimes, because I know he would have more fun playing with other dogs at his school.We chose Dog Holiday Resort for the convenience of our schedule and location, and we decided on this option because the price is unbeatable!

Great place!!!! Stormy & Joule get SO excited when I ask who wants to go to doggy daycare and once were there they trot off without a backward glance! A definite sign to me that they have fun and are loved and well taken care of while theyre there!!! I occasionally have their nails cut and always get them a bath when theyve been boarded and have never had a problem.One of the biggest pluses for me is how hard they have worked with my bully dog (who is part chihuahua -- and acts it sometimes) to find her a group that she can be in without being a pain --- they really know the dogs who come there.There are places closer to me for boarding and daycare but Ill drive the extra 10 miles to go here without a doubt!!!!

Been taking my chocolate lab here for over a year. They all know us by name and always tell me cute stories about what he did that day. I used to go to a bigger facility when I lived in Durham, but the customer service and quality here is unbeatable. Definitely recommend this day care over any others in the triangle!

Please do not take your dog here. I noticed my sweet pup had a knot on her head after a visit. Then a future visit I happened to see an employee violently pull a dog by the leash and cause the dog to yelp.Now I just learned theres an ongoing investigation after a former employee reported the place for mistreating dogs.Please dont go here!!

We LOVE the dog holiday resort. They do such an amazing job taking care of our dog as if it is their own. We have taken our dog to many doggy daycares and this one really makes you feel like they understand your dogs personality and genuinely care for his / her comfort. There is no judgement if your dog is a little scared of has anxiety in certain situations, they are very understanding an know how to deal with it.Theyre kindness and professionalism has kept us a loyal customer and we will continue to send our dog here in the future.

Reports on facebook from a previous employer States they spray the dogs aggressive with a water hose and hit the dogs in the face while getting groomed and so much more, do not take ur dog here!!!

My dog, Dakota, absolutely LOVES DHR, she never wants to go home when I pick her up! Love the girls that work there, they are really good with all the dogs there. I highly recommend this place - any dog would have a great time there!! Dakota is always worn out when she gets home:)
