I moved to NC about 5 years ago with newly straightened teeth thanks to an orthodontist back home. Unfortunately, I threw my retainers away at work a few weeks ago and noticed my teeth started to collapse back into chaos. Panic-stricken, I called NCOSO and was able to secure an appointment very quickly. All the staff were very warm and friendly (shout out to Chris!)Dr. Wong has great energy, skill and an obvious passion for making smiles beautiful. She presented me with all possible treatment options without pushing me in any particular direction. I look forward to working with her!

Had my wisdom teeth removed here recently. We went over all of my options, and answered all of my questions at the consultation. Comprehensive after care instructions were given, and they were easy to understand. Would recommend this office to anyone who needs oral surgery done.

As an older male, the experience, professionalism, personalized care I was given for the removal of a rear molar tooth on July 22, 2021, could not have been better. Contrary to popular belief, dentists do not derive pleasure from the fear and pain of their patients. Believe it or not, they want whats best for your oral health while balancing comfort and care. The care, support, and attention of the staff here are exemplary of such efforts! The dental assistant, Haley, answered any question I had and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way!Not only were the staff particularly warm and inviting, but the waiting area and operating spaces as well. Straying away from the bare white walls and cold tile floors reminiscent of big hospital emergency rooms, the well-paneled wood flooring and pistachio green walls helped detract from the typical anxiety associated with medical appointments.Also, it is conveniently located off of I-440 and is situated between a Walmart and CVS, meaning quick and easy access to address possible pharmaceutical needs post-visit.All in all, it checks off all the things you could want from dental care and more, leaving me with no qualms and a bigger, brighter smile!

I am 77 soon to be 78 and I can not tell you how nice, kind and professional the people are at Dr. Wong’s office. I felt like I could not stand to look at my crooked tooth any longer. In our initial consult, Dr.Wong and Nadia were so patient and helpful in answering my questions and easing my child’s worries about the braces process. I felt they were very considerate of her comments and concerns.

On Wednesday my son had his braces put on. It was such a good experience. Dr. Wong is so kind and she and her staff took very good care of my son. They explained everything they were doing to my son and constantly checked in on him to make sure he was alright during the process. He could not smile any bigger when we were all done. He is very proud of his new look! I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. My daughter has braces as well and has had such a wonderful experience also. We are very thankful for the care and concern taken with both of our children.

I been coming to NCOSO for 36 months and I had the biggest gap ever and now my teeth are straight and perfect! Kerri was the best assistant ever! Dr. Wong was absolutely the best orthodontist! My daughter even came here and she loved her experience as well. I recommend them 100%.

Dr. Wong is both incredibly friendly as well as professional. She is wonderful with younger children and did a great job explaining the process as well as soothing any fears i had. She even called me to check on my daughter the day after she had her braces bonded. The office itself is clean and state of the art. My Experience with this place has been the best couple of months ever. Today I got a color change and braces tightened. My doctor was really sweet and nice and help me through the process and helped pick a color I was struggling with. Also she supplied me with some more tools I needed.

I love Lane & Associates! I have been coming here for years. They are always soooo nice! When i bring my daughter in they accomodate her and remember her by name. They are patient with children!
